I love this store. The staff are always helpful and they always know where everything is. Prices are reasonable and the business is locally owned.

Staff isnt the best at checking in with customers. I wondered for 30 minutes and left empty handed because I couldnt locate what I needed.

As they say, Ace is the place to go. I do shop at some of the bigger warehouse type stores such as Farm & Fleet, Home Depot, etc, but Ace is my first stop in my own neighborhood when I need a tool, a bit of household upkeep, some batteries, bulbs or know how for basement, bathroom, attic, plumbing, electric or garden. They have everything. Plus the Ace Rewards that show up in the mail keep me shopping, as does the GREAT customer service and convenience.

Quite honestly the best customer experience in town when it comes to hardware stores. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. While the prices are somewhat higher than the big-box home improvement stores, the service is enough to bring me here for most of my hardware- and lawn-related needs

Excellent service. Small town feel and very helpful. My dog just destroyed part of the frame of my door...the door was no longer locking or closing correctly. I took a part of it in. They helped me find a new threshold and I was able to fix a huge problem quickly. The guy who helped me today said he used to be an engineer. He was intelligent and well-spoken and very kind. I will forever go back to that hardware store now for any issues that come up at the house. Thank you Ace!

The employee named Bob was very rude and ignorant. I would highly recommend going to home depot or Menards to get a better selection, price and customer service.

Conveniently placed for a quick trip..but prices are too high. Almost WORTH it to drive a few extra miles for much lower prices.All I can say is...lower prices and STAY there...unlike the old store you replaced.

You can find cheaper, but its hard to find more convenient. Staff is always willing to help and offer suggestions. Most are knowledgeable, and those who are not know who to refer you to.Yes, you can pay half as much at one of the big box stores a few miles away. But I can be in and out of ACE with the part I need in 2 minutes. When the unexpected happens or a project goes sideways, that convenience is well worth the extra pennies.

Ace is becoming our go to hardware store.Its out of the hustle and bustle of all the other stores in town, they allow your dog to shop with you, and they have what we need without having toi overwhelming of a variety.The staff are always friendly and most are rather knowledgeable about the products they carry. They are competitively priced and help you find the best deal for the items you need.

Harris Ace Hardware is a wonderful store for everything that is needed for maintaining a house and garden. The inventory of available goods is wide-ranging and impressive. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

Good neighbourhood hardware. I needed a battery for my car key. They changed it for me. I needed a carbon monoxide alarm. They had it for me. I have been there a few times they always have what I need.
