Its a neat and clean store the workers are friendly. I picked up my free birthday gift it was a mascara called Too Faced Better Than Sex!!! And everything it says it does it is so True!! Am going to buy another its going to be my new mascara that I will use for now on.

Ive only been to this location 2-3 times, and Ive never gotten a greeting or have someone approach me to help. Looking for make up was hard since they had baskets full of merchandise between sections and it was hard to walk through and overwhelming to see. Could use better presentation and organization.

Hair salon is excellent. Hannah my stylist pampers me. Plus while your waiting for your color to set u can shop awesome beauty products. Highly recommend

I can find the products I like cheaper here than Amazon, plus the employees are helpful if you need anything. I especially like that the employees are not overbearing and will allow you to shop at peace.

Everything nicely stocked for such a perfect holiday. They had my moms favorite perfume. Lets just say, they helped with me making my moms day even more special.

I usually shop in Sephora JCP where I receive wonderful customer service every-time, but I decided to go to Ulta because it was something I needed there specifically. Well the moment I walked in I was not greeted by any employees in the store. BUT other woman walked in and they are instantly greeted. I am searching and looking for a specific product and no one came to me and asked was everything ok, or did I need help. I did see employees helping other woman but not me. I also see the cashier stretching her neck and watching me as I am shopping, but yet not offering any help. I will stay away from Ulta, because the way i was treated was horrible and not customer friendly.

I have been going to ultas all over the country for years, i work in the road so Im always somewhere new and ulta never disappoints me. However, i got my hair done today, by the sweatest person ever. It turned out so beautiful, i couldnt believe it was my hair. Best hair dresser Ive ever had in all my 39 years.

Within 5 mins of walking in was asked if they could help find something, probably cuz I was a dude in a beauty store but will definitely be back, great attitudes, and better customer service

Aside from not having the full line of Boots No.7 cosmetics (aside from outstanding face & body creams), its a very nice cosmetics shop. I wish they had the full line of eye shadows, Mascara, foundation, etc.

The new store is very nice and clean. Great products, but I do wish Ulta would invest in bringing more men into their stores. Theres not enough beard care or mens care to choose from. Very small selection.

Nice selection of both name brand and drugstore makeup, skincare, and hair products. Prices and sales are comparable- although, I can typically find better sales buying directly from my makeup line. Friendly staff and well organized store. Good return policy for anyone who accidentally grabbed the wrong shade. Birthday gifts when you join their free rewards program.

When the Mall is closed. This place has many items for beauty, skin, and hair care products. Most of the same brands for those into brand name items. Less expensive as well and sales a plenty. Stop by and browse, friendly staff and helpful. Patience when they are busy.

The selection and prices are great but sure would be nice if the sales assistants on the floor offered to help. the young lady that checked us out rocked !! she provided lots of information, good tips and was very professional and pleasant.

Okay, so Im a big fan of makeup. I love to experiment and find new things. Ulta is a great place to get things like highlighter, eyeshadow, and brushes, ect. but some thing are WAY over priced. And they dont always have a good selection of things like foundation or eyeliner, while the store is 85% eyeshadow palettes.

Wonderful attentive service at the salon. Easy online booking with clear straight forward pricing on all services. Got exactly what I was looking for and my hair was in better shape than it had been in over 3 years. Highly recommend and within just the store the staff is extreamly helpful and do their best to make you feel better than you did when you came in. The salon and shopping experience overall beyond happy!

I could have spent HOURS in this store! A little pricey and not enough coverage(long lines) but the products are wonderful and so much to choose from.

Staff was super helpful! I dont wear a lot of makeup, but I had fallen and wanted to cover some bruises. The young lady heloed me find just the right products and showed me how to apply them!

Not a place Id frequent. So having a kind associate show me exactly what I needed to complete my wifes gift, and the the cashier that made me feel like a champ for having the guts to go in there. Made the whole thing worth it.

This store often has event sales and trial size items are available in on items from IT, Urban Decay and BareMinerals, along with many others. A hair salon is on site,along with all the tools you need to keep yourself looking great after you leave the salon. Skin care, hair care,and manicure selections are available, along with knowledgable staff to help you make choices when you just arent sure what you are looking for. Bring your credit card, lol.

My child had her hair done. Less than 15 minutes to look a hot mess. The manager stated she told them not to flat iron, just to pull it up. If, this were the case could the person who is trained in hair speak to her regarding this decision? My child disagrees with this statement. If you have textured hair dont come here. This was for a pagent. Now... I wont place all the blame on the person. I did leave the place thinking, hey...they know how to do pagent hair. And came back when she said she was done.I knew she wasnt happy, so we had it done somewhere else. (They flat ironed it). Why would we tell one place not to to just go somewhere else to get it done? And we should have complained that day. However, she did not want to create a scene. I took her somewhere else to get it fixed. The manager stated he was there that day and offered to do a conditioner at a discount to reduce the breakage which occurred. My next question.... could the manager not see this was a hot mess and assist? 60 dollars for 15 minutes of work is ridiculous. However, her makeup was on point.

False advertising on black Friday sale. When I received my order and realized that I didnt get the advertised free gifts with purchase, I called customer service and was told that it was my fault that I didnt get the free gifts. Ashley from Nevada stated that she could not do anything because it was my fault. If this is how the company operates, I wont be ordering anything else.

The worst salon I have ever seen. They ruined my wifes hair and turned it to many colors. There is a black rude women who trested my wife badly after what they have done to her hair. DO NOT GO THEIR SALON EVER UNLESS YOU WANT HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE.
