Window tint came off when I rolled my window down after waiting 5 days, called to get it fixed made an appointment when I showed up the owner claimed I never had the appointment and he wasn’t gonna fix it. Dude got mad when I proved him wrong and proceeded to cuss me and say sue me. Bottom line didn’t wanna fix their bad tinting job horrible business. Also put their company sticker on my truck without asking me

I take great care of my F150 platinum. Truck Toys put a bed cover on and dented the side of my bed. When I call the owner he immediately attacked me over the phone saying there was no way. He insulted my truck yet he liked it enough to put his company sticker on my window without asking. He wouldn’t even offer to look at it, just immediately denied responsibility and starting getting aggressive over the phone. Do yourself a favor and order online or off Amazon and install yourself. Shame that I tried supporting a small business and this is how I am treated. I should have known after the other reviews on here it wouldn’t be a good experience.

Truck Toys is a great place to get your windows tinted and remote start installed. They were able to have everything ready very quickly and the quality of the work was fantastic. I have not had any trouble with my tint or remote start, and both were installed at different visits. Definitely going back for future car accessories and would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Worst place to have your windows tinted. They left creases and dog hair in my back window. They also don’t wash my windows before tinting and you can see and feel particles. I took it back and showed him. He told me he would charge me to redo it, I asked how much and he told me he didn’t want to redo it and I would have to live it.

I spent $659 on a Bully Dog Gt tuner for my 2015 Ram 3500 and had them install it. Lack of them being able to read simple instructions lead to the tuner being improperly installed and a completely unnecessary hole in the firewall of my new truck. Upon realizing the turner was installed incorrectly I gave them the opportunity to fix the problem, I drove down to the shop 3 days in a row only to be told each time that the guy who needed to look at it wasnt there. I finally told them I just wanted it taken out and a refund of what I paid, they refused and told me multiple times that I was lying about it being installed improperly. I spent the extra money to buy local and this was absolutely the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Ill never buy another product from them and I certainly would not let them touch your vehicle.

My family and our local businesses used this place several times. I had a previous issue with some tint work and they really didnt care. THIS TIME WAS VERY POOR SERVICE!!! BE WARNED!!! I simply was having steps installed on my Suburban. I ordered the steps from Truck Toys and they installed one and then the second seemed to aim in an upward direction. It obviously had an issue. Terry (Truck Toys owner) noticed the issue. I noticed it as well. Terry decided to repair the issue the two employees needed to bounce on the step together to bend my under body of the truck. I kept saying this will not work! I pointed out it was a manufacture issue with the step and they should return it and contact the manufacturer. He said he would not do that because it would cost them money. Terry also said I should be happy with the results. I WAS NOT. There was a 2 in difference!!! I said it cant work. There response was to remove the steps. I asked what about the holes in my truck and his response was well the next guy might use them on the truck. I contacted the manufacturer and they were shocked as well and said they are hand made and mistakes happen. I gladly understood that. Later in the day I decided to offer them an opportunity to repair. I said if the holes and underbody are not corrected I would have to file a legal suit. In Terrys words Go ahead sue me! My best friend is the best lawyer in town and he will do it for free! BE WARNED THIS GUY IS NOT A RESPECTFUL BUSINESSMAN!!!

In a word terrible wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Lied to get a sell and wont even deal with me I plan to let everyone know this will never return and regret going.

In 2007 I had them tint my Buick Century and he said that if they needed anything removed they would call me to remove it so they could tint it correctly. When I came to pick it up I paid for it then I discovered the work they did. They cut around the break light leaving about a half inch around break light not tinted and around the bottom corner of the back window it was cut real jagged. I ask him about this and he said that it wasnt very easy for them and they couldnt do it correctly unless the back dash was removed. I asked him why he didnt call me to have it removed and he never answered me instead he started yelling at me saying I dont have a nice car so I shouldnt expect any better. He said you cant turn a turd into a diamond they would not fix my back window and all they offered was to put tint tape over the jagged edges that they cut. I was very disappointed with them and havent been back since that day. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually wants to please their customers. I now use Show Me Tint in Springfield for all my cars.

Very very unhappy with the work. Very messy and left streaks everywhere and used a sharpie to try to hide mistakes they did. Plus prices are extremely high and wasnt worth $200.00. Please dont use.
