These people have helped me repeatedly. They took pictures and assisted me when I was applying for a Passport. All their advice was on target. They have often mailed packages for me and Ive never been treated with anything but the greatest respect. I love going to this store

Customer service isnt very friendly and arent very accommodating. I asked for a tracking number and receipt and she said they dont do that when every other store Ive gone to has always provided one. They also charge double the price for shipping and supplies. Dont recommend

Its over priced, just to tape and add a label cover, they charged for a FEDEX Pre PAID Drop off, for a usps shipping, they showed a price and the final price is diff, they said its tax, but that dont match it.I dont recommend to others.

Very helpful and patient employee! I tried to ship out a package oversea, the original costs was $300, people at the store keep helping to find ways to save us some money, tried repacking to smaller box, different vendor, lighter weight. We ended up not need to ship the product anymore, and they were polite and didnt mind all the trouble, thank you!

They went out of their way to find a certain stamp I was looking for by calling a different location. They are so genuine and kind. Highly recommend :)

I dont get the negative reviews for the Postal & Copy center. Service has always been prompt and extremely pleasant and helpful for me. I have dropped off pre-paid UPS and Amazon returns without any fees (provided I had already taped the box and printed the label). I think its reasonable to charge a fee for their time if the package is not entirely ready to go. I have also used their copy service to produce color brochures and it was faster than the FedEx copy service despite them having to call an engineer to calibrate their printer for my glossy printing. I also used their notary service which was equally quick and efficient.

Over priced, paid 8$ multiple times by mistake for notary instead of 6$( other postal places)

When amazon says you can return a package here do not believe it. I tried was turned down I guess they cant do anything here but be rude and provide unacceptable customer service....and they are over priced in everything they provide.

If you are not buying shipment from them ( I mean If you printed your own label ), just expect your packages will be lost . If you did already and your package is lost, dont even bother to ask, their answer will be a big NO for anything.

The worst postal center and service I’ve ever experienced. The customer service was awful, and they are way more overpriced than other offices in the area. Instead of letting me know they charged money for taping a pre-paid shipping label I brought in, they went ahead and did it quickly then told me I had to pay for it. When I told them they charge way too much they offered to put it in a different sized box to save money. I thought it was worth it until they pulled out a used box that wasn’t in good shape and at that point I just took my things and left. Literally felt like I was being hustled the entire time I was there.

These store is very expensive, they charge double than post office and fed-ex, also they charge free boxes of ups . lady over there is rude.

I took a mail order package to this facility that I was returning. They charged me $2.00 for bringing the package and mailing it from here. I had never been charged anything from any other postal service for bringing in a package to return. The lady told me it was because the USPS charges them $2.00 for mailing it. I thought that was odd but did not question it. They gave me a receipt with a tracking number and told me I could track the package with that number. After about a week I went online and the tracking number was not valid. When I called back to ask them why I was not able to track the package they told me when they handle a returned package they dont have the ability to track the package. I questioned why was I charged the $2.00 and given a receipt with a tracking number. They told me the $2.00 charge was for tape used on the box. Then they told me it was for packaging. I told them the package I brought was in a box already. Then they told me again it was for tape and I questioned why was I told it was for a USPS charge? Ultimately the customer service was at best inadequate and extremely rude. I kept getting the run around and the manager never returned any of my calls. Needless to say, I dont appreciate being lied to and charged monies I shouldnt of been charged. Needless to say I will not be returning to this facility as a customer. There are plenty of other postal services that I have been to that has never charged me for a mail order package I was returning, been rude to or have flat out been lied to.

This place is fantastic, the owner and staff are wonderful and their customer service is always top notch. Have never had a bad experience after many trips and encourage folks to give them their business, I certainly will continue to do so.

Just had the worst experience ever. I would had a better service if I had gone to straight to USPS office. I dropped off a package on 3/30. Was given an estimated shipping date for 4-6 days. I tracked the package today 4/6 and it looks like the package won’t be delivered until 4/8. This would be be 9 days after shipping. This package is an outfit that is needed for a wedding today. Office has absolutely to explanation as to why the package was delayed or tried to help me track it any way. This is so disappointing and frustrating. Sad to say that I would have gotten a better service using an actual post office. Lessons learned. Sad it was learned in a rather costly experience.....

Excellent service! I recently had a package lost in the mail. The staff went above and beyond to help me track it down. This is the only place I will use to ship packages.

They are illegally charging for notary, the state maximum allowed fees are $6 for the first and $1 there after, for each acknowledgement and $6 for each oath. This place is charging $8 for each one. Just makes me wonder what else is going on .

This place is a rip off. They will trick you into buying things and paying for Internet service. Do not go there, the one near HEB is much cheaper and the price is one third less.

This place offers so much and i love that i dont have to drive to a post office to get my items in the mail! They ship and also have post office boxes.

The lady that runs the place doesnt outstanding job! We are not in there that often, but she still remembers our name and uses it as we come in the front door. Thats saying something in todays world of non customer service.

Dishonest guys. Charged me $2 for printing 1 shipping label. It was for $1, they told me to pay cash and with Tax it was $1.07. Then they took $2 and said they don’t have change. Beware of the ladies working there.
