As a classic dealer that when they want to sell they talk to you very nice they give you all the possible guarantees and at the end you buy it and when you have to use the guarantees they come out with that this is not included I spoke to the manager who is very abrasive very rude and not professional and he told me that there is no evidence there is nothing (what a great management they need some classes to take care of their customers)before and after buying a car.. so make sure everything is on paper therefore I will never return to this place where they dont care about customer Satisfaction ...

Went to Honda Joliet to look for my first new car. Had to schedule an appointment prior to visiting the first time. Linda was the customer care representative who helped me schedule all future appointments I had. She was really nice, always made sure that I was taken care of and replied in a timely manner! Rich was the salesman who helped me throughout the whole process of choosing a car. He was really patient and understanding with us! I ended up taking home a new Honda Accord! If you are going to go to Honda Joliet ask for Rich!
Truly customer focused service. Ive been a customer nearly 20 years and this place always keeps up with the times. They implement the latest and greatest tools and notifications so you know exactly whats going on with your vehicle. The service department is friendly and efficient. The estimated times are on the money and they do their best to limit the inconvenience of not having your vehicle.
I went to Honda to get my car serviced over the weekend and my experience was amazing compared every other dealership I went to. Jessica in the service department was very helpful and very easy to talk to. Even during this pandemic, it was so easy to get what I needed done and in a safe precautionary manner. They had a part that should of been under warranty but they made excuses of why I had to pay out of pocket for this part and labor only certain parts are covered under warranty when you brake systems shorts out I would not purchase a car from them after this experience my daughter had and the car was still under warranty I think they are a crooked car dealership

Ripoff policy regarding the payment of diagnostics before Carshield warranty can be used. Im only supposed to pay a $100 deductible.
I was helped by Brian who was very helpful and he delivered the car to my house which was very appreciated. He was never hard to reach and gave me every option and tip and made sure I understood everything before and after the purchase of my car.

Told the service advisor there was a leak in tire and pointed out which tire. 2 days later low tire pressure light came back on. Went back told another service advisor and pointed out the tire again. Was told it was due to the heat. When the light came on again, I took my car to another place where they removed the nail that was causing the leak. I would have understood their lack of concern had I not once but twice specifically pointed out the same tire and said I think there is a leak. Will probably not use this place again despite buying my car there.

I got to work with Chris Sem on getting my car and honestly he did a lot to go out of his way to make sure i got my car. I would definetly recommend going to him if you want to ensure youre getting quality in your experience.
This dealership is terrible. Not even 3 months into purchasing a vehicle from these folks and they guaranteed that it’s completely safe, and passed the “inspection” and I come to find out my Oil is completely empty. I thought Community Honda of Orland, and Honda of Joliet are the WORST. Sir and Madam, please train your sales and service associates a little better next time with customer service.

Was going to charge me 2 hours of labor to calibrate my windshield. I called another Honda dealership and was told they will charge me for 1 hour of labor to do the exact same thing.
