I was needing new service as my old one was eating me alive. What should have taken a short time ended up taking a couple of hours because of my old service. The young lady helping me worked past her end of shift to make sure I was taken care of. Not many businesses give that kind of services these days!
Customer service at this store was excellent. My rating of 3 stars reflects the fact that I had to come to store after working 8 long hours and pay a phone bill that was suppose to be automated drafted out of my account. And to top that off I was charged an extra $3.00. My card worked perfectly in the store so not sure the issue there maybe some kind of system error idk. Other than this issue my experience with Cricket has been great! 👍The gentlemen who helped me in-store were nice and helpful. ☺
Switching to Cricket has been the best cell phone decision Ive ever made. Theyre plans are very reasonably priced, their coverage is just as good as the major carriers, but the real selling point is how friendly, helpful, and laid-back their staff is. I cant say enough good things about them!
My phone had to o many no used apps. apps I thought i needed plus junk that was dumped into my phone when the lites went out at my home the employer at cricket cleaned my phone out, For me an explained why I did not need the apps I had put on my phone.he was very helpful and answered all my questions .now my pH.is like new again .an he only took a less then an half an hour to do so.thank you cricket.
The service was SO BAD! We kept waiting for almost 2 hours ! The employees kept trying to contact the their superiors and help! But it took forever to get help! Finally they gave us an alternative and we went home ... going back tomorrow to get our work done
Cricket wireless is a good phone to have and the staff are great.

I went in to switch from Net 10 to Cricket on a Friday almost 3 months ago. After Dominique worked diligently to switch my account, I went home thinking I would have Cricket service that night. That cost me $92.97. The next morning, my phone was still not working. I went back the next day, sat for hours, and paid an additional $55. I got service, but I had to get a new number. I was promised a refund of the $92.97. After trying for several weeks to get my refund, my mother went with me to this location to find out what happened. That day Chris, one on the owners (who is from England) and Yousef another owner, were there. Aaron, the manager was there as well. Chris promised my mother that he would contact one of us by the end of the day. Im still waiting on Chris to call. After a couple of days, I spoke with Eddie Yarborough, who is under Chris. Eddie was very nonchalant and condescending. At first it was Net 10s fault, but I said Cricket has my money. After weeks of conversations and broken promises of updates on my case, Eddie told me around November 22, I would only receive a refund for $55.00 because of activation fee and another one time fee. Also, a check would be in the mail within 5-15 business days. I still have not received a check. Today, I went back to the store, spoke with Aaron. Aaron called Eddie. Eddie said he meant 5-15 business days for processing and another 3-4 weeks processing. When I continued to asked when I would receive the check, Eddie got mad and hung up the phone while I was speaking. He called Aarons phone back claiming it was the cell phone tower that disconnected. There is no resolution. Aaron redeemed himself and gave me his number and was empathetic. I might not get the $55.00. But, Jonesboro, Arkansas will know that the UPPER MANAGEMENT has so much money, that they could care less about the little people getting $55.00 of a MULTI MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY!!!! WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!!!! TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED!!! THEY GOT ONE STAR BECAUSE OF AARON AND DOMINIQUE. THANKS

The employees are knowledgeable but this location is very busy. If you are porting over from another carrier I would bring account number and account pin with you or it will take a long time. There is not a lot of seating due to the modern design of the store. Everything is clean and beautifully displayed; however, this makes it a torturous trip with children.
