This store is ALWAYS well stocked and clean. The employees are courteous and helpful. There is plenty of parking and easy access for all. It is located in a mall complex giving one the opportunity to also shop other retailers. They have a wide selection of kitchen and bathroom amenities along with many ancillary products. They have been very consistent over the years.

Not only do I find way more than I need here, but I always get great customer service. Managers are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Love this store, definitely one of the best stores in Joplin overall!

They had a Wrapping Station which was nice but no Christmas wrap just wedding! Come on, change it up for the season. I wouldnt say these employees had any Christmas Spirit. I had a gift card from Verizon and my Clerk tried to brush me off on it and not give it to me. I also had the membership for %20 off on everything I buy he didnt want to give that. Said he didnt know what I was talking about. I had just got an email about it renewing. Fortunately another clerk came and helped I had started to just leave but decided this is a Tuesday. I am not holding anyone up. I did not like my shopping experience at this store. I wanted to cry! Lots of nice stuff. No Christmas Spirit! I am not renewing that stupid %20. Off they didnt train employee about. I forgot my coupon. He only had to ask my phone number.

The employees are very helpful. They have what I need. No problem with returns. You need a gift for somebody you can find it there.

Great got some great things for Christmas gifts.

I ordered something for curbside pickup. It took 1.5 hours to collect one item and have ready. I will add this was my first time ordering curbside pickup. The package was damaged and the manager seem to expect that it was no big deal that I should take the product like it was. It was a wedding gift! He did get me another one and I thanked him for that but I probably would shop elsewhere for better service and lower prices.Just a suggestion but when you have a couple registry for their big day you could offer free gift wrapping, even if its a silver bag with bed bath and beyond to advertise for your business it would be a nice gesture especially since people are choosing your business to register. Its says to the bride and groom that you picked something that they registered for and to the guest where you shopped for them.

I would love to say something positive, however this store is closed and shows NO sign of reopening. Also there seems to be no way to e mail corporate offices. All stores here in Joplin Mo. are open and doing well. The word here is Bed Bath and Beyond is not reopening and going belly up. Since there is no possible way to find out my guess is that this store will not reopen.

I have always found high quality items here. And quite often they have fantastic sale prices on the same items. I always end up buying more than I was originally intended. Additionally, I have found the staff to be courteous and very helpful.

Its hard to hate on a store with such pleasant terms as bed and bath in its title. At first glance, it is a lovely environment. There are puffy pillows, fluffy blankets, and sweet smelling soaps here and there. But upon closer inspection, it begins to feel like an over-priced AS SEEN ON TV! store. Weve purchased maybe one item here, but more often than not walk out as we did this week saying, I saw that a lot cheaper at such-and-such store and go there instead.

It is such a neat store. All cool things for a house, or whatever.. Friendly staff, it actually makes you feel welcome. I havent ran across many stores, comfortable like this.

They have a great selection of items and gadgets youve never heard of. Prices vary but seems higher than other stores but still a neat store. It would be a good place to have a wedding registry.

Found some shelving options for under the sink

Had been looking for a 3 piece comforter set for months, not finding what I wanted, or if I did it was the wrong size. Finally found it here at discount and its perfect! I am very pleased!

They have some of the coolest kitchen and home items you can find anywhere. Staff is helpful.

This is a most interesting store. I have always found whatever I was looking for and I usually came out with much more than I intended to purchase. All high quality merchandise. And quite often items at a drastically reduced sale price. Always a huge variety of items.

Went to get a wedding gift. Used the registry and the sales clerk was great to print that up for me and explain how to use it. Found each item I picked from the list easily. Very good experience and clerks were very helpful and friendly.

Went in to get an OXO good grip non stick 12 in. Frying pan that was rated #1 on cooks country test kitchen but they were out again. A nice guy named Todd helped me and I always like looking at all that they have.

Its a big box store. They had a few nice items in the clearance section. Sometimes their regularly priced merchandise seems pricey compared to Amazon.

I have always loved shopping with Bed Bath and Beyond. They carry a lot of higher quality brands than other local chained stores. The store is always clean and the employees are welcoming. However, the aisles are very narrow and at times hard to navigate through.

I was in the store for an hour I went in for one thing found some other things that I wanted it. A really nice young man was helping me I cant pronounce his name he went to ask his manager if they had what I was looking for. In the store the manager told him yes but he had to find. After 45mins...I was over it...done.

Each time my husband and I go in my husband gets sick. The smell of perfume from candles and what not is overwhelming. We have not been able to shop in well over a year and I hate that because we love to shop with you.
