Excellent service and reasonable rates. Took my iPhone 10R to get the screen replaced. They said to give them an hour and took my wife’s cell number to text when it was completed. We left to get some lunch and 21 minutes later we received the text that the repair was completed. Phone is like a new one and only cost $89 plus tax to get done. Also they had some really cute electric cars for kids.

I pay $97 twice to get my phone fix just the screen and after the second time the top of my screen has this area were it twitches. I payed $245 or something like that to get the front and back fixed, The part that protects the flashlight wasn’t on there, my phone is constantly over heating and because of the heat the back of my phone started cracking and the glass is attaching to the phone case I bought from them. I made a complaint 4 months ago but I can’t keep spending close to $100 every time. Things like this never happened before I went to them

I bought a charger (Samsung) box from them about a week ago. Well the box isnt working. Lets not mention how I went in there to get my phone foxed, and they cracked the back. This place needs an investigation did on them.

I was satisfied with the customer service part but as far as dropping off a phone and having it fixed just for a battery, the wait was too long. A few days then spent the money for the battery and it wasnt the issue. Turned around and spent $400 getting another phone so what I paid for the battery was just money thrown in the trash.

I have spent so much money in this place and the screens they use break easily and now mine is separating and they won’t fix it!! Like I’m really going to pay them another $49 to fix what they can’t seem to get right!! I won’t be back!!

I got my phone fixed by neha a while ago and my screen is twitching a little, then when I got it back the cover thing that goes over the flashlight isnt there anymore. After I got my phone fixed again and got a case, when my phone fell once the case outline is where my screen cracked and the lines started to grow including the back.

I sent my brother to see if these people could fix my phone, fist time he said it would be $30 then the next day he said $35 (I didn’t mind because I thought he was gonna fix it or at least tell me what the problem was) 2 weeks later not even a call, he had to call em, when he went to the store the only thing we heard was “he couldn’t fix it” he didn’t even open the phone, I think he just plugged the phone to the pc he saw it didn’t turn on so he didn’t do anything else.I took my phone to another tech guy near them and was fixed in less than 6 hours LOST $35 for nothingAt least the store looks nice ❗️

I am really unsure if these people really know what they are doing. So, my daughter spilled something on her computer...I know, her bad. But we called Nehi to see if they could fix it. We took it in on Black Friday. They called within a couple of days stating that they could fix it and it would be about $130. Great! Lets fix it! They knew the urgency to get this back but we still had to call several times after we hadnt heard anything for about a week. Finally they said it was ready. My daughter went to pick it up and it wouldnt even come on. Left it there and we had to call to check on it. There was really no communication from them. Finally a couple of weeks later it was ready again. I went by there to pick it up. It came on and worked for about 2 minutes and then stopped working. Left it a 3rd time. Had to call literally a month later and they said, oh, its ready! Went in and it worked but none of the MS Office products worked. Took it home to reinstall MS Office. Worked for 3 days then quit again. So ridiculous. Not only will I never return to this location, I will not recommend them.

I came in with a water damaged phone, everywhere I took it said they could do nothing, and not saying any names but were rude. But a friend told me about Neha Wireless so I decided to see what they had to say. Everyone there was so friendly and up beat. I felt like I walked into a friends house. Dropped my phone off to be fixed, was told it would be done in 2 -3 hours. Went back 3 hours later and he hadnt even started on it. Then they couldnt find my phone. After searching for awhile they finally found it. Had to stand around waiting for another half hour for it to be fixed. Then he lost my case and had to look for it after I had to ask for them to give me my case back. There was no option for no stars unfortunately.

This is the most worthless place to have anything fixed. I called a and asked if they could fix a charging port for Samsung. I took phone in and left a complete phone, a month later I called to check on it cause I never got a call they said it was not fixable. The reason it was not they broke the screen and they said they would not replace it. I would not take anything to them ever and ever is a long time. If you value your phone dont take it there

Terrible service they fix my screen then broke my speaker then they fix my screen again and the screen stop working. They also over charged me clearly they are some Arabs trying to get over on the black community !

I would have given them five stars but I was lied to. I financed an IPhone 8 Plus. The reason I financed it and didn’t buy it outright was to help build my credit; which I was told twice by two different employees that it would. I contacted Progressive which is the financing company and they told me that they are a lease to own company not a credit, so therefore they do not report to the credit Bureau. So needless to say I’m pretty upset because now I’m overpaying for a phone that won’t build my credit. So fair warning to anybody thinking it will build your credit, it won’t. But it’s pretty easy to get approved to finance a phone.

Older guy with a beard took it and said hed call in 15 - 30 minutes when he had a pricing on the part. 3 and a half hours go by without a call, so I decide to go back up to the store. Walk in, the store is completely empty. Dude is sitting in a chair, gets up when he sees me, and goes, Uh, hey, yeah he was just about to call you and points to the guy sitting in a chair near his, and this guy has piles of paperwork in front of him and is on the phone.Price was $180 - $200 to fix the hairline crack in the screen. I walked out. Lowest possible rating for price and customer service. Oh, and by the way, when I got my laptop back, the crack was even worse.**Update for the Smartass Reply** -- We were a lot more disappointed in your customer service than in the price, although we werent happy about that either. Waiting 3.5 hours for a call with an empty store? Come on man.

They were great! replaced the battery in my pixel phone and they are almost impossible to do because the screen is glued down . Very friendly people and the man that owns it is super nice too. I had shattered my screen, my phone was still working 100%. I take it to neha to replace the screen and once I left, my phone would go on and off every 20 seconds. I go back the next morning and they tell me that it had nothing to do with them replacing he screen, that it’s just the phone that I have that it must be a software issue and that everyone’s phone is doing that and blaming it on them. Also I had 7 fraud charges on my bank account that same morning over $400. May be a coincident but it seems awfully suspicious to me. Not to mention as soon as I got there all of the employees were eating their breakfast instead of fixing my phone after I told them I need to hurry to get to work. If they can unlock an iPhone they can also steal your password and information off of it. I will not return to this store.
