I had my appointment at the Janesville location on 8/17 and was helped by Abbey. She was amazing!! She took time to help me pick out frames and choose some she thought I would like. After my exam (which was very thorough - the doctor helped to explain what was going on with my eyes and was very patient and helpful), she helped with my order and made sure I was 100% satisfied with what I was getting. She was easy to talk to, very pleasant and I really enjoyed my experience! Thank you Abbey and Wisconsin Vision!

I have had the pleasure of having Pam assist me with all of my needs at Wisconsin Vision for years at the Janesville location. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has the experience and expertise that makes her an asset to the company. I have been going to the Janesville location for years and have seen staffing changes.Pam and Crissy have been absolutely AMAZING.They both take the time with me and are very professional, kind and caring. Nothing compares to the years of experience adjusting and helping with my glasses. They are thourough and patient checking the fit and can help with any issues to help me see correctly.They also know who I am when I come into Wisconsin Vision and that is excellent customer service. From accommodation to customer service, WI Vision went above and beyond. I broke my glasses yesterday....not only did they squeeze me in but she replaced my frames! Everyone is extremely friendly, the doctor understood this unforseen event and made it happen! I was very impressed from start to finish!

Besides the needed clean and using CDC protocols, I found not only glasses to fit all tastes and budgets but I also found something even more rare these days. Abby waited on me and could not have been more helpful and she actually seemed to like her job. I have been here before, I returned and plan to check it out for future purchases. Good job Abby!

I just walked in and asked the lovely ladies if they could possibly tighten the arms of my stretched out sunglasses, without a blink Lisa gave Krissy my glasses, in minutes they were done !!! Absolutely fabulous service and those two ladies are the best!!!!

As I watched a team member get be-littled and talk to this team member like she was a child. So on a positive side i have spoken with the manager im pleased to hear this issue has been fully resolved. I have high hopes for this team as all the members are great at what they do in the optical world. This is essentially a great place and a excellent team to work with when you have questions or issues arise wether be frames or lenses. They go the extra steps to make sure your ready before you leave the store. Great collaboration to this team and all your efforts you provide the end consumer.

Every visit I have at Wisconsin Vision is always a positive experience. Pam and Melissa are always so kind and answer any/every questions I have. Today, 12/4/20, Jake helped me order contacts and chose a new pair of glasses. He went above and beyond to explain products, to explain what I was paying for, and even giving me honest feedback when choosing new frames. He has great customer service and was very knowledgeable! Would love to be able to work with him every time I am there!

I asked my daughter to come with me to pick out glasses she has been an optician in the past and has great taste in frames, and knew what what lenses would be best for me. Pam L was very abusive to my daughter once she found out she has been an optician Pam L said a lot of nasty things to my daughter and owes her an apology. I invite you to view the video of Pam L during my session with her. My daughter did Pam Ls job for her and probably earned her a commission. I do not recommend working with Pm L to anyone who goes in Wisconsin Vision Janesville. I hope management sees this post!

I want to thank Carrie for going above and beyond to accommodate me. I have always had a great experience when I go to the Janesville clinic. The Doctor was very honest and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

After calling a month ago and setting up an appointment asking if they would see my hubby and I WITHOUT masks due to health issues, I was told yes if we came at the of the day. That was fine with us, I double checked 3 times as I was making the appointment becasue we had an hour drive to get there. Every time I asked that they would see us without a masks I was assured they would. When we got there tonight we encountered attitude out of the gate. I was told they would NOT see us and that the appointment should not have been made. I get the fear some have but to not accommodate AFTER we were told they would was unbelievably rude. I felt discriminated against, was dealt with with such condemnation I could not believe it. I will never use this company and will be sure and tell others of the disdain this company displayed in consideration of health reasons for not being able to wear a mask!

Once in a while you come across an employee who gives such great service you just need to give them a shout-out. Optician, Pam, at the Janesville store went above and beyond, in a professional and friendly manner. She took care of me. Thanks, Pam! You should get a raise!

Had a really nice eye dr and didnt push to get me in and out real fast to go to the next patient.

They unscheduled my appointment, and didnt bother to tell me, other than an email. Not how service works... Now all I can see is their bad service.

Excellent service!! I stopped by hoping they might be able to replace the arms on my favorite pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses because the ear pieces were literally falling apart. To my surprise, the manager showed me that the earpieces could be pulled off the arms and new ones slid on in a matter of seconds. Thrilled to have my sunglasses like new again, I pulled out my wallet to pay, but the manager told me that there would be no charge. I would highly recommend!!!

I was so disappointed at their outrageous prices, even with my Eyemed insurance it was going to be expensive out of pocket. And it took forever for anyone to even come greet me or offer me any shopping assistance. Wont be back.

On vacation, my glasses took a digger. I walked in on a Saturday and they made them like new in about two minutes, and didnt charge me a dime. THANK YOU!

Jake was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, patient and understanding. My husband was having trouble with his new glasses and he found the perfect solution.

I worked directly with Pam and was very happy. Stopped in with no appt. and she was off and running. She even went the extra mile dealing with a past company that has lack luster service.

Was told 5 to 10 days now its going to be 3 weeks for my glasses. Over priced and lied to. Ill take my business back to Shopko. Poor customer service.

Very expensive wont ever go back. After insurance had to pay 700 dollars out of pocket never again thats ridiculous.

I went to pick up my daughters contacts. I was handed my ex-husbands ex-wifes contact order. I told the associate at pick up that the order did not look correct but they assured me it was fine. I got home, looked at the paperwork, and I was dispensed the wrong prescription and now had someone elses prescription and insurance information. I called at 3 pm immediately after realizing the issue (closing time on a Saturday). Instead of having me come up to fix it immediately, I was told to not open the lenses and wait until Monday. I went in the next business day and the HIPAA violation wasnt taken too seriously. The correct lenses were ordered. Went to pick up the lenses - wrong again even though the associate insisted they were correct. The trial lenses he issued were also wrong. This is the 2nd time we have had a prescription violation/HIPAA violation at Wisconsin Vision Janesville. We wont be returning.
