The people here are very helpful and outgoing. The customer service was above par. Everyone we ran into wanted to make sure we found we needed. We were able to get what we came for and get back to the project we were working on in a short time.

They tried to sell me a welder that was obviously returned and missing several items. I ended up buying a much more expensive model and then they didnt offer me the extended warranty. Very disappointing. I love the store and this deters me from shopping there.

Nina was awesome with helping us find our new coffee table. She was attentive and very nice. Definitely coming back to purchase more for our home. Plus, we were able to leave with our furniture same date.

I dont come here often. They have just about everything you could need for cheap if you are not looking for high end, long lasting items. They do the job for what you need. Staff was cheerful and looked in the back for an out of stock item.

Hey its harbor freight, home of the cheap tool. Everything here usually works well enough just not known for quality.

When came in front door was met by the most wonderful gal ever! She made my day, she made my week! I didnt catch her name. My friend went back a few days later. Same gal there, same great personality.. She remembered my friend and even asked about me. Her attitude inspires others to be positive and upbeat!

First time there price was good but not in stock at time, friendly staff,will be back next time need something.

Customer service is excellent as usual!!Still require masks and happy to help you find what you need if they have it.They even got my wife wanting to shop there more often for home remodeling supplies!

Well, I mean I work here, but it’s a great place to work. 😬 I get paid pretty good when it comes to retail and you get spiff for selling. We don’t usually turn people down when it comes to coupons. We try and make the customer happy and we negotiate. If you have the inside track membership no matter what we try and get you the best possible prices.

Harbor Freight Tools has some what good selection of tools but for consumers it could be cheap prices in quality it speaks the same Id say theyre making what they are worth. Its more or less dollar store of tools. Dont blame the employees though Id say theyre very respectable and honest for the job they work under if a product breaks and youve got a warranty Id recommend just returning it without taking it out on the workers.

Today was my first visit to this store, and I was attracted by the sale price is offered on clamps which I could use, and I bought a dozen of them. However it is too soon to know the quality of the clamps until I have had an opportunity to use them. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered questions convincingly. After returning home I noticed however that I did not receive the sale price on these items and it was probably just an oversight, but it pays to check before you leave the store.

We were greeted warmly and helped locating our purchases. NICE job.

Who doesnt like harbor freight? My recent project of putting a front end in a blazer was all done with tools from here. I have a 16 box van full of their tools. Many have been in use on a professional basis with few failures. The quality of their merchandise has come a long way.

Awesome prices and return policy but still closing at 7pm is what dropped the rating.

Have a good variety of tools that tools that range in quality from low cost alright tools to higher quality tools at reasonable prices. I have found the Bauer line of cordless and power tools to be quite good.

Staff was very helpful and they had everything from their flyer in stock. With mailer flyer I saved close to $100.00. Definitely worth getting on their mailing list.

Cheaper products from China, if you look close you can find some good deals with decent quality. Some newer products are much higher quality.

This is not Farm & Fleet or Lowe’s, or Menards with unhappy employees roaming.. the aisles. or any Big Box Store. It’s like a an old main st. Mom and Pop store that is Fast and Quick! In and out. No walking a hundred miles. The manager helped me find the right tools and was honest about tools that wouldn’t work for our job. That’s unusual.. I spent a few hundred and am definitely going back to spend a few hundred more. I was in retail for many years and this place is old school and well run. Yay!

Harbor Freight has all the things you didnt know you wanted! You want a magnet with 250 lbs of pull force? They got it!Things I have bought here: weed whacker, zip ties, shop vacuum, grinding wheels, small magnets, and lots of other little impulse stuff I cant remember.

This place is a blessing and a curse! Love the products and prices, but its way too affordable for good supplies. I always spend way too much. Very rarely disappointed.

Good service at this location. Harbor freight represents a good value on so many different items. Yes many tools are inferior to some high end professional grade tools but for non tradesmen weekend warriors you really cant go wrong and I see them getting progressively better as well.

I wanted to buy a wheel barrow style air compressor. They wanted to load it with a fork lift, its a small compr. I asked if I could just load it my self into the back of my car. The manager became upset and said it weighed 400 lbs. And none of her people were going to help. I said thats fine. Even as I was checking out all three of the employees were rude. I asked if I was putting them out because they were to rude. I paid and took my compressor, loaded it and left. I shop at this store frequently and usually theyre very helpful and pleasant, not today! May 25th 2019, 6pm

I was there looking for specific items. Saw at least 10 people working as they were putting away a stock truck presumably... and not a single employee said even just hello. Couldnt find what I needed and finally stopped someone and they didnt know either. Glad the prices are cheap so I know they dont over pay the unhelpful staff.
