It was very clean was my first observation. The young man was very nice and helpful. Although he was by himself and he kept getting customers he remained very calm and courteous to each person. Thats called good customer service!

Needed some extra space and found it at Extra Space storage. I did the rapid rental online, which I recommend (do it weekdays, during business hours). My first time trying to get in the gate using my gate code was frustrating. When I went the next day, the computer system was down, but that wasnt a problem for Robert. Robert was able to still assist me with gaining access to my rental space and personally showing me its location and showing how to secure it with the complimentary lock. Thanks Robert, for being personable and for being efficient and professional!

Once Deja arrive to this facility, I seen a major change. She very helpful and means what she says, when she say something will be done. Not only is she helpful but she very professional!! She keep the property safe by making sure everyone follow the policy and procedures about wearing masks! Good Job and hoping to seeing her more !

They will randomly up the rent on you, my rent went from $116 total per month to over $200. Absolutely ridiculous that they would do this on my third month of renting a unit. I will never use this facility again.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and upon arrival Deja was very helpful, knowledgeable, and punctual from beginning to end. I appreciate customer service in aspects in which it was handled and by way of Deja. We picked a unit based on my storage capacity and found the best option pricing wise and explained the contract to me in easy understanding. Paid, gave me the keys and I was on my way! If you find someone as helpful as Deja, appreciate them!

I made my reservation and payment online as I didn’t want to have the hassle of having to wait etc when I got to the office. All I had to do was provide my ID and Robert showed me how to use the gate and brought me to my storage unit. I appreciated it, truly. He seems very knowledgeable too. I loved how courteous he was, you don’t get that many people. So that’s a plus.
