Called Katy Postal today because I wanted to be sure I could take my package there for a drop-off. The guy not only answered me, but gave me more information to help me understand whether I could make it for the final pick up today or if it would be no different to come tomorrow.I have a tiny one at home so his information helped with my planning. Totally appreciated it.

This lady put an extra weight on the scale and charge me $11 for a certificate mail of 1 piece of paper. I asked her why she added a weight to my mail. She answered shamelessly that for different sizes and weights. I dont want to be regarded as a fool, so decided to take my mail back and went to another usps post office, and paid only $4.15 for a certificated mail.What has made me angry was she added extra weight to the scale and tried to make it sound normal. Where are those honest people? Where are those honest business men and women?I know she must be the owner as an employee wont do this illegal and shameful thing. I wonder if all the good google reviews have been contributed by real customers!?Where are those good people now? I have encountered so many dishonest business people recently. Whats wrong with Katy? Ive sent priority mails many time. I know the normal process for priority mail. The first step would be putting the letter into the priority mail pack and put the whole on the scale.I would not accept the Minimum weight explanation as this has never happened in other shipping stores in my experience. Nobody has ever put extra weight on the scale. The computer system is smart enought to apply a minimum weight if the actual weight is less than the mimimum weight.BTW, I doubt youre using your real name, as I found the owner is registered owner was Mark and Mellisa....

Today June 25th 2021 at 4 pm the door is closed and has sign will be back in 15 minutes. We have been here for almost an hour!! Still no show Bad business.

Great experience! Quick and efficient; I was able to go in during my (short) lunch break and mail two packages with enough time to make it back to work on time. The owners are kind and know what they’re doing. They’re the best!

New postal shop with the best service! Owners are extremely nice and friendly. Just a neighborhood, locally owned shop that can provide all of your postal needs. I will definitely be going back even though there are other shops like this closer to me.
