I just left the Verizon on Red Wolf. Only 1-2 people were helping customers. After over an hour and a half another person walked out of the office and helped a man who just walked in. I should have been next and 3 others ahead of this customer. I dont even give it a one star for customer service but i have to to be able to post this. Does anyone else know of another Verizon store within an hours drive?
Honestly, this is why I no longer am a Verizon customer. Besides the prices being outrageous, I paid for a tablet and placed my new carriers sim card in and it would not work. It was showing it was still locked. It has been paid off for well over 60 days and should be fully unlocked. Called tech support on 3 different occasions and it was like they didnt believe me and insisted it is fully unlocked and is able to support another carriers sim card and service without an issue. After this didnt work, I went into this Jonesboro corporate store and was practically ignored because I wasnt worthy of time, due to me not being a current customer. I was placed near a phone while they dialed tech support and had me stand there while they told me this (repeatedly) this is the same thing I could have done at home because they cant help me in store, to which I advised them repeatedly, that I tried this at home three different times and it was like they didnt believe me and since I paid for this product I want it to work. So, here I stand, while they just ignore me and my husband, not worthy of their time. So glad that I am not their customer anymore. Its sad that their customer care representatives refuse to do their job and assist people with Verizon products and instead continually glare and discourage me from coming into a store for their help on a product purchased from their company that is failing to work. After an hour of standing there and not have anyone answer on tech support phone system, I have a male worker come up to me and state that the tablet I purchased cannot be used by another carrier because it just cant and I should believe him because hes corporate, yep thats convincing. What a waste and what an awful store. How do these people sell anything with all these one star ratings the past 5 months and the same generic answer from the owner?
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were not that crowded and one guy said he had been there over 2 hours. There was an elderly lady who had dropped her phone this morning and broke it, they said all could do was sell her a new phone, wouldnt help her transfer her data from her old phone to the new one. I never got waited on and it made the manager mad when I called Verizon, he said have them ship it to you and walked off. 2 customers said they were going to at&y
Placed in store pickup order online, at around 11AM. It’s currently 4, and hour before close, and all the security doors are rolled down and no one is here. Order is “still being prepared “, and I doubt I will get my phone today. Cant get through to any live person over the phone. I swear one of these days I’ll switch to T-Mobile.
Andrew waited on us and he was great. He answered all our questions and helped me pick out the phone that suited me.
My phone was acting up, so I decided to stop by the verizon store. They had it working like new again in about 6 minutes. Very nice people. I was really surprised that they did not try the pressure tactics to get me to buy or upgrade to a new phone. One if the best experiences I have had at a cell phone store.

Run, don’t walk to a different Verizon location!!! Wish I would have come to the reviews first, clearly I wouldn’t have waisted my time.
Staff was decent, forgot to add some things to my bag so I had to go back to the store.
Waited for a while to have someone check me out for a charging cable. Asked the sales associate twice if the charging cable was the right one for my phone only to leave out of town and discover they had not sold me the correct cord.
Save your money and a headache by going with another provider. Bought a mobile hotspot from the Jonesboro, ar location a week ago and it still doesnt work. They cant tell me why or how long it will take to resolve. Should have went with AT&T

Stopped by to try and buy a usb-c to aux adapter for my new phone that did not come with one. Once i found one i tried to find a salesperson to check out. Somebody who i assume to be the manager finally came up to me and said itd be a 40 minute wait. I explained that my phone did not come with the adapter and that i only needed the adapter and nothing else then id be on my way. Nope, still said it would be a 40 minute wait not to mention he was very rude. Mind you the store wasnt that busy and either him or the guy at the front wasnt doing anything and could have easily taken a half a minute to check me out at the register. I did my best to control my frustration and left empty handed. I can not fathom why i could not purchase my 10 dollar item and leave so i could just listen to music on the way home. I have popped into verizon stores in other locations for chargers and other small accessories before and its never been an issue. Horrible customer service for sure. Looking back im sure they get paid a commission so if youre not a spending big they dont care about you. I would not support this location if they are going to prioritize money over the well being of a loyal customer for many years. Id recommend finding a different store if you need anything urgently.

I waited for about 30 minutes and I was the next person in line and the person sat down with two other women to take care of them before he took care of me and I walked out lost two sales they only had one person taking care of customers

Rn, not happy with Verizon. Jonesboro, where I live and where the office is, there is barely any service for Data... streaming is not available and most apps wont work.

I would not reccomend the Verizon store in Jonesboro to ANYONE...even if they were offering free service and phones for a month! One of the Florida salesmen was VERY RUDE AND NON PROFESSIONAL. I was made to wait outside for over 30 minutes watching 2 customers leave the store in the freezing cold and being told there were too many customers in the store. When I finally was able to enter the store their hours were nearing close and I was unable to purchase, with cash a new phone after driving 45 minutes out of the way and being loyal customers for over 10 years. I will not refer anyone to them and I will actually try to discourage anyone from doing business with them. You dont treat long time loyal customers with the disrespect I received. After leaving the store that was so nonprofessional and rude i went to Walmart and their customer service was great. The staff went out of their way to help me with my needs.

Was told I would need to wait in my vehicle for an hour. Others in front of me. No problem. I went to my truck. One hour 20 minutes later. I got out to see where I was on the list. Two people ahead of me. 25 minutes later I get called in. An hour and 45 minute wait with ac running in the truck. Took my defective phone in. Staff stated I needed a refurbished one sent to me and send mine back. Literally 5 minute conversation. Received my phone today. Same issue with it! No one can hear me. Muffled echo sound on their end. Looked it up. iPhone XR has an unresolved issue with this. Now I go back tomorrow to see about a different phone. Very disappointed in Verizon to say the least. I’ve been with them over 20 years.
I would give more stars, the staff are knowledgeable & friendly, but the store is only open during the week from 10-5. Not consumer friendly, even with the current COVID situation. I dont live in town, so driving in on a Saturday isnt a good option. Guess itll be awhile before Im able to get my new phone. 🙄
It depends on what customer service representative you get. I talked to one individual that was very rude but Ive talked to another, twice, since then that was very helpful and took the time to understand our issues.

Got there around 7:20 and were put on the wait list... went in to make sure we werent sittin in car in vain and were reassured that yeah..theyd call us. Alil before 8 looked like they were closing so went to talk to them. Nope cant get us in yet tonight even tho we had made sure to ask about that!! Definitely not a fan. But would like to use Verizon if things would be smoother... also you end up paying quite abit with their phone plan.

I only had 3 questions I needed answered which would help me make a decision on upgrading my wife’s phone. I made sure they understood I only needed the questions answered and was not expecting to do the upgrade at the present time.Unfortunately, no one could answer my 5 minutes worth of questions and I needed to wait in line. I don’t expect the world to revolve around me but I would think that customers with things like basic questions and issues would not be lumped into the same cue as someone looking to spend 30+ minutes to upgrade phone and services.Do you not have one employee there to handle simple issues? Perhaps you should consider it and then perhaps your showroom floor wouldn’t be packed with so many people.

Great initial experience. Sales representative got us switched over to a new plan, at a competitive price.However, 6 months later, our bill steadily increases without probable cause. We call to inquire. They claim phone insurance prices and protection policies have increased globally without any prior notice to consumers. We havent had to use our insurance or protection policy once.
They gave me info but they did not have what i needed. My phone is verizon so they should have the batteries for it in stock. Oh brother!!
Hour and a half wait outside in my truck. Get a message that Im next, an hour later after watching many go ahead of me I get called in. I get my elderly father a new phone and drive 35 miles back to his house only to discover I cant activate the phone. I drive back to Verizon only to discover that your store is hardly open any hours and Johnny rent a cop tell me your closed. Now after two trips to Jonesboro I got to go back again tommorow. Im not happy with Verizon, hope tommorow goes better or Im really going to see what ATT has to say. Returned again to try and get the phone activated only to be shoved back to the parking lot for a wait which I didnt have time for. I guess Verizons new motto should be: The customers should accommodate Verizon instead of Verizon accommodating the customers. Verizon you suck!
CO VID causing 45 min delay is understandable but ...,sending me home with my replacement device and a new SIM card only to find after 4 hours of trying to activate my phone that only a local agent in the store can do it! Please if you get a new SIM card insist they activate it in the store so you don’t have to return to wait in the CoVid line again. Unbelievably frustrating
I came into Verizon on March 3, 2018. My sales rep was Savannah. She acted as if she knew what she was doing and she apparently didnt have a clue. I was able to purchase several phones with the knowledge that one of my boys phone couldnt be activated for some apparent reason. I would have to wait until the sim card came through the mail. Well my purchase came in on March 8 I couldnt activate my son phone. I brought it back to the store and guess what the sales rep couldnt activate it either. So I was informed to take it back to where I purchased the phone with no avail..I have wasted gas and time. Only to fine out that I was charged not only an activation fee for the phone we couldnt get activated but another line I knew nothing about. The service here suck and I would suggest that you guys stand clear of MS. SAVANNAH. I know that we all make mistakes but she acted as if what she done was my fault. She was the problem and her attitude didnt make it any better. Maybe if she would have just acknowledged that she made a mistake from the jump this review and all could have been avoided.
I had nothing but trouble trying to use the call center/online support to switch 4 lines to Verizon. However, I was able to get better help at this store. Carl W. was polite, friendly, hard working, and motivated to help. I highly recommend seeing him when you need anything.

I am having to close my husbands account since he passed away. Everyone there was so kind and took care of everything. They made this hard process a lot easier.
Visited here on a Sunday to replace an older phone. We arrived and they were fairly busy, but we were quickly greeted and assisted. Clarence, the sales rep, was knowledgeable about Android and Apple phones (I did a good amount of research ahead of time and everything he said checked out). We ended up selecting an Android phone and trading in an old iPhone 5c which we were given $200 in-store credit for. The process was fairly simple and painless. Thanks, Verizon!

I always get great help every time I go up there. Had to change between phones a couple times recently due to a broken and they were always happy to help. Everyone up there seems to have a sense of humor and a readiness to help a customer. The building is comfortable, spacious, and well kept. Love going here.
We had to wait too long for service getting a new phone. nearly an hour. the clerk left us alone and dudnt return to say why it was taking so long. but the phone is nice .
Got told because I bought my phone from a not Verizon location that they couldnt do anything to fix my bill. I dont understand why when at the top of my bill if read says VERIZON!!!!

I hate to rate badly. It really isnt the people who work theres fault. They are extremely busy and still try very hard to be helpful and they are very friendly. However phone companies are stuck in the past. They do NOT service the phones they sell. They do NOT handle the warranty they sell. There might be a person in the back closet who can fix phones, but the employees are not allowed to go get them or help set up an appointment with them. Very frustrating for me and the employees that had to deal with this old lady.
The employees were very helpful in changing my account and saving my family money. The process took longer than need be, in my opinion. Nothing that they could do about that.
The staff was excellent, especially the beautiful young lady, I believe her name was Larry, that helped me. I had been searching for a bedazzled hip holster for my Droid for quite some time. Their selection and service was definitely 5 star!!

I love Veraizon, but was very disappointed this time. I was talked into their hum service and told I would only have to pay $10 per month and equipment was free because of introductory offer. Was NOT told about $40 activation. Would liked to have had the store be honest and let me make informed decisions.

We had a appointment and we went up to Verizon and they said we did not have a appointment We sat in the car for 2 hours and they kept saying you’ll be next and after 2 hours we had to ask them how much longer and then they said come in that was are 3rd trip up there and people just kept going up there and just got to walk right in the costumer survives sucks and they are very rude also I took a long time to even to get out of there Verizon was not helpful and and I don’t know if I’m going to be coming back Verizon you suck
