The company New Wave charged my credit card and I do not even live there or go there. I think they must be scammers getting credit card numbers and then charging them to see if they can get away with it. I tried calling but they never answer their phone. I am calling the police next.

My wife has the phone plan with hotspot. It’s $54 dollars a month and it quits working like every two or three months. I have to call New Wave and of course no one from JB answers the phone. I can get the New Wave in Paragould, but they tell me I have to call or go by the New Wave in JB. Well, I can’t get New Wave in JB on the phone so I have to go by there. Idk how come her hotspot quits working all the time. And it’s not like she’s used it all up because it only quits working like right after we pay the bill. One time her whole phone quit working right after we paid the bill. She couldn’t make calls or text or anything! We’re seriously about to go to Verizon and pay double just so we don’t have to deal with this anymore. I don’t understand why it quits cutting off. We always pay the bill on time and have never had a lapse in service.Edit:I POSTED THIS REVIEW 2 WEEKS AGO!!and I just got the hotspot fixed yesterday. Guess what? I had to go to the store because NOBODY answers the phone at this store EVER.When I got there the guy said I need to call simple mobile because they provide the service, and besides owning up to the issue and striving for good customer service, the guy tried to make it sound like my issue had nothing to do with New Wave. There’s just one problem with that. Whenever I get my credit card statement it says NEW WAVE WIRELESS. I am YOUR customer. You have done nothing to help. You didn’t even offer to call simple mobile and handle the issue. I HAD TO CALL MYSELF!!We are done with New Wave. I have canceled auto pay and we will be swapping to Verizon. It will be well worth the money.

So I went to get my phone a new case and I got the bundle deal and they went to put the temper glass on and case and before anyone starts being a completely B. No I don’t do it but they on they time with phone cracked my back camera giving them a chance to fix it or give me what my phone is worth before it was done.

We needed to purchase a new iPhone and since new wave had an XR advertised for $300 we chose that model. After much hassle and run around the sales rep finally admitted that the phone was only priced that way for new accounts and wouldn’t stand good behind the advertised price. It was a big waste of time. I couldn’t post a picture showing the false advertisement but you can look on Facebook and find it.

They lie and they even took money out of my bank account before I even agreed to pay or sign papers... this place and cody is all a joke very unprofessional dont answer calls.... for the love of God get a new gm and fix the crew or hire all new gm and crew. I have to call page plus every single month to reset my phone bc their computer NEVER activated my phone, I have to use someone else’s phone to activate a phone I already activated while in service EVERY month. They charged me for service when I was paid up 3 months when I first started took 6 months to get my money back- Now they double charged me for the second time since having them and won’t answer the phone to stop the transaction. Opens at 9am. Says on the door and on the website, still can’t get them to answer 10 mins into their “work” day” never go to these guys your better off buying a phone you like and activating it yourself. Just do it.Edit to managers response- part of my “inconvenience” is your employees not answering the phone during work hours, I have to call page plus directly due to your store never answering the phone to address issues like this. Typical response to spend more money at a store to “fix” a problem rather than a response of “I’ll make sure my employees answer the phones when work hours start”. We don’t need more or new we need pre existing to be working and support as paid for.

Took my iPad there for a broken screen. It took 12 days to get it back in which i called constantly. after i finaly got it back the screen wasnt put in properly and had to take it back. its been a week and i have to take it again because the screen is out again. this is twice. i do not recomend them for tablets. take them to the phone replace store by the facial bar. they ladies seem young but can at least do what you pay over a 100 for.It also seems the reviews on facebook were so bad they took down the page. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

This place is worst case scenario.I have had a couple phones repaired here with no big issues (other than the subpar screens they install). That changed when I turned in an iPad to get fixed. It came into the store functioning, just needing a new screen, I got it back about 6 weeks later, not working at all. They told me that they could “sell it in the hood for me”. The original timeframe to get the screen repaired was about 4 days and it turned into weeks. They openly mocked me at the counter. They kept giving me times and dates to pick up the iPad and when I got there it wasn’t at the store, or repaired for that matter. Avoid this place! Save yourself the trouble.

Went in to have repair, told me phone was shot, tried to sell me one for $699, declined her generous offer lol, went home, got on Amazon, ordered the replacement part for $7.98, took me 10 mins to replace part (snap off back shell, remove 2 tiny screws, remove bad charger port, put new one in its place, replace tiny screws, snap back shell on), phone back 100%, so buyer beware, not the first time Ive used them, replaced screens on 2 other iPhones @ $150 each, same screens on Amazon $32.50, so if youve got more money than common sense, NuWave is your store. Cell phone hardware is much, much cheaper than I ever imagined; and way to simple to pay a geek $100 bucks for 15 mins work.

This was last year around Christmas and my LG G6 needed to be replaced since the LCD went out. I asked then how long it would take and they said a week. I was pumped went up there next week they said having got the part in yet. It literally took them and entire month to replace one item, and a few weels later my screen under my protective screen cracked by itself, literally. Took it back up there and they said they couldnt do anything bc it was dropped even tho On God never dropped it. And if I peel off my screen protector it will take off my Frame of the phone plus the digitizer.

Ive had service with this provider three years first of all I have to go outside to talk or I drop calls. Half of the time I cant send and receive text. Ive had auto draft the whole three years Ive had service with them and they shut my phone off and when I called customer service they put me on hold for an hour. Said they had no record that my payments were auto drafted. Really? It was taken out of my bank account I had proof! I ended up having to call PayPal to get my service turned back . I have a couple more weeks with them and I am done with New Wave Wireless!!

If youre reading this and in need of an iPhone screen replacement, do NOT use New Wave on Redwolf Blvd!I had a perfectly fine, working iPhone that had a crack in the screen and decided to take advantage of New Waves prices. Turns out you do in fact get what you pay for. The screen started to come loose and eventually simply fell off the phone on its own, so I took it back to get it fixed again. The screen is again coming off, and now the display is completely ruined and barely functioning. And now purely because of New Wave, I have to buy a whole new phone. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

This is the WORST cellphone store ever. I have brought my phone in twice to be fixed and both times they failed to fix it! The first time I left my phone there to be fixed for 5 hours, came back and they told me the guy that fix phone was on lunch break! Brought it back couple of weeks later, they told me to give them 24 hours and when I called 24 hours later to check on it, they told me the guy that fix the phones was on vacation! When I asked why they didnt tell me that while I was there, they replied I dont know. I live out of town so its a 45 min drive to Jonesboro for this. Promise I will never be back! The cellphone station or cellphone central is 100x better! Worst service I have ever recieved!!

People need to know how horrible this place is. Absolutely the most horrible, unprofessional, incompetent awful group of people Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only did they put the wrong screen on my phone (I had to have them remove the new screen and put the broken one back on), they also either stripped several screws or just completely left them out when reassembling the phone (by accident? I doubt it.). While they were busy damaging my phone, one of the employees, Jeremy, was incredibly rude and condescending and seemed to enjoy talking about people pooping their pants and calling people retards, which is a terrible word to use anyway, but within the confines of a professional environment... it is intolerable. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told none were there. I later found out that the manager Eric was actually standing there the entire time yet refused to speak up and admit it. I then asked for the name of the owner and was told the owner was never in the store and they had no way to contact him. When I insisted on a name, I was given three different names by three different people in the store. Two of the phone numbers were disconnected and the third phone number I was given was just the number to the store (even though I had already been told the owner is never in the store). After I left, I went to another local repair shop where they showed me how horribly my phone was damaged with stripped and missing screws. They said the person who previously disassembled the phone HAD to have been the one to strip/lose the screws because the way the screen was replaced, it would have shattered had it been removed again. After finally having my phone properly repaired by decent people around the corner, I went home and what do you know? I had two Facebook friend requests from two of the employees at this store. I find it alarming that they were not only sharing my private information among the store employees but were also Facebook stalking me. Neither of the employees who sent me friend requests were people I gave my name to and neither of them had any reason to have my name so why was it given out so freely? And why are these despicable people trying to friend me via Facebook? Its beyond unprofessional. Its just plain creepy.For anyone who wants to challenge my version of events, I have screen shots of the friend requests and subsequent PM conversations as well as a video recording of the second half of my visit to this atrocious store. Once I got my phone back I began recording the entire incident.Oh... and when they tell you they need between 2 and 24 hours to repair your phone, they will gladly bump the repair time up to 15 minutes if you offer them an extra $20.This place is absolutely disgusting.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My son took his phone in to get the screen fixed. When he dropped the phone off it worked perfectly fine. When he picked it up it wouldnt even turn on. They sent it off to be repaired and told him he could pick it up in a week. In the mean time they gave him a loaner phone. His SIM card wouldnt work in the loaner phone so they told him to take it to our carrier and have them Unlock it. Turns out the phone they gave him as a loaner was reported as stolen. He went back to the store and had a conversation with them about it and all they said was ohhhhh sorry man. So the date they gave him for his phone to be back and fixed has come and went and his phone hasnt even been touched yet. He has been without a phone for a week. When I called to find out what was going on it was a complete mess. I started off talking to Brianna who had no idea what was happening. She put me on hold, came back and said as we told the person that came in earlier, its not ready and since you lost the loaner phone... Woahhhh...I had to remind her it wasnt lost, they gave him a stolen one. All I got was an oh. Then I had to remind her hat the reason it was sent off was because they broke it. In a very ignorant condescending tone she asked how they broke it when we brought the phone to them. Thats When I asked for a manager. She told me she was the office manager and there was no one above her. Everyone has a boss unless you own the company. I told her I wanted to talk to the store manager and she said he wasnt in. I told her I wanted a number for him and she wouldnt give me one. I told her to take my number and have him call me then. She said he would t be back today and I said I dont care he can call tomorrow. She said she didnt know when he would be back tomorrow so I asked for his boss number. She said he doesnt have one. Thats was when I was hung up on the first time. I called back and asked for a manager So she gave the phone to a guy named Michael. I asked who he was, he said he was just a worker so I went through the whole give me a managers number or take my number with him. That was when I was told to shut the hell up and then told to shut up another 7 times. I told him I am the customer and paying the bill on a phone that my son doesnt have cause they broke it so telling me to shut up when you arent a manager isnt going to make me stop. I want to talk to a manager. That is when I was hung up on a second time. So I called back again. Micheal answered the phone and then proceeded to tell me he was the manager. I told him I dont believe him and I wanted his managers number. He said there is no one above him. I asked if he owned the business he said no. I said then there is someone above you. Either give me his number or take mine and have him call me period. He took my number to give to the owner(yeah right) and wanted to know what I was going to say to him. I told him that was between me and the owner. He said I have to tell him something. Tell him what happened to my sons phone and why Im mad and I will have my own conversation with him that doesnt concern you. I have a feeling I will be calling back tomorrow. My issue is the whole way this has been handled. How do you not remember a stolen loaner phone and your staff breaking a customers phone unless it happens so much that you cant keep track???

We started out at the Paragould new wave and got quoted $200. Went around to other places to make sure that was the best offer and didnt find a better one so we went to the one in Jonesboro to get the $200, and they said they could only give $180 then called the Paragould store that said they didnt tell us $200. Brandon at the Jonesboro store was very rude about it and wouldnt help us when we came back in.

I called the day after my iPhone 6 glass broke. I spoke to a woman the first time & she insured me that they would take care of me. Because Im a bit OCD I called the following day asking to make sure that bc I was just in town for the weekend that I would be taken care of. I even offered a deposit to ensure that I would get in. I do give them that credit bc they didnt take the deposit. I was in line when the woman in front of me was called first & I heard her say Can you get me in? His reply to was No. Yo that she answered Ive been coming here for 3 days in a row & Im getting the same excuse. He then said come back at 11:30 (it was 11:00 am) Our tech will get to you today. I then get called to the clerk on the right bc she was in my left & I said Hearing her speak Im not getting in... At that time the tech walked in on his phone & the reason for the back up was bc he had repairs from last night After he talked to the tech he told me to come in at 11:30 as well as the woman to my left. I went around the corner & paid $105 & it was done in an hour. So, this is my advice, if you have a broken glass on an iPhone 6 or 6 plus, go to the wireless place where Fujis is at & pay. Its so worth it.

When I arrived it was on but a few days later I figured out it was just a sticker, they had just put a sticker over where the told me it would be a glass lens and charged me 15:00 to do it.
