We recently switched from sprint (merged) into T-Mobile. They assured me that I would be paying way less than what I have been paying prior. My bill is increased tremendously and I have been waiting for a call back about my bill from a manager for the past three weeks. I am very unhappy and will be switching to AT&T ASAP if this isnt taken care of.

He hands down NAILED IT.. talked me through upgrade options, moved my data, got me on 5G on an iPhone 12, even helped me with my screen protector and case.. all while LOWERING my monthly bill! 😎👍It is so refreshing dealing with a friendly, helpful HUMAN face when going through tech transitions. Carlos made it smooth, painless, and it felt more like visiting with an old friend. Even if you don’t live nearby, he is well worth the drive. Bilingual too! As far as I’m concerned, I’d never shop anywhere else for my communication needs; T-Mobile service stands out thanks to dedicated people like him. A+ customer service!

Like all cell phone stores, they serve one person at a time. If the one person before you wants a new phone, you have a 20 minute wait. Knowledgeable staff, very polite and efficient.

Amazing customer service one of there employees Carlos helped me out when changing my plan from AT&T over to a new contract as well as helped me pick out a few new devices for my brother and I. I would recommend to a friend to visit this store for help switching over.

I never write reviews, but yes I have to with this one. Made this account just to review this location. Their employees are attentive but they don’t inform you enough of your plan or why your bill is higher. My phone bill skyrocketed from paying 135 monthly for 2 phones to 550 next months bill! Every month it seems our bill rises tremendously for absolutely no reason.

We had a great experience at the Sprint store today, Sam was extremely knowledgeable about all the products that we were interested in, he made us aware of all the services and special offers that Sprint had and what we could take advantage of as we were switching to Sprint . Sam was also extremely patient - were a family of four that includes two teenagers who had lots of questions! Our only regret is that we hadnt made the switch sooner. We highly recommend Sam and Sprint.

What a great experience! We transitioned 5 lined from another carrier to Sprint. Amanda was our sales rep and she went above and beyond. She was organized, friendly and knowledgeable. Its always a pain switching but this experience was definetly the best! I definitely recommend talking to Amanda; she shared with me all of the awesome promotions as well so we scored great deals.

I have been to this store over 3 times in the last 3 weeks and every time I come in to see Amanda. She has helped me tremendously with how to use my iPhone 6. I still have issues but I know I can come in any time to see her. I cant thank her enough. Phenomenal service!

Too bad I have to give any star to this store at all. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SPRINT STORE EVER. THIS STORE ALLOWED SOMEONE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION, THEY ALLOWED THIS PERSON TO TAKE THE PHONE AND OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT WITH IT, LEAVING THE PAYMENT FOR ME TO HANDLE. THIS WAS ALL DONE BY THE STORE MANAGER, I AM NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM SPRINT ON THIS END OR THE RUDE EMPLOYEES AT THE STORE. I WILL BE GOING ABOVE THIS PLACE AND DEAL WITH THE PROPER PEOPLE TO HANDLE THIS ISSUE. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!!

Beware here, they wont advertise to you that they are a third party retailer and are allowed to make their own rules. When you purchase something make sure its something you are positive you want as there is a no refund policy as opposed to any other sprint store where you in fact have 14 days to return anything for a full refund. This store will not tell you of this until its too late.

Awful service. Continually kept helping other customers while helping me thus delaying anyone from getting in and out in a timely manner. I recommend going to another store.

Im new to sprint Amanda pleasantly greeted me at the door an was extremely helpful! She answered all my questions was very patient with me and walked me through everything! I overall had a great experience!!

Dealing with cellular companies can be frustrating. Im glad that I found the one store where the people was super friendly and know their stuff.Amanda Preisinger took care of me and my family, she was exceptional, we got five new lines, she give us the price I was hopping for and explained everything I needed to know. Very professional and cordial, thumps up for Amanda and associates.

You have to watch these guys. We went in to upgrade our phones but requested our plan stay the same. They updated our plan without our authorization causing our bill to increase by $100. They have been reported to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission.

Amanda was so helpful she showed me all my options on phone then showed me how much i could save if i moved from AT&T to Sprint she walked me through every little thing and explained it so i would understand it i the future i will definitely come back to Amanda for any other phones and service I need.

Absolutely the worst of the worst. They lie to your face. Told me to upgrade my iphone 7 to the iPhone 8 when I told them I didn’t want to and they still did it and told me I’ll regret it. I was angry, I regret signing a contract with them. Will never be back after contract is over. Disappointed!
