Please be careful and watch out for the promises and good guy attitude:( Bought a new 2021 F-150 3 weeks ago, started having rear deferential problems and I have tried to call over a week to them to have it fixed or replace the vehicle and cant even get them to return my call. Very dishonest in my eyes. Next step BBB and word of mouth!!!

I cant say enough good things about this dealership!!! My salesman Bryan(no t) went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He helped me find a great car at a great price. He delivered the car to my house when it was ready and called several times throughout the first month to be sure I was happy with my purchase. There was a small issue he told me to bring the car in and after the mechanic looked at it he told me to take it to the Honda dealership. GM Matt told me to bring them the bill when the service was completed, which I did, and Matt had a check cut immediately to pay for the service needed. Great job guys and gals!!! Kyle went above and beyond to find me a great financing rate. I had signed papers for one finance company and a couple of minutes later a better rate came in so he then had me sign the papers with the lower rate. The next vehicle I purchase will for sure be from Fletcher Ford! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

I stopped in after weeks of checking prices all over the four state area. I was feeling defeated and I didnt expect anything to come of my visit, but this nice guy named Jessie casually said Ill send you my card and if I find anything Ill let you know. The very next morning he messaged me. Not only did he find exactly what I wanted, but he managed to get me at the right payment with a warranty. I have always paid in full and never from a dealership because you always hear nightmare stories.... Not at this one!! The entire process was amazing and I walked away feeling like Jesse really understood what I needed, all my concerns were addressed and he was so easy to work with. No pressure at all. He really was in it for me. He made it a positive experience and most importantly he was honest and willing to go out of his way to make me happy with the purchase. I would seriously recommend not only this dealership but the salesman. I couldnt have asked for a better person to work with and I am very thankful for all his hard work. Went to check on a truck listed on their website. Heather quotes me 76000. Jeremy sends me a text for another price. I pull up original window sticker and the truck sold new for almost 10 thousand less than they were quoting me. I asked Jeremy about this and he tells me that cars go up in value when they are used. I have bought several vehicles from fletcher and it’s never been worth more used than it was new. My 3 year old trade in was not quoted at more than I paid for it. I just wanted and admission of what they were doing maybe an apology. But Jeremy did not want to do that. He kept insisting when you buy a vehicle it goes up in value not down. And Jeremy if you read I still have the texts so be honest!

So thankful for the wonderful service team at Frank Fletcher Ford today! Our family was driving up from Texas to Springfield, Missouri for my husband to interview for a new job. Around Miami, Oklahoma, we started hearing something under our Ford F-150 hit and bang against the road. We pulled off and realized a big felt piece under the carriage of the truck was hanging down and needed to be taken off. We called the dealership and when we pulled in, they realized it would only take a few minutes to take it off. Instead of making us wait hours for an appointment and recognizing our time crunch, Dennis got it off and Jim reassured us that it wasn’t a part to delay our journey. I would recommend no one comes here for service! My boyfriend brought his truck there to be fixed and they fixed it or so we thought. Not even a month passes by from this repair and that same part breaks and with it this time the motor breaks too. At this point we cannot afford to buy a new motor. You would think since it is there fault they would repair the truck well nope. So they say they can only return us the money back for the part in service money. Why would we want to come back to a service department that ruined the truck to begin with. So they give us $150 back from the first $600 repair we paid for. So now he lost $450 for a repair that did not even last ONE MONTH and he has no car to get to work!

We purchased a vehicle from Fletcher Ford one week ago. I returned to pick up the cars title and paper work this evening at 6:30 pm. The business hours are listed as 8 am-7pm. There were 13 men standing around having a meeting and NOT ONE of them came to help me. One salesman working with another customer left the customer to ask if he could help. He could not help so now I have to make another trip to the dealer next week to get the paper work. The car we purchased also had a recall that we had to take care of on our own. The salesman who sold us the car one week ago already has a different job!!! I DO NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from Fletcher Ford in Joplin!!!

On my way from Texas to Michigan with my Great Dane puppy for vacation my tire pressure light came on. Traveling with a puppy by myself made it hard for me to get the pressure in the tires where it was supposed to be. The staff took care of me and inspected the tires for any objects, they also allowed my baby girl inside. I would gladly return here for future service if I lived in the area.

The people who run service don’t seem to be to bright or try to make anything right. The “repair” didn’t last to long and not only did it go out again my truck now needs a whole new engine. From the same part they repaired. I just get the whole “it’ll be a $7,000 repair” “well we can look up how much another motor would be but you have to pay in full” “we can only return labor cost in store credit” “well we can only give you half the labor you spent” on the recorded message, on the Ford line. It says “we treat our customers as if they are family and friends.” These guys didn’t stand by they’re work. And could care less

Ive looked for a good dealership service department since Crossroads went under new management. I finally found it here! I had not had great luck with them in the past, but with problem after problem with other local dealerships and especially Ford dealerships, I decided to give them a try again, and Im so glad I did. I called about recall on my 2017 F250 that Ford had issued from the NHTSA. The lady on the phone at service dept said they would look at it but not guarantee they would fix the recall. She said they would look at it but would only fix it if it was causing a problem. I told her it happens at around 70 MPH and felt dangerous when it happened. The truck felt like it was out of control. I didnt want to wait to see if the problem would cause an accident. I told her it felt unsafe and needed fixed. She then said if it caused a problem they would fix it. I told her it was causing a problem at 70 mph and was dangerous, it needed fixed! She said they would only look at it and only fix it if it was needed. When I ask for her name she hung up on me. Very poor customer service.

Watch for over charges. Have been charged for an extra quart of oil when coupon included 6 quarts. I was quickly refunded the over charge.Update: I feel what was written missed represented what I wanted to get across. What happened was equipment issues and not an issue with the Service Advisor. This person wS doing all they could to get things straight. But equipment problems talking with network server at times can really slow down the process when it is a high usage network time of day. All the Service Advisors and Techs that assist me here are great people. Just an equipment issue isnt how the company or employees conduct business. I stiil conduct my business here and will continue.

Awful salesmen. I kept telling them i don’t want an eco boost mustang and that’s all they could talk about. Finally asked if they had any other car on any other fletcher lot and was told no. An obvious lie. Then i was told going from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder “isn’t going down a size” another obvious lie or they don’t understand engines. Either way I’ve never met more dishonest salesmen in my life and wouldn’t trust those guys with putting air in my tires.

When bringing my 19 year old F350 for a minor repair, I thought I would check to find out what it was worth and asked to speak to a car buyer.Though my truck was 19 years old, I was the original owner and it was in excellent condition with extremely low mileage.Jerry Myers came over to speak to me, looked at my truck and took his boss out to see it.They came back to me in about 10 minutes with a very fair price. I told Jerry that I was thinking on selling my truck then paying cash for a little smaller and newer vehicle.I didnt think that they would have a vehicle to suit my needs, well I was wrong.Jerry asked what I was looking for, went and searched inventory and came back with 3 possibles.I told Jerry that I didnt want add any cash to the deal, yet he found a nice used mid sized SUV that I liked.I asked to take the car home for spousal approval and the request was granted no problem.When I came back I told Jerry that if they could do a couple things that we had a deal.The car couldnt be made ready that day so Jerry got me a loaner car to take home that night.The next day Jerry called my new (to me) car was ready.Jerry Myers and Fletcher Ford worked hard, did well, and stood by their word, I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

Horrible service. Had my truck 5 times and can’t fix issue. Service manager called and said I’ll have someone pick up vehicle tomorrow to get it fixed. Next day a guy called and said part is in when can you come in. After I explained what arrangements were service manager called and said sorry we will get it tomorrow and then went a week without contacting me. Absolutely horrible service. Will never buy off a fletcher lot again

Communication and planning are lacking. This week I called to set up an oil change and replace a couple of tires. I was put on hold so they could contact parts. That’s fine, then I was put on hold by parts, also fine. After 7 minutes the lady at the service desk picked up but the parts phone was still playing the hold message so it was hard to understand her. She told me that they no longer carry the size and brand of tire I wanted. At that point I couldn’t hear her so I went to fletcher ford service in person. The lady I was working with was adequately friendly and helpful. She did discover that they can order the tires I wanted so we made an appointment. I explained that I work 6am-6pm so I was going to drop my car off when I got off work at 6pm Wednesday and pick it back up at 6pm on Thursday, and she said that would work fine. I go to drop off they key today happy that this would all work out. It turns out that despite all of the discussion and planning and a sign on the outside of the service garage stating that the hours are 7am-6pm. The service department closes at 5:30pm. I could drop my car off with the overnight key drop, but would not have a time in the next 3 weeks to come get it back... this is just the most recent of issues with the frank fletcher ford service department. Between getting the run around on service prices, wether my car was still under warranty, incomplete work orders, and rude or hostile service schedulers I would definitely suggest going to a different Ford dealership for your service needs.***Update***The next day a manager from the sales side contacted me regarding this review (at the time it was 1 star). He was able to work out a plan that worked for my schedule. It was very apparent that he wasn’t following a prebuilt script to try and repair an issue. This showed because he listened to the situation and went beyond any expectation to remedy any issues I may have. And not just with the scheduling process, but through the time I walked out the door as well. I feel confident that my vehicle will be in top form when I pick it up and that I can turn to them with any future maintenance or repair.

I called about a car I drove over 100 miles and the only thing I asked for is that the car not smell like a smokers car. The lady internet sales manger told me she was sensitive to smoke and sat in that car and assured me that it was not a smokers car. When I arrived all the doors and sunroof was open and I was like oh boy why would they do that, got in car and they had two vent smell maskers in vents I could smell smoke right away. They were not concerned that I had dove over 100 miles. Honesty is best find a dealer that is honest..

Not a good experience. We asked for the salesman that had been helping my son previously. Bobby told us they would work together on the deal. He lied. Second, Bobby put the wrong price of the car ( a thousand more) on the paperwork. He then wanted us to sign a Handwritten note on a paper that said we would buy the car if we got a low interest rate. I refused and he acted like we could not go further until I signed the handwritten note he had written out. What is this junior high? Check the box if you’ll buy the car? 😂 No thanks. He made the deal seem very sketchy and underhanded. Not the kind of treatment I usually receive from a Fletcher dealership. We walked out and spoke to the original salesman Sheridan. They need more people like him! If we had worked with him in the beginning we would have bought the car. As it was I just wanted to get out of there. Definitely will never go back.

On a recent trip we had a problem come up with our F250 truck pulling a toy hauler camper. Fletcher Ford in Joplin, MO was the closest dealership. It was on a Friday midday.Service Dept. had no openings. The manager and diesel tech were so great to work us in. The manager said he would not leave us stranded and he was right. At first they couldnt diagnosis the problem. but they kept at it. Instead of heading back to Kansas, after a few hours we were back on our way for our weekend trip. Thanks for the excellent service. Weve purchased 7 new and used Ford vehicles through the years. This was our first and last purchase from Fletcher. Our salesman (who is no longer there) was great, and the price was fair. However, once you drive off the lot, the service ends. I cant stress that enough. Im not sure how that makes buying a used car here any better than getting a good deal at auction. The communication between departments is terrible and you CAN NOT get anyone to return a call. The last time I called, I left three messages, with the third one supposedly being hand-delivered to the finance manager, since his voice mail box was full. Ive given up getting any return call or customer service and am leaving this review. For me being satisfied with a vehicle purchase begins with a great vehicle at a good price, but in the end comes down to taking care of the customer and the long-term relationship. We will save our business for Jimmy Michel Motors and will recommend the same to all friends and family.

Started out not good. Took my car there for recall repair and some other issues. The girl who waited on us was in a hurry to get out of there and did want to make note of any of my other issues. She got huffy with me about insurance car for loaner vehicle because she thought I was ignoring her .my husband had told her he would go out and get it. We went out and got our belongings out of our car and went back in. She was gone so we talked to another repair person and he was very helpful and listened to our problems.

Typical shady car dealership practicing bait and switch tactics.Spoke with a salesman on the phone about a car listed on their website. Everything sounded good. When I came in to buy the car, was suddenly told that it had been sold before I got there and they proceeded to try to get me to buy something else.2 weeks later, and the car that they sold is STILL listed on the website!!Dont deal with these crooks, go somewhere else.

Phenomenal! I had been shopping for a F250 Power Stroke 4x4 for about a month. I walked into Fletcher and was helped by Chris Epperson and we were test driving one within five minutes. They did not have the color I wanted but John the Sales Manager located one within 15 minutes with the exact options I wanted. The buying process was simple, no pressure, no hassle and very professional. It was the best truck/car purchase in the 42 years I’ve been buying vehicles. I would highly recommend Frank Fletcher Ford. No hassle, gimmicks just the facts. Be sure to ask for Chris and John, no better in my opinion.

Old sales tactics. Lie to get you in the door and take forever to get anything done. Their online system does not work very well. I filled out their credit app online 2 times. I received a call from Chris claiming they had a preapproaval. When I got there I had to fill out another credit app because the ones online didn’t go through. I told them when they called I just wanted to stop in sign paperwork and be gone. I didn’t have time to sit around while they walk back and forworth 6 times. I came in and that was how they wanted to run it. So I left. Don’t waste your time. Find a dealership that is up to date. Not one that wants to use 1995 car sales tactics.

Great service, very knowledgeable staff! I gave them my criteria, and their salesman showed me everything they had that meet those requirements, and a few that were just outside. No brow beating, no back and forth counter-offers; just simple facts and numbers. Ill most likely be purchasing again from Fletcher Ford, when the time comes. I wasnt pressured into buying a vehicle; it was a welcome change of pace.

I brought my truck here to see what was wrong with it and within minutes was able to get assistance from a wonderful agent Dustey. He made me feel right at home and that they were going to take care of my truck. Within a few minutes they had my truck in the shop and I had a quote as to how much it would cost, to my surprise, hundreds less than I was expecting. I will be back to do future business.

My husband and I recently purchased a Ford F-250 truck in December. Our purchase experience was mediocre the usual experience for purchasing a vehicle loans vehicle prep and such. We were promised free oil changes when purchased and a tire warranty(haha). Needless to say our next two experiences with ford fletcher were awful. No free oil changes and horrible customer service to boot. We made an appointment and showed up for it and were told upon arrival there computers are constantly “on the fritz” and they had no record of the detailed appointment we made to have several problems under warranty and new tires to be placed. We waited over 3 hours were treated rudely and we are sincerely sure we will never purchase a vehicle again from Ford Fletcher of Joplin. Seriously disappointed paying customers who will not return.Addendum: We waited 4 1/2 hours after we made an appointment and they still did not finish the work on our truck nor did they have the parts that were supposed to be ordered prior to our appointment. Worse experience ever!!!

Buyers beware at Fletcher Ford. I wont go back. Was looking at a 2017 vehicle that had 30000 miles on it. At first they wouldnt give enough on my trade in. I walked out got no more than 5 minutes away and called me and said they could work out a better deal. I went back and got it worked out. After I signed the paper work i found out the vehicle had only one key. Ive been talking to them with no satisfaction. There last response is the deal is done and I dont have a second key. Steve Cottle was no help and Ive talked to managers with no help. So when you read they strive for excellence and satisfaction thats BS. Now Im out 135.00 for a second key. I trusted them and thought they would do the right thing. No more trusting FLETCHER FORD.

I was on a trip from California to STL, when my idler pulley and belt broke. This was the closest Ford service center so I had it towed there. The service department went out of their way to get my truck fixed ASAP, they even had all the parts in stock. Thanks to them I was back on the road in 2 hours! I have FIVE vehicles I use Frank Fletcher Ford to service - and I’ve always been satisfied when it’s me that takes the vehicle in. However, when I send my wife or daughters with their vehicles - they always get jerked around. Today I had an appointment for 2:30 to have the oil changed and tires rotated (had a coupon for $39.95). My daughter told them she was waiting, she sat for almost two hours in the lobby - and the car was still not in the shop. Her sister went to pick her up. When it was finally done - and I went to pick it up - the cashier would not speak to me about the amount of time it took. Then she couldn’t find my paper work, when she finally got it - she charged me $79.95 (double what I was expecting). She told me that because I had a Dodge Dart they couldn’t honor the coupon. I asked her - so when I made the appointment and told her I had the coupon - and she said okay - why didn’t she tell me you couldn’t honor it on this car? She told me that the lady marking the appointment didn’t know it was a Dodge Dart. So somehow - she made an appointment at 2:30 that they couldn’t get to until 4:30 for a Dodge Dart that they didn’t know was a Dodge Dart. Very frustrated. Will start shopping for another place to go! Shame on Frank Fletcher dealerships!

I have had good luck with their service. And I will keep taking my truck . However, just wanted to let everyone know they tried to get me to buy a $158 battery, they told me mine was no good. I took it and it tested after I picked it up and it tests good. I was trying to tell them the ignition switch a couple of times kept running when I started it but I guess I couldnt make them understand my problem. They called me when the service was done and told me the had to charge it, the battery was dead and it wouldnt start. I had it checked by another place and there is nothing wrong with the battery. All we could figure was they must have had it in the service lane with the doors open all day or something. But I am NOT very happy about them trying to get me to buy an expensive battery when there wasnt anything wrong with the one in the truck.

I went into ford today to get my car worked on. I stood there for about 5 minutes, I then made eye contact with two salesmen that were walking towards me one was wearing a grey shirt assuming he was a manager.. both of them smiled said hi and kept walking. So I then stood there for a few more minutes in eye sight of a salesman at a desk but he didn’t care to look up at all. Then, a completely different salesman walks out made eye contact with me several times then finally made an awkward head nod at me then walk past me to an older gentleman asking him, “how things were going” and then one of the guys on the phone became free so I told him what was wrong and he just told me they couldn’t get me in until Monday so I didn’t even bother. Worst customer service.
