The staff is sooo super friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and answer any questions you may have about your hearing aids and are super quick about getting your hearing aids fixed if you run into a issue with them. I would recommend them to EVERYONE. If you are having hearing issues or think you might be definitely they are the place to go!

Always friendly staff and quick appointments made. I was surprised they remembered us from last year. They have some very cool testing equipment. Love being able to actually see inside the ear! Thorough screening done. They even offered us a fresh baked cookie! Highly recommend Taylor Hearing Center in Jonesboro.

1star is to high for them. They are the most unprofessional group of people. I would not even recommend them to anyone. I would not even go back even if they give me a lifetime supply of hearing aid!!
