Terrible management and business all around. They don’t care about your life outside of work. They don’t care if you’re hurt, or sick. They want you to work yourself into the ground and they don’t care how they achieve it. And no, they don’t have competitive pay anymore. Many other places are better than Schaeffler. Don’t hurt yourself for them, they don’t care.

Good pay, a lot of mandatory overtime. Some of the managers and team leaders are verbally abusive to their subordinates. In all its not a healthy work environment.

This is not a public place. However, the direction to this location is off by a 1/2 mile, give or take.

Wicked fast loading, was waiting with bills when we arrived and loaded us ASAP. Loaded and rolling within an hour. Definitely would pick up here anytime
