Wow this kroger is not the cleanest, customer service was so so, shelves were pretty stocked, its a little below your average Krogers

Krogers been pretty good to my family so far when we needed our check cashed Kroger was there they could do it when other stores couldnt, when I needed my medicine filled Krogers was there when other pharmacist wasnt !.So overall my ratings I give them 5!

They never answer the phone. Would give them negative stars if I could. Just plain lazy if they cant pick up a phone.

VICTORIA at the Jacksonville, AR Kroger is a true asset to your company. She is consistently happy, friendly, kind, professional and aware of her surroundings. Always apologizing for any wait time. She makes shopping here a pleasant experience and she is also very fast at checking and organizes the food products before bagging. She truly cares about her job and her customers. I truly hope she is recognized as being an excellent employee because she deserves it!!

This Kroger is one of the least stocked of any I have shopped. Diet BIG K Soda, no selection and hardly any stock, Loaves of bread with mold, on shelf, Some of Cashiers are great, others hit and miss. Get a new manager,

I called Customer service to make sure they sold dry ice and that they had some in stock. When I got there 10 minutes later, the lady at the service desk said they didn’t have it. I don’t even think the person that answered the phone went to check. Wow

Money Service Horrible Tenant licking her fingers with no mask before handing you saliva money. Previous customer in front of me received the same treatment! Notified the manager.

Lady that checked me out claim she put everything in grocery bag but i had one thing missing. So what she did with it i do not know. I have the ticket and it was paid for. She work in the deli department. Just make sure you put everything in bag like you claim. Thanks

Went and got gas and I notice their big sign on the road says 2.69$ and but after I started pumping the pump said 2.79$ really said the sign on the road saying it’s the cheapest and then pump are higher

Organic and non gmo coffee. Organic soups foods and juices plus produce selections are also found here. Wish they would expand their non gmo organic crackers and chips.

Great staff. Always friendly to me. I can almost always find what I am looking for! Great meat Dept. They will cut your steaks just how you want them cut. Dairy looks better than its ever looked everything is fully stocked. Fresh veggies and fruit always amazing to me.

I was on a ice cream and cookie run. Ice cream selection was good but in a chaotic state. Cookie isle was well organized. I was able to find and purchase my items swiftly.

Well, I went in and was immediately greeted with a lovely and well rounded staff. As I scurried off to the baking section, I reminisced on a time where I too worked in a similar establishment. It brought back so many wonderful memories of when me and my co-workers used to sneak into the beer cooler and well... You know the rest. I enjoyed the coming together of so many cultures. In Kroger, everyone is important.

The manager at this store couldnt have been nicer. She was fair, professional and helpful with a unique situation. Would definitely shop here again. Thanks again!!

Had to stand and wait for 10 min then go ask the lady KAYLA at the service desk if she could get another checker mind you they only had 1 checker own and it was the 15 items our less and she had 7 people in her line I had a full cart and there was at least 5- 8 other people waiting to check out. This is a big problem with this store and how they bag just throwing everything in together

Went in on a Monday mid-afternoon to see selection and grab a few things to make it thru the week. Store was pretty picked over but the general selection was good. Produce department is very small.I dont have my own Kroger card but planned on getting one this trip. There were two lanes open and hardly anyone checking out so I assumed this wouldnt be an issue. I greeted the cashier and he rang up my groceries then asked about my Kroger card. I told him I would like to get one today and he told me he was out of cards. I asked if it was the whole store and he said no just his register but the girl next to him may have some. She was in the process of checking out another customer so I moved out of the way to wait and let him ask. Then his mannerisms changed and he again told me my total with an attitude. There still wasnt anyone in line behind me... I told him I would like to get a card today so I could get the deals and begin earning fuel points. So he told me to go to the front desk and get one from there. Which I probably would have done but no one was there. I asked him again if he could go grab me a card and he again got an attitude and told me his register was out. At this point I had enough and told them they could keep the groceries and started to walk out... As I was walking out the door the shift or manager came over to see what was going on... Hopefully they resolved the issue for future customers which I wont be.

Fresh vegetables. Seafood selection very good for this area. Good quality meats. Nice selection of groceries and frozen food. Human cashiers and take out help available. More of a human touch than Walmart.

The staff is friendly. The managers are always around helping and working. Its just everytime I buy something off the self its expired. I bought oatmeal that expires last year. Dip that expired two months previous. I told the cashier every dip in the refrigerator section was expired and he didnt care.

Tried there grocery pickup and they forgot some of our important items :/

I love my Kroger! Im either shopping or at the Pharmacy 3-4 times a week! The manager, Mr. Morrow, is very customer friendly and works with the other employees doing what ever needs to be done! Sue is in the meat department and can help with anything, even special orders! Tristen, Karen and Cece (wrong spelling maybe sorry) in the pharmacy are always helpful with explanations of new meds and are prompt with refills! The store is also very clean. One wish: I drink Big K Cola Oh! and they are always out of it! I buy the 12 pack cans but lately there arent even any 2 liters! PLEASE order more! All in all a great store!

Everything seemed to be moving along nicely. There were many registers open so the lines were not long. The service desk got my money orders done in record time.

We frequently stop by and Kroger for the fresh produce selection they offer. The niche brands of some ethnic foods that are not available elsewhere. Their meat selection is 2nd to none, really. Plus, if you want fresh sliced deli meat/cheeses for sandwiches, they have a great deli too! And bakery for cakes, breads, etc. They also have hot deli foods available for pickup- like chicken. You can even find some lovely green plants, and small flower arrangements in the cooler- just in case you need to bring home a special I love you to someone!

Most Employees are great nice and helpful some act like they dont want to be there but the other customers are something to be desired prices are starting to get a little ridiculous

Didnt find everything I wanted to...some of the produce was of limited quantity, and some overly ripe. Waited in line forever, it was slow...two different customers ahead of me didnt have barcodes on their items and cashier had to go get them. I was in the quick check line...bad choice...spent longer in there that I really wanted.

They have the best quality of food, game cards, Cleaning, supplies, Tools, for us to try out including medical doctors, to get your medicine that you need, It will cost much but if you have a kroger card, they can decrease the price just a little bit so your get what you need.

I just returned from Kroger. I was satisfied overall but I was charged $.99 a piece for 4 squash which was $3.96 when the add price was $.99 a lb. I tried to point this out to the cashier whose name is Juwan. I plan to take them back and get a refund. This is not the first time this has happened.

Whenever I go in I need to check the expiration dates on things. Multiple times Ive picked up items well past expired and one item was even over a year past.Their produce section is usually empty by the afternoon so good luck getting a good selection after work.They have gotten better with their meat selection but in the past I have gotten rancid meat that I purchased the day before.Most of the people working register are great and friendly. There are a couple that ignore you while they talk to their coworkers. Dont ask how Im doing today if you immediately turn around and finish your conversation but at least check my groceries so I can leave.Honestly if there were a closer grocery store Id go there. I only come here if I want to avoid Walmart.

Very convenient, so I dont have to go to that Walmart place.. eww.. Staff is very nice and always willing to help. My only negative is I wish their shelves were stocked.

Manager came out and yelled at some dude like an ass for soliciting. I understand that its against company policy, but he handled it extremely poorly. If this is how management is here, Id be careful.

Love frozen veggies but if you feed more than 2 or 3 people you need to go to Wal-Mart or Sams as they do not carry large bags. Nor was variety that great.

Never enough cashiers or baggers have been bagging my own groceries. And the produce you get your onions,potatoes home and the onion are always turning bad just as the potatoes. Not blaming the produce Manager I blame the Store Manager for all of this...

Great deals on foods, Kroger brands are better than name brands for flavor and quality and are cheaper than name brand. However, the only reason I put 4 stars out of 5 is sometimes the cashiers talk to their coworkers while their supposed to be scanning items etc. If It was customer related such as dont bag milk with bread that wouldnt be an issue. But on one occasion a lady cashier was openly flirting with the guy bagging groceries and wasnt doing her job. Another incident happened tonight. The lady cashier was chatting with the lady bagger, and totally missed ringing up the four Hawaiian punch jugs I had because she was gossiping with the bagger lady. So I ended up having to do two transactions instead of one because she wasnt paying attention.

Every time we get groceries we seem to go here instead of Walmart. The coupons, better and the sales, better and the people seem to be more helpful in this place. We have a feeling that most of our shopping will continue to be at this location as long as we live in Jacksonville.

Manager and employees are very friendly, (minus the cashiers I have encountered.) The store needs major updating and expansion, and therefore lacks all the gourmet food and nicer shopping experience I usually enjoy at newer Krogers.

This Kroger seems a little old and run down from the outside and the inside isnt the best but the food is good the prices are pretty good and the people working there are always friendly and helpful.

Too many ppl and selection was poor on most itemsI was looking for. I had to buy items I needed but the brands were not my typical choice and more expensive. Girl in the Deli was slow took her nearly 15 minutes to prepare item for me and another customer. Overall good place to shop but not the best experience Ive ever hadThanks in Advance,Angelo Borrero

Worst Kroger Ive ever been too. customer service is outrageous and miss LISA Thornton thinks its ok to refuse to refund an item purchased 25 min prior. would have been 5min but I waited first i7n line eith no one waiting in front of me for over 20min at the customer service desk. They should be ashamed . to top it off worst produce selection ever. half empty, and half instock is rotting! Disgrace!!!

Sad grocery store.This is the worst Kroger anywhere. Nobody cares about the customers. Nobody listens. Im tired of fighting them for what I need. They want me to shop at Edwards and Walmart so Ill take my 1000.00 a month elsewhere.

Great selection and lots of good deals on most of their items. Krogers self-brand items are very affordable and are just as good (if not better) than the expensive name-brands. Best example: name brand Coka Cola is roughly s4-5 for a 12 pack. Krogers Big K brand 12 packs are $3 or so. And theyre almost always on sale, usually 4 for $9 or 5 for $10. Krogers brand encompasses an enormous variety of items. Frozen foods, pizzas, toiletries, drinks, meats, deli items, and even store-made fried chicken. And if all that wasnt enough, you can get a FREE Krogers membership card to earn 1 point per dollar spent, to be used at the Krogers gas stations. Membership automatically gets you 3 cents off per gallon. For every 100 points, you get 10 cents off, up to a maximum of $1 for 1,000 points. Points last until the end of the month, but all points earned but not used can be used the next month only and dont stack with the new months points. Krogers is a great store with great prices & selection, and Ive been shopping there for over 20 years. I recommend it for EVERYONE.

Old building, smells funny, but amazing customer service.

No meat counter, no bakery, produce section is run by blind ppl who cant see rotten produce! Cashiers have adhd and are all over the place. Not a very effeciently run store!

Isles are way too narrow!!! Felt like I was about to have a claustraphobic organism!! I needed some kroger brand ice cream and kroger brand motor oil and was surprisingly surprised when the kroger brand motor oil was right across from the kroger brand chocolate rapture ice cream!! And you know I needed some kroger brand toilet tissue and noticed it was next to the kroger brand black grapes Which reminded me of those big floppy eared bunnys poop... then I knew what was about to happen if I ate that kroger brand chocolate rapture ice cream!! So I hid it behind some kroger brand tissue...
