I hired Dennis to redo a home theater that was older with several non functional components. I called and requested they come out and give me a price to install some new speaker wire in my home and to the pool area and to set up internet in one of the bedrooms. Dennis was nice and said he had a price in my mind but wanted to get back to me later in the day. Never followed up. South Florida is filled with these types of business- no follow up. It is no wonder why businesses are failing when they do not follow through. It has been a week and no response. I will search out another company that wants business.

His prices are in-line with the local market for equipment and installation services. He pays attention to detail, such as hiding cables, which some installers dont do. He offers a warranty and tech. support service, which seems to be rare where I live.
