To place an order for pick up in Jacksonville FL. we needed to call the office in Orlando. After hanging up on us not only once, but twice, they could not find our account. Im more than sure it was simply a few key strokes away. But we had to wait almost 3 hours for our packing material. Once or order was placed. The young man that filled our order was respectful and kind.

Great dock guys . Even tho I was late they took care of me. Got me unloaded and back running. Cool place.

I think the work environment is great along with its supervisors, Im hoping to be hired by the company in the future I would enjoy being apart of the team.

Was told on rate confirmation to be here at 0700. I get here at 0600 to be told they dont start unloading until 0830. Now I just got told my appointment is 1230. If I have to sit here all day this will be the first and last time Ill come here. Looks like their unloader thought it would be funny to run over a bottle of Dr pepper in my trailer. This place is unpleasant and unprofessional to say the least. Finally got me unloaded at 1015.dont expect them to answer the phone either. I tried calling yesterday and no one would answer the phone.

One of the best places to deliver!We have been delivering with them for over a year now and they always take my drivers immediately, weather they arrive early or a little late.This past weekend we had some truck problems but receiving worked with us and unloaded my driver as soon as he got there. Their receiving is very understanding, efficient and a joy to work with.

It is wasnt nothing great spent 5hrs and 30 minutes there nothing great too say about that place if you have a appointment dont show up early I would not even give them 1star and Im not
