This is by far the worst shop Ive been to. Over 6 hours waiting for 1 tire and still waiting. Go on down the road at all costs! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Slow-ish service and crowded lines, layout is a little confusing for whos in line or grabbing stuff still. Love the subway add-on.

Always ♡ this place. Big lot, dog area, clean restroom, good restaurant. Eye candy upstairs to oooo and aaaa over. Definitely returning.

8 hours to get a oil change this is getting ridiculous every TA or Petro you cant get anything done. By the way shop is empty

Petro rolled out a national paid parking program a few months after Electronic Logs became law.

I left my wallet in the restroom by accident, and the cleaning lady found it and held onto it (and I didnt know it was missing for over an hour). Kudos to her!!

Great service

Great place to park eat and shower but i was racially profiled at the gift shop when I was trying to find antiques for my children and one of the ladies that worked there pretended to fix a fully stacked shelve as I was looking for gifts to bring home to my children. As i proceeded to the cash register thats when she decided to stop fixing the stock. So I noticed that and took my business elsewhere.

I used to give you guys my business but apparently this new policy of not being able to use parts I go in buy myself because you’d rather charge me triple for the same part.

Weve been waiting for nearly five hours for a replacement steer tire and alignment. Well be heading down the road to get this done.

Was going to take them 3 hours to come across the road to the pilot literally a quarter mile, to do a jump and check alternator. 1 tech working at 0600. I bet if it was a more expensive issue they would of been straight over. 1 more reason I dont fuel or spend money at petro/ta, everything is overpriced and the service is terrible compared to Loves.

Food was great stuffing and turkey with gray and beef tips and corn bread off the top!! A must eat . place is very clean and friendly.

Worst service shop ive ever gone to. Just needed a tire patch job. After waiting 3hrs and watching other trucks pull into bays that arrived after i did, i find out that they forgot to print my ticket, making a twenty min job take five hrs.

Poor all the way except parking.

Deceptive pricing in the shop. Quoted us 420.99 to replace the radiator charged us extra 214.99 to drain and refill the coolant.

Crazy slow，wait 10 hrs for just tire change.

Shop is run by a complete B who could care less about customers. Ruined my motor due to incompitence. Never answers the phone. Go any where but this Petro shop.
