In spite of their excellent warranty and return policy, its hard getting enthusiastic about using them when you call, no one answers, you leave a voice message with your name and number, twice, and no one returns your call, even though the message says they will. Unprofessional.

They were extremely professional and attentive. Hearing aids were purchased for a fraction of the cost!

My husband had a consultation appointment and the woman that saw us was completely rude and unfriendly. She was so Appalled when we said we were not ready to purchase the 3000 dollar hearing aids just yet that we wanted to know more about the hearing aids they have available and what the differences were. I’ve been in the customer service industry for many years and I could not imagine EVER speaking to any of my clients the way she spoke to us! Very rude.
