Replaced phone battery. One day service--actually 4 hours. Great service.

I brought up my Google Pixel XL to get its screen repaired and had a great experience! They explained the problem and even called me with an update when another issue arose. I was even given a price estimate so I knew what to expect. They were very friendly and had my phone done later that day. Ill definitely be going back.

Let me start by saying, Im thankful I was able to get my phone fixed here. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I had my phone repaired that day. I was getting hit with so much nonsense from Asurion that they called them and spoke on my behalf (they didnt have to do that). They then stayed over after hours to repair my phone, hands down the best customer service Ive ever received

I just knew my phone was dead, RIP. I took it into ubreakifix in Jonesboro and they rescue her. Thank you. I’ll be telling all my friends how wonderful yawl are.

My screen was cracked so I took it in and it was fixed. I got home and noticed I didnt have service anywhere through out my home or when I was driving places which was not normal. My husband has the same exact service as me so it was not a service issue. So the next day, I brought my phone back and was pretty much told that there was really nothing that could be done and it was likely a carrier issue. I tried resetting my phone multiple times, my husband put his Sim card in my phone and still did not work. Long story short I had to buy a new phone and paid $165 to this place for my phone to not work. Not happy...Update: The owner reached out to me and I appreciate it so much!!

Its a great place, fixed my phone in a couple hours. The only problem I had was they didnt have my screen in stock at first and had to wait for it to get shipped to the store.

UPDATE: Returned here this morning as my phone would not charge.Instead of assuming it needed something new, the young man said most times they can be cleaned and it will take care of the issue. He spent 15 minutes cleaning the charging port, which took care of the issue. He done it free of charge. If you need a phone fixed, iPhone or Android, and are in the Jonesboro area, this is the place to come to receive great service and care for you phone.Had an android screen fixed here. Very professional, excellent job.

They were very helpful but unfortunately my phone didnt have a replacement screen available, so I had to spend the money on another new phone after just buying that one last fall. So I wasted almost $200 for just a short time of use. Id definitely use this place for all your repair needs!

This is literally the first review that I’ve EVER written for anyone good or bad! So I’ll try to make this quick,. I have a claim with them through Verizon, I’ve NEVER had so much trouble with a claim EVER! I spent over two hours today in the Jonesboro location (and this is the 11th day that I’ve been dealing with this) with a young man named Jywon Green and to say that he went above and beyond to try to help me would be an understatement, considering the issue/problem was on Verizon’s end. His patience with the 4 or 5 people (one of which was American and we were able to understand) was unmatched by ANYONE that I have ever dealt with! Thank you MR. Green and because of you, I will continue to use Assurion & Verizon!

They spent 2 hours diagnosing an IPhone for me and fixed it free of charge. They were so patient and so diligent in their work! It was a great experience! I will not only be taking our electronics here now to have them fixed, but I have been recommending them to others!

Jywon and Brent were amazing!! We showed up an hour before closing to see about replacing iPhone x cracked screen. They got us right in and stayed a few min late so we could get the phone back that day... They also gave us discounts on accessories. The best customer service!!!

I broke the screen on my iphone11 a few months ago. I had it replaced by Cell Phone City in Jonesboro. A few days ago my screen began jumping and I couldn’t navigate things. When just sitting on the counter the phone would light up and jump around. I took it to My AT&T store and I was told that screen was bad. They said that there were only a couple of reputable places that they recommend because most places use cheap replacements. Ubreakifix was one place they suggested. I took my phone to them and they repaired it quickly and they were extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend them!!

We took my phone there for a new screen, as I had dropped my phone. The young man that waited on us was friendly and professional. He took all the necessary information and said the would keep us updated, and hoped to get it done that day. They texted my husband a few hours later, it was ready! The new screen fits great,and it came with a new battery inside. I had taken my phone to another store in town once before. The guy was nice enough, but the screen he put on never fit the phone right. The UBreakiFix guys got it right!!!

The screen and back to my daughters I-Phone 11 was badly damaged! Since Im not synchronize swimming in cash, I couldnt afford to purchase her a new one. Went in because of the battery issue on my Google pixel 4xl, this would make the 3rd time getting the phone replaced/repaired, 1st time coming to uBreakiFix, they were great, professional and answered every question I had. Very responsive and told me my phone would be done in 24-48 hours and I brought it in at 5pm, and got it back at noon the next day, definitely my new place to go for any electronic, issues or repairs.
