I came over from Tallahassee and stopped here on my way home. The staff was amazingly helpful and Chris even stayed late to help me with the 4 lights I purchased. Very professional and good sale prices. I found the perfect laundry room chandelier and back door light, a 1950s style vanity light and a great hanging globe light for a study.

I ordered three ceiling fans knowing they were backorderd. I did a lot of research and Lighting Jacksonville had the best prices on them. Matt was great about proactively staying in constant communication with me to update me on the deliverystatus. He even provided complementary extended downrods to accommodate my higher ceilings. I plan to go back there for future lighting and fan needs.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Mark Blanchard over Labor day weekend. I have several projects that Im currently working on and he offered some really great suggestions that I ended up going with. He not only found me the best price on my light fixtures but he also saved the day on finding me an electrician with last minute notice before Christmas. He gave me a great customer experience and I can say without hesitation that I will reach out to him in the future for all my lighting and ceiling fan needs.

Good costumer service Rick was diligent and explained details regarding lighting options, installation services,and warranty over products sold. Prices are reasonable and competitively lower than other lighting stores in the area. Waiting on delivery and installation of chandleir, so will add to this review once job completed.

Astonishingly good service. We purchased coach lights for our house from the previous lighting store at the same location. After six years of exposure to the elements a rod that holds up the lights broke. I called the store to find out about replacement parts or possibly replacing the whole light. Mark, the owner, checked to see if it was under warranty. When he discovered that they might not be available for more than two months he encouraged me to bring the light into the store and have them try to fix it. I brought the light in. Mark personally took charge of fixing the light. Chris got the broken piece of rod out of the acorn. Mark found parts and fabricated a replacement for the rod. Its now good as new. The fact that he got it fixed is amazing. On top of that he didnt even charge me. I was blown away! I wish all businesses were run by people like Mark.

The pricing here feels too much like a used car dealership. Strange to have to haggle for some lights in order to make sure you are getting the best price.
