Id shopped around for over two years trying to find the right deal on the right car for me, I was referred to Rides Unlimited by a close friend and I was glad I checked them out. I drove from Berwyn to check on a SUV that they had just gotten in and I was shocked to see how great the car looked and drove. I went right back to the office and purchased it. Its been almost 3 months since I made the purchase and Im VERY pleased. I highly recommend taking a chance on these guys, in my opinion you wont be disappointed.

I am very disappointed with this dealership. They take months to deal with issues, they imply that they are going to help, and the man who owns the company will not directly contact you if you have an issue. He puts his salespeople in the middle and allows them to take the heat. Took 3 months to get a partial resolution - they will not resolve the issue completely.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They wasted a MONTH giving me a general runaround on a car I searched months to find. They told me the car needed a new turbo multiples times and would get back to me as soon as the car was ready. Not only did they run my credit to multiple banks aside from the ONE I requested and told me I was good to go. I call to check in and they tell me the car is sold. I couldve came out and paid cash for the car had I known how incompetent they were.

Customer service is terrible. I found a wrangler that I was highly interested in. I’m from out of state, so I wanted the vehicle to be pre inspected before I made the trip down to purchase (was going to make an all cash purchase). I called a local auto shop to set up a pre inspection. Jason informed me someone from their dealership would drive the wrangler over the next day. The next day came and went and I didn’t hear anything back from the auto shop or dealership. Now being Saturday, the auto shop was closed so I called Rides Unlimited asking for a status update. Some guy answered the phone and when I explained the situation, he informed he needed to get ahold of Jason and would call me back in 20 minutes. Never heard back from him. Called the auto shop on Monday to ask about the inspection and they informed the vehicle was never even brought in. I then again called Rides Unlimited, spoke with a lady who told me this situation would be sorted out today and Jason would call me back. That was at 10am this morning. It’s now 3:30 and I still didn’t get that call back ……

I am more than pleased with my car!!! Beautiful price and great condition. The employees are incredibly nice and respectful. when I went in there to buy the car I was actually very rude to one of the women who works there. But even though my experience was displayed everyone in the company helped me in every way I needed. I received absolutely nothing but great service a great car and Im more than pleased with my experience.

I called multiple times on Tuesday but it was busy, so I messaged thru FB Messenger and got a response over a hour later that the TRUCK IS AVALIABLE. I called a minute later to double check and finally got thru, the guy who answered said that THE TRUCK WAS SOLD! I told him that someone just told me that its available so he put me on hold, he came back and confirmed that it was in fact SOLD. I messaged back to whomever does the messaging that it was totally unprofessional and didnt get a response. I even messaged an hour later asking why the post was still up if the truck had been sold. THEY READ THE MESSAGE BUT DIDNT RESPOND UNTIL A DAY LATER (Wednesday) explaining why the phone was busy (Comcast issue) & that the VEHICLE WAS AVAILABLE. Instead of apologizing for the mix up, THEY TOLD ME TO LOOK ELSEWHERE! Had they shown some decency and tried to understand the situation I would have still purchased the truck but again they decided to be TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I recommend taking their advice - LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I was very happy with my purchase. I bought a 2011 GMC Sierra from Rides Unlimited and took it to my mechanic after the purchase since I live in Michigan, and he said everything looks great. Has been 3 months and it runs strong and have had no issues! The guys were great to deal with and I thought very personable and fair. Would recommend them if you are looking for a good used vehicle.

Its been a nightmare! We purchased a car for our grandson. We didnt negotiate the price. Found out they didnt have a title for it as we waited 2 mths plus and no title. And we have done nothing but plow money into this piece of junk, one thing after another. So wish they would have been truthful with us.

I found this place thru Auto Trader when I was researching for a used car. I spoke to Jason several times and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Was not prepared to pay taxes, title on top of Internet price. Would have tried to bring more money, no offer to finance, only drove 3 hrs to get here. Made an appt but they had to jump start vehicles we were interested in.

My truck took a s*it so it was a panic to scramble and find a vehicle so I could get back and forth to work and Id been ripping my hair out trying to find something. I looked around for about a week and happened across a really good deal on a 04 suburban and went to check it out at Rides Unlimited. I drove up there today and in front of the 04 Suburban was an 03 that I ended up buying. I walked up and started looking at this suburban and within a minute a guy tossed me the keys and let me test drive it and didnt even ask for my licence. I went and drove it around and everything seemed to be in great shape. I walked in and said I was interested and long story short I ended up walking away with not only what Id consider an extremely good deal on the suburban for the condition and miles it had on it, but also a 50 4k flat screen TV that was part of a black Friday giveaway, so that was pretty friggin cool. I got a really good deal on a single owner car with a very reasonable interest rate and a very fair price overall. Id gladly buy from them again, theyre pretty laid back and dont try and push you to buy anything but will happily help you through the process should you choose to buy. It was a great experience that didnt stress me out more than I already have been and now I dont have to worry about getting back and forth to work, which is good because now the bank is expecting payments. I dealt with Jorge and Jason and they were both really pleasant to deal with, thanks guys.

STAY AWAY from this place. They sold me a truck with a blown engine. I even payed the towing service to take it back to the dealer. They will NOT return your money. I had no option to take another car. I had no time to deal with them and take them to court. Guess what? The second car they gave me happened the same shet. To make it short, I lost $9000. I dont understand how this dealer is still open. Im warning you, they only sell cars with blown engines. The warranty they try to sell you is just another scam. This place is just a scam. Bought a 2009 GMC Acadia on 07/31/18; car was listed as in great condition inside and out, runs great, no major problems and we were told that the tires were new, which they did look like new on the outside. Fast forward to today, 12/08/18, 130 days later and the car is in the shop for over $3,000 worth of engine repairs and all the tires need to be replaced which is going to cost about another $1,000. Will never buy from this place again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

There was no pushy salesman the price listed was very fair and the car was in excellent condition. I recommend you do your research on used car makes/models and years and also know what to look for when your inspecting the vehicles. This is a high volume lot priced to keep moving merchandise and are sold as is. That or bring someone who does know about cars. Again thanks Karl, definitely a good guy to do business with, very straightforward and honest, no cheesy sales pitch. First dealer I found someone like that at. I will be back when I need a car again!

I called about a van I was interested in and asked them to check it for rust because I live 12 hours from the dealership. I said I wasn’t interested if it had rust underneath. I was told the van was rust free, so I paid for an inspection with Lemon Squad. The inspection showed that the van was rusted so badly the frame had holes in it. If the salesman had been honest with me about the rust, I never would have paid for the inspection. I do not recommend doing any long distance transactions with them. Make sure you can see the vehicle yourself first and definitely pay someone to inspect it!As I was reading these reviews, I noticed a review by the name of the salesman who misrepresented the condition of the vehicle to me. It was a 5 star review to bring their rating up. Thats seems suspicious to me.

Not gonna lie. Was sceptical at first. Lots seemed crowded as we pulled up. Once on the lot passing through the cars. I could see that the cars were in good shape. . I disnt want a buy here pay here place and asked right away was told no they work with more than a few lenders. We went there for a certain car seen online found it and started to browse around it. Gentlemen came out with the keys said take it for a ride. He took the driver license and off we went. Car was good shape and decided the price was right. It was my sons first time getting an auto loan so they walked him through the process and took the time to explain the paperwork for him. Very laid back. No pushy salesman.Made the experience actully pleasant and exciting for my son. Would recommend.

I read many reviews prior to and after my purchase.I do however, like to make my own judgement.Many of the negative reviews were about the casual clothes and the not so white collar business like atmosphere...This is a used car dealership for one, and going to a beautiful showroom where everyone may be in suits ( wonder whos paying for that in the end???, of course its the buyers) makes no difference in the end.Not my first Rodeo purchasing a new OR used car...I have visited all kinds of dealerships and sales people...You can love em or hate em regardless of what they wear or the type of showroom!I worked with Marty and Jason...To be honest, I like the like us or leave us attitude....I felt like they dont want to get into a long drawn out saga to sell a car.I told them my concerns about the vehicle I was interested in, and they never got pushy and just let it be...They did explain what they had done and or fixed on the vehicle.Bottom line, its the buyers responsibly to do their homework and have a car inspected...and solely the buyers decision whether or not to purchase.Plus, there is ALWAYS a little salesperson B.S. wherever you go and whether its new or used.My sales guy Marty was quite funny and pretty honest...most of the BS was in his humor, great witt...The only reason they didnt get a five star...I tend to be a clean freak...I would take a very part time job if they offered it, to clean up a tad...Honestly, all in all, I had a good experience and got a fair deal and happy with my CR-V

Total rip offs. Bought a SUV. within 2 days needed brakes in the back, also told about a ticking noise in the engine. asked to wait 3 weeks and theyd take care of it as they were really busy. finally talks to owner said so sad to bad. purchased an additional warranty. was several hundred miles over -due to making us wait. Turns out both side of exhaust manifold messed up and bolt was broken off had to replace headers also. Low life owner.

The truck I got was at a good price, but I shopped around first. I noticed that it was missing a spare tire and the a/c line was leaking (not their fault). They said they would get me the spare tire and fix the line. I called for 4 weeks straight and they just kept giving me the run around, and giving every excuse there is for why they couldnt do it. I guess it is just a typical used car dealership. Buyers beware always. I would of gave them 4 stars if they would of honored their word and just fixed the A.C. line like they said they would and get me my spare tire. I guess once they get your money, they dont care about quality customer service anymore.
