This is my 3rd attempt at trying hearing aids and the first time Ive truly been listened to. Dr. Staverman is very personable, professional, and did an excellent job of listening to, and addressing the issues Ive had in the past with hearing aids. Five stars is not enough to express my gratitude and the excellent service I received.

I have been to several audiologists. Dr. Staverman is the best! I’m deaf in one ear. She spent a lot of time with me explaining my options for a cross hearing instrument. I bought a new one at a reasonable price. I recommend her without any reservations.

I have dealt with tinnitus for over seven years. Every doctor I’ve ever seen regarding this has told me to “just deal with it”. Not Dr. Staverman. She listened attentively to my concerns. She explained the condition to me in laymen’s terms, tested my hearing, then offered a viable solution to obtain some relief from the tinnitus. I left her office encouraged and hopeful.

Hands down the best audiologist I’ve ever been to and I’ve been seeing them since I was 5 years old! Dr. Staverman was very in-tune with my needs as I am a hearing impaired nurse. I am very grateful for her and her assistant Rose’s help! They’ve gone from fixing a last leg 15 year old hearing aid hook to helping me with the process of obtaining the best hearing aids I’ve ever had! Definitely recommend her!

I entered the office which was empty. That was great because I knew I would be the next one to see the doctor. Immediately without me approaching the sign in desk Rose greeted me and said she would be with me shortly. I did notice Rose handled everything in the front part of the office. After taking care of paperwork and insurance documentation I waited for my turn. I didn’t wait long.What a pleasant surprise when Dr. Steverman came out to greet me personally, introduced herself and invited me back to the examining room. Just this gesture was huge in creating a positive experience.Dr. Steverman explained every part of her exam and took plenty of time with my exam. She made me feel like she wasn’t on a time schedule. I know realistically she was but she didn’t react to whether we were running on time or late.At the end of the exam Dr. Steverman explained my options for improving my hearing with examples. She never tried to sway me in any direction. I did ask for her opinion and yes she then was honest about which hearing aid would work best for my situation. Even with her suggestion she gave me options because of price.After answering all my questions I made my choice.Since Dr. Steverman works with 6 hearing aid suppliers she must order what the patient decides he/she wantsand wait a period of time for the hearing aids to arrive.It’s exciting to know that someday soon I will be able to hear without saying things like:Could you repeat thatI didn’t understandCould you spell that wordThank you Dr. Steverman and Rose for a positive experience.

Rose And The DoctorCan anyone imagine how difficult it is for a single 71 year old man to make a decision to get hearing aids? Sure glad I made that decision and ended up here. These people are awesome. Think I’ve been adopted. It’s taking a little time to get these tuned in to my life style. Amazing all the different scenarios that get factored in to what God gave us originally. Thank you all for your patience.Can’t give more than five or I sure would.

Excellent testing and service. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Dr. Staverman truely cares about solving the problem rather than selling a new solution. In my case, I had a 3 year old pair of hearing aides that werent working. Although not the best aides on the market, after testing my hearing, Dr. Staverman was able to fix them for me at a fraction of the cost for a new pair. As part of the service, I will be returning every 6 months for a check up which includes cleaning and readjusting the program for my existing aides to try to stretch out their longevity until such time that I require a new and better quality aide. All in favor of that. Thank you Dr. Staverman.

Ive taken my mother to several audiologists over the past 6 years or so, and Stavermans Hearing Center is the best! I brought my 94 year old mother here to Dr. Leslie for a hearing test and check up of her hearing aides. At my mothers age everything is difficult but Dr. Leslie made the whole process seamless and personal. My mother left feeling that someone cared about her and her hearing. I am a customer also. We were there almost an hour. The price was very reasonable. When we both need new hearing aides, we will be back to Dr. Leslie. She and her office manager Rose are the best.

I am so happy with Staverman Hearing I should so their advertising for them. I love these people. Dr Staverman is so pleasant! helpful! patient! knowledgeable! and it goes on and on. But the best part is I can hear! it is just like my old hearing. None of the problems my mother complained of. One problem I had before was the batteries would go dead and now they have rechargeable batteries. I can hear everything and if I am in a situation where I need more volume I can increase it or I can reduce it. No wind sounds, no screeching sounds; just hear like I use to could. When I remove them I am reminded of what my hearing actually is without them and I am even happier to have them. They are almost invisible but even if they showed it would be worth it to be able to hear the world around me again!I am a lover of my hearing aids and I am a cheerleader for Dr Staverman!

Dr. Staverman and her staff were great! I had been to a couple of different hearing clinics to assess my needs but Dr. Staverman really took the time to review my results and explain my options. Dr. Leslie Staverman received her Master’s Degree in Audiology from Ohio University and her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) at Arizona School of Health Sciences is so caring it is incredible. After being nagged about being hard of hearing, which I had attributed to tinnitus, I went with the firm, albeit erroneous, belief that nothing could be done for me. In other words, I went reluctantly.Dr. Staverman gave me a thorough exam; I waited to be told, Theres no help for you. Then, she showed me the graphs of where my hearing acuity was actually dropping out. It was quite saddening to see...And then, Dr. Staverman said she can help. The audio process was explained in detail and was really quite fascinating. She told me about her proprietary work in hearing aids to help mute the tinnitus and boost the drop-outs. OK, I was still a bit skeptical, but Id know in two weeks when the aids arrived.The wait was over. My bionic ears, as my brother calls them, arrived. Do you know what? The ringing in my right ear almost entirely subsided! The snap, crackle, pop in my left ear measurably decreased. But the best part was I could HEAR!It would be cost prohibitive to send Dr. Staverman a Thank You card every week for a year, but that is how strongly I feel about her and her ability. Dr. Faull is a wonderful Audiologist. She is thorough and very patient. The appointment is a calm and relaxing experience. You dont feel rushed and you know that she truly cares about you and your loved ones. She carries everything from low end to high tech. The ones I chose were pricey. However, they are high tech nearly invisible, comfortable and have rechargeable batteries. With this being my first pair, I wanted the best. I had fought getting hearing aids for better than 20 years. Dr. Faull and my Phonetics made the transition painless and effortless. I cant imagine having to purchase and replace the batteries all the time. When it comes to your hearing and being able to hear your 6 year old grandson say he loves you for the first time, can a price really be put on that? Thank you Dr. Faull and staff. Nothing short of OUTSTANDING service! Due to my time constraints in getting a hearing test accomplished for my pre-employment physical, Rose (scheduler/receptionist) made schedule adjustments that allowed me to see Dr Staverman. Rose also sent Dr Stavermans report to my recruiter that same afternoon of my appointment. Dr Staverman was truly OUTSTANDING as well. She was very thorough in asking questions about any pre-existing problems, she explained the whole procedure to set you at ease and would answer any questions anytime before, during and after the test. Dr Staverman covers all the results of the test with you and determines a course of action to take. During this hearing test, Dr Staverman diagnosed that I had nerve damage to my left ear. I initially failed to to inform Dr Staverman that I suffered an injury to the left side of neck and head while playing hockey several years ago and my ongoing symptoms. Within an hour, Dr Staverman was able to diagnose my serious problem. During several years of treatment for my above mentioned injury, four neurologists and two ENG tests werent able discover the nerve damage. The neurologists and the doctors performing the ENGs new of my symptoms. Again, nothing short of OUTSTANDING service at Staverman Hearing Center! Thank you!

Dr. Staverman has saved our marriage! She is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. My husband has been to 4 other audiologists and has been told that his hearing was too severe to receive any additional help from his hearing aids. I have been partially deaf since I was one year old. I have been to many audiologist over the past 50 years. Dr. Staverman is not only the most knowledgable audiologist I have ever been a patient of, she is also the most understanding of my needs as a hearing impaired individual.
