I stopped at a TA because I was losing air in my trailer. They told me that I had all kinds of things wrong with the trailer and I didnt quite believe them. I brought the trailer over here and I had a pin hole in one air bag. They fixed me up the same day. I will definitely be using this company again when Im in this area.

Abrasive and distasteful customer service. If you are looking for a place to treat you fairly and not accuse you of calling them a liar from a misunderstanding, I would suggest going anywhere else.

They don’t know products very well not sure what they do there ask about auto inflation on a 2020 great Diane trailer. no clue. Ask about installing a truck smart aerodynamic top kit for the trailer no clue not sure what they do.we never had the chance to use them and our company will no longer try.

We took a lawn mower trailer here. They had it for over a month and charged almost 100$ just to look at it. They called and said it needed a new axle and it would be 350$ plus labor. More than the trailer cost new essentially. So my husband said he would just pick it up and Joe said come get it do whatever you want with it but I charged you 87$ to take it apart.Every time we called to check on it in the 5 weeks they would say I told.you it would be next week!These people.are so rude. Joe was the worst.

Called and asked about trailer prices and couldnt get a straight answer or proper customer service.

Mike Graham is not a nice guy. He will lie about the cost of renting a trailer and when you try to reconcile the difference he will accuse you of calling him a liar and threaten pull the plug immediately. Buyer/Renter beware

Asked about a tire, the guy that answered the phone said he was going to have to get someone, when they did finally make it to the phone, they were rude and said they don’t stock tires. It would be nice to have someone with some customer service.

Service department could really use customer service training. Kept my company truck for 4 weeks and always had a excuse.
