This place is the worst! After buy a new house I bought a new king size bed from these people, and everything seemed great at first. 3 days after my purchase I called to ask why my mattress have not been delivered yet? They respondesd by saying the mattress was damaged in stock. So I had to call them to get this update!!!! So I requested my money back so I can go somewhere else and get proper costumer service. Its been more than a week still havent gotten any of my money back. These people are thieves. I will never go back to a mattress one in my life!!!!!

I needed a new mattress and adjustable frame due to some health issues and stopped here to see what was available. I was greeted by Richie with a warm smile and a welcoming voice. I explained what I was looking for and expressed my concerns with previous purchases and explained I did not want to go through that experience again. Richie was very understanding and showed me my various options. I was never pressured into choosing one option over the other and he gave me as much time as I needed to decide what combination would work best for me. I was so happy with the experience that I took my mother in the next day to meet with Richie to see about getting her an upgraded bed and frame. She was treated with the same respect and courtesy I was the day before. Also, after our beds were delivered and set up, I received a call from Richie to make sure everything went as expected and we were happy with the delivery. Top notch customer service in my book and would recommend anyone to this store and to Richie in particular! I cannot say enough good things about my experience!!! Thank you!!!

We came into this location around 7:30 closer to 8, Mario was busy with other customers, however he greeted us and checked on us continually, when it was our turn he was simply amazing! It was late we were tired, we were had to be the most annoying sale...Mario was fantastic, he stayed with a smile, he was swift and quick with our questions...he is simply amazing! We buy all our beds from Mattress 1 and Mario made sure that we will continue to buy from them!! Thanks guys!!

We had a great experience. I think the guys name was Anthony. From Jersey he said. Anyways we came in with a budget needing 2 sets of queen mattresses. We looked around and sat and laid on many beds. He let us know he was there to help and didnt crowd us. Checked on us from time to time. He asked what we needed and why we wanted such and such. He recommended a few beds that were within our price range and didnt try to have us purchase the most expensive thing. He demonstrated things about the beds and was super knowledgeable. In fact he even suggested a bed for our son that was cheaper than the one we were going to purchase because it would suit a growing teen better. Great experience. Beds should be arriving on thursday 2/28! Would recommend to anybody. Also..giant store and giant selection. They had many styles of beds for every price range. Very personable guy and great salesman.

My wife and I needed a new mattress. Neither of us had ever purchased a new mattress before. We had a fantastic experience with Mattress 1. Arnie, did a great job helping my wife and I weigh the seemingly endless options and arrive to a decision that we were both happy with. Once we decided on a mattress we assumed we would find a better price online but found that mattress 1 had equal or better prices. Delivery was also fairly quick. We would recommend this Mattress 1 location.

Bought my bed months ago with a set of pillows. Received the bed and my husband and I love it but I still have yet to receive my pillows and it’s extremely frustrating... I call once a week and the gentleman that answers the phone is so rude and even hung up on me a few times once he told me they are not in yet... I am on my way there now so he can’t hang up on me now

I purchased very expensive mattress from this store year and a half ago. The mattress became deformed, after which I and my wife started having back and neck pain. We noticed that two small foundations they sold to us for this king size mattress was different in level, support and quality. Now we live in different state and can not even ask to replace it. Stay away from this store for your welness.

If i could give 0 stars i would the manager on this store tried to push my purchse cancellation with so many different excuses so i would incur on a penalty fee for cancelling awfull service would not recommend this place at all!! Avoid if you can

While other reviews warn of the potentials of other problems with their services, I however made it through just fine. We purchased a Sealy during the labor day special advertising the free TV with your purchase and received our bed right when expected completely intact and perfect. There was a slight hiccup with the TV voucher and a little run around to track it down, but we were in the end taken into consideration and care by our sales rep Scottie Dean who was more than knowledgeable about his mattresses.

Nights were long…we twisted and turned in misery awaking to pain and suffering. Then...we stepped into the shimmering lights and open arms of Mattress1one. Goodbye cruel mattress! They brought us deep sleep nights and the awakening to sounds of angels singing. We ARE healed! Thank you Ibram and Bobby for all your knowledge and support. Ya’ll are worthy!

This is my second adjustable bed from them.

Beware of the return guarantee. They will only exchange for a higher priced model, it will be full price (not market price), and it will be deliverable at their convince. Delivery can take months if there are sales going on; your mattress delivery will become a very low priority. Consequently, I found the Intex queen sized blow-up bed from Walmart to be the most comfortable while I waited.

Started shopping for a mattress here a couple months ago and spoke to a sales associate named Jessica who Quoted me a specific price for a Sealy fox trot comfort firm, i spent a couple hours in store that day but was short on time and decided to return the following week. Went back in and was greeted by sales associate Arnie, when i asked for jessica he informed me that she no longer worked at the store. So i proceeded to deal with arnie and ended up buying a different mattress and box spring set based on conversation of low back issues i was having. Arnie explained that there was a 180 day comfort guarantee and that if i wasnt totally satisfied i could come back to exchange. Fast forward almost 45 days and the mattress was starting to sink and was extremely uncomfortable. Went back to resolve around the holiday, late december and was told arnie was on vacation and had to wait a week until he got back.(Why someone could not help me in the meantime didnt make sense but was told it would be better to deal with selling sales associate). Finally went back and dealt with arnie directly and went all down hill from there. What a noticeable difference in demeanor, friendly on the purchase but felt like he didnt want to be bothered with the exchange. I explained that i had received a price from sales associate jessica on my original visit he plainly stated that the exchange price on new set would need to be at full retail price!! (MISTAKE#1 always get price quotes in writing) This is where they get you folks because they dont explain this at time of purchase. After arguing my case and getting a manager involved they agreed to price but didnt want to swap out boxsprings out! I was quickly losing my patience and explained that i did not want mix matched mattress set and after arguing again they agreed to exchange whole set however they charged me an extra $200 for the box spring. Arnie adamantly stated that the comfort guarantee only applied to mattress....(Mistake#2 Always get stated guarantees in writing) Had I known this i wouldve never made the purchase. Anyways after total aggravation over doing this exchange delivery date was set. ***Day of delivery, delivery folks arrive, they pack up first mattress set, begin to set up new one and guess what? THEY DELIVER INCORRECT MODEL!! I call Arnie at store to resolve and again instead of being helpful was very indifferent said they made a mistake at the warehouse and pulled the wrong mattress. He then agreed to exchange again the next day. Next day comes they finally deliver correct mattress but this time delivery came in a beat up old truck. Why does this matter?? Because now the mattress has a strong odor that i didnt notice until sleeping in it that first night. I figured id give it a couple days and left it uncovered but 2 weeks later it still smells like dirty truck. (MISTAKE #3 observe cleanliness of delivery truck compartment and check for any odors) So now heres whats really crazy about all this, Ive known the owner of this place since buying my 1st matress set from him back in 2001. His name is MARWAN and since that time not only have i purchased previously but I have recommended many family members and friends to this location over the years. I dont know if marwan is still involved in this business but what a shame the way this all went down. So if you want to avoid totally being frustrated and want to avoid not being taken care of as a customer, DO NOT PURCHASE from this place! Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
