We bought our first mattress set in 1998. We are in love. Best mattress ever. Bought our 2nd and 3rd in 2001. We love this company!!We need a really firm bed and we have exactly what we need. Quality is fantastic as is the service. Love this place. Thank you for being the best.

Verrrryyyyyy bad service!!! Lauren G is the worst customer representative I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service does not care at all about the inconvenience they cause to their customers. Look at other websites for furniture.....My king size bed was delivered but the headboard had a manufacturer’s defect, where the leather had some pieces sticking out (fuzzy or ruff) and they did not send the legs for the headboard.So obviously they did not inspect the units before delivery as they claimed they do. It took a few months after my order to get it delivered but now I can not use it. The delivery guys left it there and I can not put a bed on it (no legs). They had to re-order the leg pieces and a new headboard, but they have no ETA. From the time I order to the time they fix this issue, would be atleast 4 months. I can not use my room and can not have guests over.Their customer service does not care at all about the inconvenience!!

My wife and I purchased 2 Queen mattresses from Coleman Mattress Co. in March 2016. After 4 years we still love our mattress.It was a Queen latex set.Mr. Coleman was very helpful explaining the process and we ordered the latex mattress based on his recommendation .My wife has a bad back and this matress is wonderful.The second Queen mattress has been in constant use for 4 years and is still like new.

Im one of those type of people who spends tons of time conducting research before making a purchase. the more expensive the purchase the more in-depth the research. Needless to say it took me about 2 weeks before I finally decided on what kind of mattress I wanted and where I wanted to buy it from. Long story short if you go to one of the big box retailers that most people go to mattresses for then most likely you will end up with sub par quality for a super high price. Coleman offers and much higher quality product for a much better price since they manufacturer everything in house. I recommend you check out this place if youre in the market for a mattress.

People Please Please beware I recently found out this man one of the owners is in it for the MONEY not good quality Customer service I bought supposedly there Top of the Line King Mattress Posture Pedic in April less than Six Months I thought this was a good Quality Co Ant wrong they miss Stiches on the corners of the Mattress went In this morning talked to the owner he wanted me to pay for 4 Trips of Pick up and Delivery back over $200 I told him thats over half of what I paid for the Mattress omg UNBELIEVABLE as I told him the Customer should not have to pay for a Manufacture Defect I could see if I caused it but this is something you all done people please be aware sometimes Reasonable pricing aint always good go in the stores over $300 in less than Six Months but Companies dont Realize the word will get out FB this site etc u cannot just take advantage of people hard earned.money when u purchase Mattress in stores make sure the Manufacture is not Coleman locally Owned and Opetaterd Main street Jax fla Next to the Marge Strip club i will purchase me another mattress but will not ever Purchase one from Coleman on Main st are stores that sales Coleman Mattress God Bless you all thanks for taking time to read this post 8-25-2018 Purchased Mattress I. Bought a Queen Posture Comfort Mattress this past Saturday.Delivered it today.I didnt know the box springs were included.I can hardly wait for bed time.I laid down on it for a few minutes;I didnt want to get back up,it is very comfortable!
