These folks are not always going to give you the warm and fuzzies when you go in there. However, they are friendly enough, very professional, and I have never had a problem with their services. Their shop is clean and tidy (as a postal store can be) and they are well stocked at all times. They have ample counter space which is nice when you walk in there still needing to pack a several items into a box that you need to purchase from them. No masks required.

I have used Postal Experts several times over the past two years and have found it to be very fast and have had no problems with deliveries.

I dont have complaint about customer service or friendliness of staffs here. And I appreciate they accept UPS drop off for free. However systematically this place has a problem of not giving drop-off receipt. Last week I dropped off 2 UPS packages but one of them went missing before it was scanned by UPS. This store says every UPS package was picked up by UPS that day, and UPS says theres no record of receipt. I am not accusing anybody since I donno what happened but please be aware that when it happens you need to go through a lot of hassle than you would have experienced if you dropped it off at UPS store where theyd give you drop off receipt.

I was greeted when I walked in. I needed a notary signature and she helped me with that right away. Mailed it so it arrived on time. Store was neat and tidy. Great service. I will come again when I need to use their other mailing services!

They charge a $4.95 fee to print a shipping label from email. A printing fee of .50 cents or something reasonable would be understandable.

I wanted to send off 2 packages via USPS. I had just ran out of tape at home so I thought that I could get them taped up here before I sent them off. I walk and ask about taping up the boxes and she responds it’s going to be $2 per box. I can buy tape for that price. I expected maybe $1 per box. Will not be going back and they don’t have good customer service either. No one greets you as you walk in.

They are severely over charging for notary service and well over the state maximum. Do not go here. Very unethical.

Came to this place because I needed to ship some stuff out when I googled it said it was open until 5 I get here at 4:41 and it was closed drove 15 min to get here. Don’t recommend this place that don’t follow their own hours! If I could give it a 0 I would!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! The lady here threw back my package after I asked to help me “sorting” the mail for her because I couldn’t walk that far because I was holding my baby in her car seat!! So she wanted ME TO DO HER JOB FOR HER!!! She didn’t take my package and told she’s tired of people not sorting the mail and that she is the one doing for them!! I mean... the worst!!! If you want your packages delivered and good service DO NOT GO HERE!!

This is the best Postal Store in the area. Professional - convenient. Always looking out for their clientele. For anyone looking for a PO Box or needs to receive FedEx - UPS or USPS, this is the place.

Got something notarized and he charged the exact amount you are supposed to by the State of Texas! Went to a UPS store somewhere else awhile back and the guy was charging double per signature! Nice to find an honest business!

0 Stars if I could. This place is horrible, the lady working here is extremely rude!!!!! I told her this would be the last time coming here, and she started yelling and gave me my package back and to go somewhere else. She complaint that everyone leaves their packages in the counter, instead of by the wall.My sister came here with her baby daughter in a car carrier, and the lady did the same thing. She yell at her for asking where to drop off the package and refused to take her package too. When she had a baby with her!!!!!!!!Good reviews here have to be fake.

I was overcharged for notary signature, she charged me $9 instead of $6. When I brought to her attention that Texas sets the maximum fees for notary, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about so either shes incompetent or was playing stupid.On top of that, she wanted to charge double what USPS charges for certified mail. Ridiculous.

Two weeks ago I dropped a package, with a pre-paid label, off to be delivered through USPS. They claim that the mail is picked up twice a day from their location and is taken to the Pin Oak post office directly behind the shopping center of this place. I dropped the package off on a Thursday. It didnt show up in the postal services tracking system until Saturday and was scanned in at a post office in North Houston. I figured this was a one-off situation as Ive been to this location several times before. This past Wednesday I dropped off another package with a pre-paid label on it. The package still has not shown up in the USPS tracking system. Someones either upset because theyre not making money off of my packages because they come with pre-paid labels or theyre just outright stealing. Whatever the case is, if youre not planning on actually spending money with this company to ship a package, dont expect your packages to be delivered.

This location is not a ups store. If you have amazon scan on your phone. You will not be able to do it here.

Whether to mail out packages or drop off pre-paid UPS and FedEx packages this is my favorite place to go.

If this place was right next door from my house and the next closest postal service facility was miles away; I would walk to the one thats miles away rather than going to this POS !!!

The woman in the store is utterly rude. She told me to mail my item somewhere else. Because I do not want to spend $8 to buy a new shipping box while I can use the box I already had! I called DHL for free pick-up service and also reported the service of this location.

An employee from this store stole my package it was a return item that cost me nearly $700.
