Bad customer service. after years doing business with them I will definitely start finding another distributor.

People were friendly and got me unloaded fairly quickly, took them about 1 1/2 hours which for a genpak load is good. Only complaint would be that employee parking is right across from the dock which can make for a tight squeeze

Through this Covid19 crisis all the employees have been exposed by other employees to the virus and they think just by spraying cleaner onna desk that there employees will be fine. By two already should tell them that the virus will spread through out the building. The boss refuses to shut down to protect his employees cause he is more worried about his pockets.

Great people but very slow at releasing you. Had on two pallets. Its their process

Do not go there, they count boxes. 4 hours here and counting

Worse place to get unloaded. Been here over 2.5 hrs and they still not done counting whats on 26 pallets.

Take a lot of time to unload

Overnight parking possible

30min unloading time
