I love my chairs. My only problem was the 6 months and 1 week it took to receive them. My designer Dee was the best. She kept me abreast as to what was going on with my order. I give Dee 5 stars and Ethan Allen 3 stars.

I inquired about design services online with Ethan Allen. I received a call soon thereafter from Amy, one of the designers. I have always loved Ethan Allen furniture, but didn’t know if it was in my budget. Amy did an amazing job of coming up with a design that I not only loved, but could afford. After I purchased my furniture Amy called every time there was a tracking update to let me know when my furniture would arrive. I think it only took about one month for everything to come in! Amy is super sweet and is great at what she does. I definitely recommend Amy and Ethan Allen for your home furnishing needs.

Easily bought two great mattresses and had them shipped to our Chicago condo and South Haven, MI lake home. Everything went very smoothly including a switch from a thin mattress base to a standard base just a couple of days before delivery to Chicago. Would/will highly recommend Ethan Allen!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Ethan Allen furniture and my designer Jeree Drake. Jeree has helped me design and decorate our home 3 times in the past 30+ years. Every time we have updated, she skillfully incorporates my family heirlooms with beautiful Ethan Allen pieces that make my home up to date and still very personal. The Ethan Allen furniture I purchased 30 years ago is still beautiful and I appreciate the quality of the workmanship. Thank you!

We purchased a dining room table and chair set of which we received good service and we are pleased with furniture. We returned to the store shortly after ordering the set to look for a couch. After taking a lap around the store we sat down to wait to be attended to. After about 10 minutes a woman handed us her business card and literally escorted out of the store like we didnt belong there or something. So we took our money straight to a family owned store and purchased a couch. No more Ethan Allen.

I went into the store to look around,(all by myself) a consultant talked to me and said she could come over to our home they give consulting advice, I was happy about that she came and my husband was there working on the house, she measured and we set an appt to meet,she wanted us BOTH to be there. I had to call and tell her that my husband was not going to be able to make it, since floors are going in and he has to be ready for that, I wanted to just go, but she said that my husband should to be there, so she asked if we could both come in Sunday, still my husband said he Cannot make it because they are coming to do the floors on Monday, (He also said that he has never picked out anything in 42 years, why does he have to be there) I didnt even call back, my husband and I feel this is bizarre, I have purchased houses, rental properties, cars,boats, trailers all my myself, but apparently I cannot by a couch without him. I feel totally discredited, disappointed and feel this policy of Ethan Allen is wrong, also my friend told me that she has referred others to this person and they never had to have a husband present, so why me? Am I a stereotype of a middle aged woman that has to have a husband make her decisions? I know in my business there are Fair Housing rules that you treat everyone the same. The lady was very nice and pleasant but I do believe this approach is incorrect and wrong.

Our experience working with Lesley and Ethan Allen was the best! She helped pull our dining room together beautifully! Everything we received was even packaged so well to protect against damage. We are very happy with the quality and excellent service!

Customer service does still exist! We had an awesome experience purchasing our new couch. Even though we were just looking we ordered a custom couch and were told it would be in around March. It arrived the first week in January and is awesome. Exactly what we ordered and even more spectacular than we envisioned. Thank You!

So much enjoying my new office wall art and the incredible cabinet I purchased from Ethan Allen and Jeree Drake designer nailed it on the decorating of the the table I also got for between two chairs! Prices may be up there but you wont regret your purchase. Ive dealt with this company in Kalamazoo for 21 years, there has been some changes but you can always trust you designer and there products at Ethan Allen.

I work with Dee When we were building our lake house back in 2013. She helped with design, furniture, art, window treatments, and bedding. Now 5 years later I still love everything she did with our house. So when we bought the big house in the Chicago land I knew the only person I trusted was Dee Gwiazdowski!! We have had a wonderful time redecorating my whole house!! She is an amazing artist. She is super fun, never pushes anything on you. Explained how design works and how lighting can change everything. We did my master bed room, living, dining, entertainment area, family room and sunroom, and I am beyond thrilled!! I get sooo many compliments from all my friends and relatives it’s truly amazing!! Dee drove out to Chicago three times to measure and be here when window treatments went up. She was on it. She was always available if I changed my mind or had a new idea and she was always open to it.Dee did not rest until I was super happy!!! She amazing and the best person to help you decorate your home!!!

SnobberyMy husband and I stopped in looking for a furniture set for our lakehouse and were met with such a snobbish and catty attitude. Dressed in jeans must have seemed like we didnt even have the class enough to walk thru the store.The counter person assured us; before even letting us finish what were saying- we dont have anything for you here...really!? Try listening before judging. My goodness. Then when we asked if we could look around, she called another representative to follow us around the store! Not only will we NEVER outfit the lakehouse with their furniture, neither will we look here for decor for my business OR primary residence.Hows that for BIG mistake you stuck up, snobbish mentality of have and have nots! That attitude doesnt sell anyone.
