I dropped my iPad off for a screen replacement in Jan. Long story short the home button was messed up during replacing the screen, still to this day my home button is not fixed. After being in 5 times to have them fix it, it’s still not fixed. If you want your “I” fixed right the first time, DONT use this company.
I paid to get the screen fixed on my iPhone 8+ and when I received my phone back, I could no longer make phone calls except on speaker phone. Went back to get it fixed and the guy working said they would need to order the part they had damaged but I was leaving town the next day. I asked if any other I Fix Your I stores had the part, they said the Orlando location had it, and they confirmed it was there. I get to the store in Orlando and the guy working there said the Jupiter store never confirmed they had the part and they weren’t able to fix it.In summary, I’m going to have to pay someone else to fix what they broke. Not a great experience, but as of 1/21/20, I did receive a full refund from the manager.
Repair took longer than expected, was quoted 3 to 5 days, repair took 10 days. My iPods required new batteries, now performing as expected.
I dropped off my phone and gentleman said 3 days. I came back 4 days later to find the store closed indefinitely. I have called numerous times with no answer.

I called. They said they were open until 6pm. I arrived ten minutes later at 4 pm. They were closed and their phone message did not even state they were closing early. Very unprofessional. I will not try them again.
If I could get negative stars I would this has been the worst service I’ve ever received I went to get my phone fixed TWO MONTHS ago and have still NOT gotten it fixed, would call and would be put on hold for about 20 minutes before I got hung up on or just hung up automatically I never got a call on updates on my phone had to go in person to request a refund because at that point I was over it, was told they do not do refunds. I asked who the manager was they told me his name is Luis well Luis if you’re reading this you need to work on your work ethics because not once did you call me to help resolve the problem but every time I would show up in person to ask to speak to you, you were never there so they would have to call you on their phone For you to tell them that I either have to wait or request a refund as a MANAGER you should’ve told me that in person or CALLED ME. So now I have to wait even longer to get a refundfor something that wasn’t even fixed (Sidenote the employee said IF I get a refund) Their website doesn’t have a corporate number none of the employees know what the number even is or let alone know what to do in these type of situation and I don’t blame them I blame their training as in management. So Luis if I don’t get a call from you in the next 48 hours you’re going to be hearing from the Better Business Bureau alright, ok, dope have a very nice day.
Honestly disappointed in the service I received by the employee Luke, took him two days to repair my device and it wasn’t even repaired with quality care. Took my phone to IFixandRepair to redo what he clearly couldn’t. Their employee Alex did a much better job than what I had received the first time I broke my screen. So disappointed they let someone with actual talent go and kept this monkey. Not even worth the time to go here.
The experience was outstanding. Smartest, most well spoken and professional individual I have ever seen in this entire nation. Took care of my phone quickly and I was on my way. Never seen such a thing ever or did I ever expect to in North America. Thank you

I dropped my iPad mini 2 and cracked the screen. I was planning on buying a new until I decided to give iFixYouri a try. The price to replace the screen is well worth buying a new one and the New screen looks the way it was before I dropped it and now Im looking to upgrade my 2010 Macbook Pro. Highly recommend going there before you consider anywhere else.
The Ifixit store location in Indiantown, Jupiter is able to fix the phone in 1.5 hours at a reasonable price.

I was very impressed with the customer service and fast turn around time of this business. It is conveniently located in the tJMaxx plaza with plenty of close parking. The techs are informative, friendly and honest in their recommendations. When I dropped off my ipad for a screen replacement they were steady with customers and the same when I picked up my ipad. I was lucky with very quick turn around time for my repair. The tech said it should be done within 2 hours and he called me just a little under two hours. We are very lucky to have this business in our community. I also felt the price for full screen replacement was fair at $109.

About as awful as an experience as you could have. I went to get my phone repaired, and was given a repaired phone with a non-functioning home button. After bringing it back in later that day, I has the screen repaired a second time, and the phone started glitching out of control the next day. I brought back my phone to get it fixed a third time in two days, and told them to take as long as they needed to make it work. Well, within a week of the 3rd repair, my phone started glitching again, but I was already back up at school. My experience was so bad that Im 19 years old and leaving a google review :/
