The representative was professional, informative, explained testing results, and was easy to speak with regarding my hearing needs. She explained various payment options. She was very kind and interested in me, not only as a customer, but as a person. I would recommend Beltone to anyone interested in having their hearing needs met.

My experience with the Beltone store in Jonesboro, AR was pleasant and professional but without the fake stuffy feeling that happens at many businesses. I was very comfortable speaking with everyone with whom I interacted. They answered any question I had and didnt show and impatience when I requested they speak louder, slower, or repeat things they had said.Another thing that I appreciate about the staff at this Beltone outlet is they promptly return my calls and I also feel that I can trust them to put me into the hearing aids that are right for me and in my best interest rather than them trying to unload aids they had overstocked or trying to shake me down for as much money as possible.There has been nothing negative in my business dealings with the Jonesboro, AR Beltone and I intend to continue to take all my business to them and I will refer my friends to them without any hesitation.
