Excellent experience!!! Explained use of hearing sids. Offered assistance at any time. No waiting, they were ready for is when we arrived. We felt we were given the Royal Treatment until a friend told us they too were treated the same. Thats the way ate and thats how they operate their business.*****+

So informative and explained things in a way that I could understand. I was told 10 years ago that I was deaf in my left ear due to shingles and hearing aid wouldnt help but now I find out not true thanks to Natural Hearing Center. Waiting on new hearing aids now!

I visited the Jonesboro, Arkansas office. The employees there greeted me with warm smiles and a very friendly place. Most of all they were very helpful in testing, showing what was available and explaining all paperwork and helping me make the right decision for my needs. Thanks a lot. Would recommend them to anyone.

Sold dad on the upgrade and I quote.. “If you get these, they will last you till you are 90” which is 13 years from now.. today needed a part replaced and was told.. “well you got 8 years out of them.. you need to buy new ones..” went to bell tone next door and they took care of it..

Comfortable

Bekky is the sweetest and most patient person I have ever met. My Father- in - Law is a war Veteran. After having some brain tumors removed, he was left completely deaf in one ear, and mostly deaf in the other. Bekky did not hesitate to make him feel very welcome and comfortable. Because of Bekkys immaculate work, he can now fully enjoy conversations with his children and grandchildren. We will forever be grateful for Ms. Bekky and her hard work!

Staff is very warm and helpful. They help to be able to hear and be a part of conversations again.

Natural Hearing is ABSOLUTLY AMAZING. Bekky Bailey and Brittney are sweet as pie. Bekky tested my hearing in like 15 min. and helped me accept the fact that I am 27 and now needing hearing aids. I also, had no idea how I was going to be able to afford them. If you know anything about aids then you know they arent cheap. But, Bekky did it. some how, working with my insurance she found a way to get them to cover my aids with no cost to me! I will always and forever recommend Natural Hearing to any and all.. They have completely changed my life. Making difficult things easy and giving me the full potential to being able to hear my babies voices again....
