This was the quickest, simplest deal Jose and I have ever experienced. I knew exactly what I wanted and Jose was extremely responsive. Most times salespersons deal with the customer on an automated basis. Automated responses to email, automatic responses to text messages, etc. I didn’t have that issue with Jose. I’m very pleased with my purchase as well as the assistance from Mrs. Vogt. She was thorough and explained everything.

Brought my car in multiple times for the same ongoing issue. Last time I brought my car in they tried to tell me nothings wrong, practically telling me I’m imagining it. With further investigation, they found it. When picking up my car, they told me it was fixed and to keep maintenance about every 6 months. BUT replaced something, which seems to not have been JUST a maintenance issue. It has been one week and the water problem got even worse! Before there was water leaking on seat belts now it’s in the trunk, back seat carpet, dripping out of the seatbelt. Even when the issue began it was never this bad. Left message, and no one has returned my call.

Start to finish was the best car buying experience I have ever been through. I a going to be 69 years old and cant remember how many cars I have purchased. Alex Sekulovski was the most accommodating young gentleman and was there for us in all weather and all times. We didnt even know there was another smaller version of the Atlas with 3rd row seating. Since this was for my wife we were shopping for, It was the perfect fit and the size and with all the discounts it fit our wallet too. Checking out was fast an easy the ladies were on top of everything and had all the papers ready to go. That didnt bother them at all. Ended up driving over 2 hours to Hawk VW after contacting them online regarding an Atlas on their website. We had been to several dealers near our home, however, found they they were adding a “market adjustment” fee or adding hidden fees after claiming they were not. Hawk VW told us over the phone they were not adding any fees due to the current market. The Atlas we wanted was actually listed online for $1000 under MSRP. We were apprehensive to drive so far, especially after other dealers made the same claim that they were not adding fees, however, we went anyway. We worked with Krystal who was very polite and efficient. We ended up purchasing the Atlas we saw online, with no market adjustment fee or other made up fees added. I know the market is strange right now, and some dealers can get away with adding additional fees, however, it was definitely worth the drive to find a dealer that was selling at, or in our case, below MSRP.

I purchased a certified 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. The car was sold to me on a context that the car is certified. The car has issues like leaking oil in my garage. The car stinks of cigarette every time I enter in the car in the morning. My 3 year old boy got sick and I still use my old car to drop my kid to daycare. I got it cleaned by them and still it has the bad stink.

Easy to schedule or atlas cross sport for service. If needed a new module so we had to order and wait but it was a smooth process to get it back in for the module replacement. The staff explained everything and it went just as I was told.

I am very disappointed with the service department! I just purchased my 2022 Volkswagen Taos in July. The last thing I should be doing is calling to bring my vehicle in for service because my engine light came on. My vehicle also started to shake when I turned it on yesterday morning. Alex from the service department told me there’s nothing they can do for me right now there are no loaners and I would have to wait several hours for them to give me a diagnosis. Then when I asked to speak to a manager he pretended that he could no longer hear me. He said that I sounded like a robot! Every time I call to try and set it up I keep getting told to call back at a later time or date. I’m paying on this package and I’ve had the car nearly two months so I am really let down that I haven’t been able to bring my car in yet. I guess the overly friendly and helpful staff that got me through the buying process outweighs the lack of support you get post sale. Overall a good place

During this pandemic, Hawk Volkswagen of Joliet took a step above the other dealerships in the area! Hawk VW is running an antibacterial detail special for VW vehicles for only $49.99! With that price, it showed that this dealership cared about their customers and their safety! With so many people losing their jobs, that price is just amazing! The employees did a great job with my Beetle! I have 2 Chihuahuas, one short-haired & one long-haired. Their hair is so hard to get off the seats and, the detailing team got 99% of the hair out! Also, They cleaned it so well I dont smell that Crayon smell that some older VW gets overtime! The employees are very nice! Tony was a great help! He broke down everything clearly to the questions I had and really helped me out! Overall, I give this dealership an A+ and will be bringing my car back for more services! I will be recommending this dealership to my friends!

Hawk Volkswagen of Joliet is fantastic. Ricky from the Hawk Auto Joliet Volkswagen location kept in great contact with us and answered our questions over months and months. We had to be the most annoying couple on the planet during our car search. He is the best person we interacted with at any other dealership in the area and really cares about what he does and the people he works with. My partner also has owned a vehicle from this dealership for five years with nothing but great experiences.

Argenis was top notch! He was able to get our deal on a new Atlas with trades done quickly. With test drive we were able to get in and out in under 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Came in for an appointment no line at all. was told wait would be hour to hour 15 but took about 3. about 10 to 15 people entered after i did and they all left well before me. oh and my car should’ve taken about 15 minutes to be done if they were really working on it.

I needed a new car ASAP so I did end up purchasing with these guys.The process was stressful and there werezero favors and no concessions given. Paid full website price and offered me $4k less than what I actually sold my trade in for. Buyer beware they will not honor website price and the Volkswagens 0% financing. Its one or the other which is not stated on their website. It felt like bait and switch.The manager Mike was cocky and rude. Aaron was courteous and got me in and out without waiting around all day, thank you. Overall I would not send a friend here to buy a car because of the Manager Mike.

Hawk Dealership, was a great experience to purchase my 2018 Volkswagen Atlas. Isaac S./salesperson was professional, knowledgably, understood my needs. Allowed me to keep the car for 2 days and on the second day I purchased my Atlas. Everyone from Isaac, to the finance Manager, to General manager were excellent. I will refer Hawk to anyone who is looking for a new car, because they gave the best price than any other dealer in 100 miles and were wonderful to work with. I bought a 2020 Jetta r-line about a week ago and when I was purchasing it, I noticed a scratch near my windshield. When I asked them if there was anything they could do about it, they said they could try buffing it out, but the guy who does it wasn’t there and to come back another day. When I came back, I was told by the manager “we already tried buffing it out before you left and that’s all we could do” mind you, I don’t live close so it took about 3 hours to go there and back for nothing. They didn’t make any attempt to fix it. The manager brushed it off, and it felt like he was just pushing me out because the sale was already made. Also, I was told the previous owner would return the spare key and when I emailed about it, I got no response. It’s unfortunate because I brought my boyfriend to look at one of their cars since my experience with Aaron was great, but because of this incident, I don’t recommend.

My experience with Hawk VW of Joliet was great!! I purchased a 2022 Taos from Dylan. Dylan was friendly and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Sherry explained all of the paperwork very well, and was quick to respond via email to a question that I had after leaving the dealership. I would highly recommend Hawk VW and Dylan! Hawk is busy on a Saturday at the end of the month for sure, plan accordingly. Call ahead your car might be on another lot. They let you test drive without going with you.
