Tara was a great representative. She was true and honest with the price she quoted me over the phone. Actually, the price was lower. I didnt have anyone to help me strap the mattress to my SUV. I brought my straps with me and even though she said she couldnt, she helped me get it strapped down correctly (with me taking full liability). Terra is AMAZING she has earned my business for life!!!!! I will be purchasing a home soon and will need 2 more beds and I WONT be going anywhere else other than Jacksonville Bedding. The past 7 months have been very challenging for me and I was unable to get my bed out of layaway within the 1 month I intended to and Terra was ALWAYS so kind as long as I paid something or communicated with her she held the bed for me for well over 6 months and for her to always greet me with a smile and work with me I will be telling EVERYONE I know to shop with her. Bought mattresses from RJ. He was well informed and got us the best bed for our buck. This mattress has really helped my back. We currently have one of the queens, and need to upgrade to a king. We will be buying from him again!

I purchased a full size bed for the guest bedroom from Jacksonville Bedding this past weekend. Upon informing the lady who helped us, which bed we wanted to purchase, I specifically asked her does the bed come with a rail and she said yes. The bed delivered this morning and my boyfriend called me and said the bed came without a rail. I called Jacksonville Bedding to tell them the rail wasn’t delivered. This lady said I had to purchase the rail. I’m like are you serious? You didn’t say that! If you had, I would’ve purchased it. I even asked her why did she tell me that the bed came with the railing? Guess what? She said she don’t remember me asking her that! This lady does not need to be handling transactions. She kept misplacing stuff while we were there, asking me questions repeatedly after she had already written my information down. She needs to be in a retirement home. Now I have to check my receipt to see if she calculated the sales tax correctly.

I can’t say enough about my experience at Jacksonville Bedding. RJ was extremely helpful and patient. He’s super knowledgeable and I couldn’t be happier with my new Lexington gel mattress. If your looking for a mattress go see RJ he won’t lead you wrong

DO NOT GO HERE! I bought a mattress from this place a month ago. The first night i slept on the mattress they sold me i thought everything was fine... until i woke up the next day with a rash. The doctor told me call a pest control company to search my house for bed bugs or mites....... (which i have never had in my house) sure enough an expert came out and found mites ON MY NEW MATTRESS. This happens from unsanitary storage conditions..... Not sure who runs this place but i will never step foot inside that mite infested store again.
