I assume they currently need help like everything else in the world cause their communication and everything has gone down hill in the past month they cant even seem to come pick up their own stuff what it I was moving? And in a time frame ?

Unbelievable that this company cant look around them and see the hardships some of us are going through. Trash company ran by garbage people.Edit: Even worse than stated above. They dont care what happens to you outside of your money going into their pocket. Have never had the displeasure of going through a company as horrifying as this one.

West Fest have been upgraded to a bigger generator that they were going to get me from the start Ive been running on the slower one they keep making excuses with their debit card or Mastercard or VISA card or whatever card dont work and they cant go get me what they promised me theyd go get me

We ordered an Amana dryer brand new from them they told us last week it would be in Monday or Tuesday I find out today that they have not even gone after the dryer yet that is very bad communication and lack of respect for their customers

Customer service has really gone downhill. I have looked past bringing in cockroaches with the refrigerator they dropped off and when i mentioned it as they dropped off all they said was sorry and left. I looked past telling me one price and trying to charge me higher several weeks in a row. But i am having a hard time looking past that they nolonger listen like they used to. The past couple days i have to repeat myself several times after making arrangements with them. Most of this has came from one person but that one person is really brining down their customer service!

Very nice, really friendly people willing to help you out with anything you need. Our t.v. went out. Well I spent the next day going from rent a place to rent a place in search of a t.v. and ended up here. They was very friendly and they had exactly what I was looking for. It didnt cost a lot of money, they work with you and I got to take it with me. Thank you so much Rent-A-Center.

Worst experience. They said would deliver my fridge between 1-3 its 7 and still no fridge.

Phone section needs an overhaul. No phones just fake models of stuff they dont even have in stock.
