5/26/2021I called to ask for clarification on an audiometric test. The data on the chart from an exam and the corresponding chart legend wasnt clear to me so I simply asked for a short explanation, NOT to discuss a specific patients results. The receptionist and Greg were short, dismissive, rude and did not want to be bothered to explain anything. Would not recommend!5/27/2021In response to the Employers response. This is not what happened. I am the referring provider who sent the patient for the specialized exam. I am not a licensed audiologist, otherwise I would have done the exam myself. I understand Hipaa laws. I asked you how to interpret your chart in general because it did not make sense and you were absolutely rude and dismissive. I stand by what I said. Im sorry that it took me writing a negative review for you to want to give me any of your time.

I can not say enough about how amazing Greg & LeAnn Smith are to me!! They have helped me so much!! I absolutely LOVE my new hearing aids!! Rechargeable!!! NO MORE BATTERIES!! And they bluetooth to my phone!! You cant ask for more than that but it gets even better!! I have terrible tinnitus in my left ear due to menieres disease! My new hearing aids put that ringing in the background so well that I can barely hear it and that is an amazing gift to me!! My ear has been ringing for 10 plus years and its wonderful to have a break from it!! If you have any hearing problems whatsoever and think you may need to have a hearing test the best thing you could do for yourself is to go see Greg and LeAnn Smith at hearing specialists in Jonesboro Arkansas!!!!
