Yes, was offered $500 off for getting approved, didnt get that, and sales person said he would have that fixed at time of sale. He promised to call us next day to go over all functions off the car, he did not. Overall I am not happy with how I was treated this time, this was our third and probably last car buy from you. The $500 would have been nice taken some off the price.

Visited service department for a recall fix. Took 17 min. and everyone was kind and helpful.

There was an extra charge for disposal of my old oil from the oil change. Every place I have ever used a coupon for an oil change, except this one, included the disposal of the oil in the coupon price and they didnt add any extra charges.

I was not informed that I can put the taxes on the total cost instead of paying them when I get the vehicle tagged. But outside of that everything was fantastic the price the customer care all of it

I pulled and met a man Named Grant Conrad we talked for a while while we looked around. Then we had a plan to find me a car for around 450 a month and affordable on insurance as i do have 2 daughters and another car payment along with my house and bills. At the end of this long process he tells me the best he can do is 610 a month for a car that is only worth 12000 i asked if i can get them lowerd sonn after he says yes.. So i buy the car for my wife the proceed to get insurance in which Grant Lied it was Very Very Expensive. I then called Grant back and asked for his help as in i cant afford 1000 a month just for my wifes car. He tells me there us nothing he can do and i just need to keep calling different insurance compaines... Please stay away from this dealership they are in Joplin Missouri. They are trying to ruin my credit and everything i have worked for when all i need is what i asked for the first time.....

Went through the whole process, switched insurance over and everything, took all day, was allowed to take the car home overnight, the next day when everything was to be finalized, I all of a sudden needed another cosigner or $6,000. Extremely inconvenient and very dissatisfied.
