Tried to charge me $30 shipping for a $5 very small & lightweight product...yeah, no thanks

The communication was actually really good during the whole return process. It was a little confusing since my return was sent to the vendor and not Stage Lighting Store. The problem is the return policy is not very competitive. I returned product on November 8th 2019 and just now received a partial refund on December 9th 2019. A 20% stocking fee is a little steep, especially when I mailed the product back to the vendor not Stage Lighting Store. The overall experience was actually good, but only if you dont have to return anything.

Poor customer service, refused a refund on a part they said we needed. The part didnt work properly and we tried to return it just five days after we ordered it and two days after we got it in the mail. They said it was a custom order. Buyers beware!

Nice company to deal with I would give them 4.75 stars, but for the fact that I was unable to find a place online to let them know that we are tax exempt. I deducted because I had to call up and handle that. The CSR was very pleasant.

I have ordered from them many times. they are very helpful in finding the correct custom hobo sizes and colors. They even got my order turned around quick for an event I had coming.

Let me tell you something about this terrible company. If you have any issues with anything you buy from them they will NOT let you return it. We ordered something for a production almost three weeks in advance that arrived way too late after paying for a rush order and three day shipping. Not only did we waste $200 on them but they refused to take any responsibility for the damage they had done for our video production. Absolutely terrible cosutmer service. Buyers beware. If you end up with Tad Wiggins on the phone you will not be happy. He is rude and disrespectful.

Is there a capacity below one star. Worst customer service in my life. Save yourself some time. I was over 2 months out and received only HALF of my order. They finally cancelled and refunded the remainder of the order. Wow. All that for 8 simple par cans, two stands and two dimmer packs???

Before buying SUPERGEL i recommend you CALL IN AND ASK if you could SUB for a ROSCOLUX version as SOME of them ARE THE SAME (SUPERGEL=ROSCOLUX) BUT CHEAPER

Horrible! Communication and Service was terrible. Took my money 3 weeks before the product shipped. Shipped the wrong product which I refused. They got the refund from the manufacturer and drug their feet giving me a refund. End result ... 2 months wasted, still no refund. Buy from somebody else.

Lamps arrived sooner than I anticipated. Well packaged though I would suggest you place a fragile sticker on the box considering that our previous order had one lamp arrive with damaged filaments.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with them. I am a school teacher who needed to be able to change color on my follow spot and they talked me through how to do it and showed me where I could pick the colors I wanted.

They require you to manually ask for a quote on shipping items that have to be delivered by truck. I used live chat and was left hanging for half an hour before they said they couldnt answer my question that day and would send me an email. Never received it. I opened a ticket and even sent them a reminder over the course of two days. They never responded. I was ready to order. My total business for this project would have been thousands of dollars. I just needed the amount of shipping to add to the purchase req. Too bad.

DO NOT BUY SUPERGEL FROM THIS COMPANY.Ive been ordering roscolux gel for my departments theater for years now and finally decided to try supergel to see what the difference was. Upon comparing my supergel to my regular roscolux (same color/sheet size) I noticed that both sheets are exactly the same product, the main difference being a poorly written SG in what appeared to be white crayon next to the sugergels number.. I researched further and discovered the only difference between supergel and roscolux is that supergel is more common outside the US and that roscolux has a few more colors option - THESE PRODUCTS ARE THE EXACT SAME. So explain why supergel is being sold for double the price as roscolux on stage lighting stores website? Answer: theyre hoping no one does the research and continues to pay double the cost for a sheet of roscolux that is just being written on with crayon. Im disgusted. A company that is disloyal with its customers will never have my business, I am planning on buying gel elsewhere and suggest others do the same.
