Battery in stock for my Jeep Commander (H7 type) at a comparable price of auto store franchises. Ordered online, recieved return email in about 15 mins. that order was processed and ready for pick up. Drove to store, dealt with a very nice counter person and I then swapped out old battery with new battery on the spot. Bing bang done and ready for the approaching winter weather. Also I have been running 2 of their Duracell marine deep cycle batteries in my boat now for the last 2 plus years and they have always put out the power I need when needed and perform just as one would hope and expect.

The customer service lady was very informative and helpful and very friendly. I went in there just to buy a 9 volt battery and her friendly attitude motivated me to buy a flashlight as well.

I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs to have a remote key fob programmed and the key cut. Zach told me that I had to schedule an appointment because he had to do it when there was more than one employee at the store. So I scheduled it for the next day. I went in and Zach had the key cut and programmed in less than ten minutes it worked great. Highly recommend this place, great customer service.

I am currently overseas in the United Arab Emirates, my daughter is using my vehicle. She had battery troubles, so at 11pm my time, 2pm your time, I was able to online order her a replacement battery and have it installed within 15 minutes. Thank you! At first attendant did not want to change the battery on a watch that had 3 batteries. (Two were screwed in). I said please change the one that is not screwed in and then the watch worked. So only 4 stars for reluctance.

I ended up matching numbers up with my original and finding what I needed on the shelf myself. Then he tells me I’m wrong and I need one that’s twice the price. After my last trip, I’ve realized that I’ve wasted my time with him. I’ll never go back

I went there today asking about replacing a battery for Galaxy S8 plus. The kid there said they dont replace it there...but call the Bolingbrook location. He could have called to check for me but he didnt. Then when I asked about battery replacement for iPads...they dont do it either. Went there once but I wont go again. They need to get their act together because pawning business on to a different store is a terrible practice for personal financial business.

They helped me locate a certain bulb for a lamp and Im so grateful. They not only provide excellent customer service but they have a good selection of products.

What a great place! Great customer service. I have been meaning to leave this review for quite some time. Went in there with my daughters battery operated motorcycle that needed the battery changed out. These guys did it for free for me!! Great guys and very nice as well. Everytime I come in here. I get the our computers are acting funny. Now they open at 9. But our techs doesnt come in until 11am.. so I cant do the batteries for you. How about the tech starts when the store opens. Even better. Lets get everyone trained properly so we dont have to rely on one person showing up. This is a bad business practice. smh! Come to find out its the owners wife whos clueless.. wow you cant make this stuff up. 45 mins later. No glue and only heat wrapped the wires. I could have done that in 4 mins. I ask wheres the glueShe goes i can glue it if you want.. are you kidding me. Avoid this store!!!

I was unaware that they replace cell phone batteries, fix cracked screens, etc. They replaced my cell phone battery seamlessly. Price was reasonable.

Ron was super helpful when my wife’s iPhone went for a swim in the toilet. They worked on it for 2 days but it was DOA. Ron didn’t charge me because they weren’t able to fix it. I will definitely be back for any future needs.

Paid $160 to have a phone screen replaced. Two weeks later, I had to pay someone else another $100 to put a brand new screen on because the one this place installed went black rendering the phone useless.

Despite the name, this place also repairs smart phones. I had a broken Samsung Galaxy due to me being a klutz. I set up an appointment online with them and even got a 10$ off coupon by doing so. I dropped off my phone and got it back fixed after an hour., no questions asked. The gentlemen that were there were courteous and knew what they were talking about. The best part in my opinion, is that there were no hidden fees or additional charges tacked on to the bill for me. I got what I paid for, and I spent less than 100$. Hands down the best place to go to should an unfortunate accident occur. Thank you so much. Its hard to find an honest and well done service these days.

My wife cracked the screen of her Samsung Galaxy S8+. Called and got a quote from Eric of $129 plus $20 if back glass cracked upon disassembly.They didnt stock that screen and would need her to come in and give a deposit. She packed up 2 babies and a toddler and headed for Joliet.Upon arriving and talking with Eric, he told her he miss quoted. It would be $200 for just the front screen!The next day she spoke with the owner (Ron) JERK! Didnt care.Didnt apologize. Said his guy must have confused it with an Apple S8+🤪.I-FIX in Bourbonnais 😁. Have had a few phone screens and one completely rebuilt. $225= new front and back glass and new frame.Usually has everything in stock and takes an hour. Backs up with warrantyEven take care of you if you crack it within warranty time.
