I have been to this store multiple times and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. They saved me today by fixing my phone problem quickly!

The customer service experience was fantastic. David was very helpful in getting 6 new Golf cart batteries and turning in my old cores. Very friendly and educated me on all my options and helped me choose the right batteries for me at the right price. I will now buy all my car batteries at Batteries Plus from now on as my experience at Advanced Auto and others has never been very pleasant. It is so nice to feel valued as a customer instead of made to feel like I am interupting an employee who is stocking shelves or on the phone. Kudos to their management and training.

Attempting to get a car battery, you will get no call backs on voicemails left even during business hours. When you do reach someone on the phone, they will schedule a time. Upon arrival at scheduled time, no one available to install the battery, and there will be additional charges. Business owner does not apologize, and points blame at employees.

Batteries Plus in Jupiter is awesome. I called ahead to see if they had the right battery for my car. They did have it and it was the best price of all the places in town. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was helpful and assured me they could install it. I purchased my battery and it was installed in less than 20 minutes. I wish I had the names of the 2 young men working that Sunday afternoon but they both provided excellent customer service.

I went in to replace a battery on my iPhone. My boyfriend called yesterday and spoke to Brad. He told us if we made an appointment first thing in the morning, he’d take care of it ASAP.Brad was at the counter when we came in; he, along with his coworkers, wore a mask. Patient and knowledgeable, he was also able to help help me with my key fob, which no one could fix before.As for my phone, Brad was prompt and let me know about a previous issue I was not aware of on my phone.I will definitely drive to Jupiter to go to this Batteries Plus.

Ordered a battery online for pick up. Once I arrived the gentlemen offered me a comparable product, that was much cheaper instead! Apparently what was in the store was not offered online. Thanks for giving a Sh-- . He could have just let me walk out and pay $40 more. Something to be said for buy local!

The batteries are fresh! The people that work there are extremely educated in the battery and bulb departments. I was totally impressed and they have my business. They even had LED below microwave bulbs! Wow.

Alec, Aaron & Dave were truly outstanding. They came to my boat and installed the batteries according to spec. Alec really takes his time to thoroughly check and make sure prior to turning anything on that all voltage is measured and equalized to the capacity of the charger and the type of battery being used. Brad went above and beyond with an issue I was having with a ball machine. The ball machine company said I needed a different battery than the one I purchased at the store. I explained the issue I was having and Brad came out to look at the machine and discovered it was a wiring issue in the machine. He went so far beyond and fixed the problem while saving me money!! Great customer service!!! I went in for a watch battery replacement for 2 watches and was greeted by Brad. He said no problem we can do it. Before I was done walking around the store he said your done but I could only do one because the other need the band to be removed and I don’t have a band removal tool. I said no problem thank you, do you have the name of a jeweler? Before I could finish the question he had the information printed out for me. What great customer service!!

They had the battery for my particular watch the service was outstanding I bought the upgraded battery service which includes lifetime service which is not bad for $14. Highly recommend you get the lifetime service if you plan on keeping your watch you going to need a batteries to go in that watch

Purchased a car battery online which gave me 10% off the battery! I went in to pick it up and the kid working there helped me out very quickly! Also came out to my car with an extension for my ratchet driver! Excellent customer service, quick and friendly. Will recommend!

The gentleman that helped me was very rude and not helpful at all, he gave me a battery that cost 9 dollars for 21 dollars they are clearly ripping people off. He gives me a highly explosive battery with no case, nothing to protect it. When I asked him for something to protect it he just says I don’t have anything to give you I Basically had to argue my way with him to give me a case for the battery. I do not recommend this place at all. I hope one day Alec will learn how to treat his customers.

These guys are amazing. I went to Apple and they told me I needed to replace my iPhone. I took it to Batteries Plus in Jupiter and they tested out whether a new battery would work at no charge. It worked and I only had to pay $69 for a new battery instead of buying a new iPhone as Apple had recommended. Thanks Alec, Eric, and Aaron.

I spilled liquid ketchup (don’t leave ketchup out for too long!) all over my Android when I was eating my chicken tendies, rendering my phone inoperable. Eric, a worker at this location, was able to help me. He was able to find out that only my phone battery needed to be replaced. I was so enthralled by the amazing service I got from Eric that in addition to replacing my battery, I also asked him to replace my phone screen from the time I accidentally struck my phone with a katana (the steel is folded over a thousand times with great Japanese ingenuity, extremely sharp!) Yet again, I was met with amazing service by Eric. Because of him, I would recommend this location SIX stars out of five.

Total @##$%! Worst customer service I have ever had. Manager just sat in his chair and sent me walking after breaking the home button on my phone while trying to repair the screen. DO NOT COME HERE!

Website Scheduling needs work!Scheduled an appointment on website which promised 10% off for doing so. Arrived for appointment on time and as scheduled. I received a confirmation, so I assumed I was all set. Nope! I was told by the polite sales associate that not only was the Tech gone, but he usually leaves at 4pm. My schedule was at 5pm. Guess what, the schedule service allows for schedules all the way until 7pm! I dont blame the sales associate, he was nice enough. Another gentleman entered the store that appeared to be a manager or owner judging from the task he was doing in the back ground, he heard our entire conversation, but did not say one word. I wont be returning, as there are plenty of Tech repair shops to choose from in PB County. Beware if you use the online scheduling service, things are not as they appear!

Visited the store Friday 7/26 and had the pleasure of meeting Chad. Was very knowledgeable about his marine batteries and told me what is the best bang for my buck when it comes to longevity and reliability for my boat. He then after all is said and done gave me his card and said if I had any questions or needed help with installation to call him and he would be there! Great customer service and will be telling all my friends!

I went in for an appointment to replace a cracked screen on my iPhone 8 Plus. If you and your expert techs cannot fix phones properly or with the Right equipment, you should not be saying you can fix them! My phone worked just fine but the screen was cracked. I get the phone back and the speaker did not work as well as the new screen, was bulging from the phone and the touch wasnt working properly. I came back furious and they said they can continue to fix it. I brought you a working phone and you give it to me broken, I DONT WANT YOU TOUCHING IT AGAIN! now I have a phone that doesnt work AND has a cracked screen.On top of all of this, the techs acted like they had no clue what they were doing nor did they accept they broke the phone until I went in screaming. Also, as I tried to read the contract upon signing the man said “ it’s just some warranty stuff” FAILED TO MENTION that it included if they break the phone they are not liable. Ezctly why I tried to read the contract but he rushed me through. Never ever ever use this company!!!! I am beyond upset and appalled at how this was handled. I now have to go through a purchase a brand new phone which the company said they would not pay for even though they totally broke my phone so I cannot use it now. A cracked screen that I did is one thing. Now the touch is messed up and the audio does not work so I cannot answer phone calls like come on! You should not be providing services that you are not qualified to do.

The customer service in this store is always positive. I came in with a fish finder, it takes a beating from being used in a kayak. I laid all the parts on the counter, the employee didnt even blink. We sorted through all the stuff, cords, battery, charger. The employee broke out the meter, wire cutters, sheath thing and went to work. It was the battery and I found all the other stuff was in good order, nice. The wires were cleaned up and he even soldered new connectors on it for me, above and beyond.The store also has a lot of things to check out, there is something about flashlights to check out.....

The staff actually know sh...Stuff! Theyll even rebuild my rechargeable Drill batteries and they replaced my F350 Diesel Truck (dual) Batteries for me. They are always conversational and informative and it makes it interesting to go in. Good job on training!!

Amazing service. The guys changed my watch batteries faster than any jewelry store Ive ever been to and for a lot less. No leave it and come back in a few days. Just BAM and it was done.

I went in to get a battery replaced in my phone and they replaced it without any hassle and almost one year later the battery died so i went back and spoke with the manager and they were so helpful and replaced the battery for free because i bought it from them. They accommodate everyone well and i would recommend them.

Had a battery that only lasted 7 months in one of my classic cars while that was in storage during the summer on a battery tender. The initial response from one of the staff was due to the low voltage it was out of warranty. I had to buy a new one. I contacted Dave the owner to determine why this would be the case. He and his staff charged/tested the battery determining it was defective. He refunded my purchase amount and apologized for the inconvenience.

Come on. Squaretrade should put some pressure on these guys to get their act straight. First, they have the part in stock to fix my s8. Then, they dont. Then they say theyll have it in the next day. Nope. And its nobodys fault, of course.
