What a wonderful commitment the staff at Bob Clapper provides. Recently purchased a used SUV and had an issue not covered under any warranty about 2 months later. Jason at Clapper help and worked with us. The guys fixed the issue with no charge not even a service fee. I would highly recommend purchasing and maintaining your vehicles with this company. Great experience from top to bottom.

I purchased my car here. Ive been doing all my service here. 73,000 on my Chevy and all has been fantastic.

Nice people, but they dont really go over anything with me. Prolly because everything was fine, but what should I be doing to up keep my vehicle. When should I be back for this or that. They got me in and did and oil change and a wash.

Jury still out as we really liked Stark. But they did a great job putting all new brake lines on my GMC. Staff seems knowledgeable and friendly. Will return.

I have new Equinox air con went out. Parts are back ordered. So cant be repaired at this point. Told me I could come and pick up car and use it at least till get parts. The guy working with in repair area wasnt even there when came to pick it up. Not real pleased.

Would give them no stars if I could. Absolutely rude people work there and they hardly ever have new inventory. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I sure wouldnt give these people my money.

Just dropped off my car for an oil change. So far so good!

Well just spent 4300.00 fixing my escalade next day took back to them because serivce ride control light was on no one could look at it have to go back tomorrow trying to tell me light was offwhen they drove it
