Cleaning services were unacceptable and know personality extended to our needs. After closer inspection Ear rings are not what we gave them to clean. Will talk to the manager.
My hubby and I went to this store Sept 18th celebration of our 6 wedding anniversary ❤, he purchased a diamond 💎 ring w/ black diamonds along the band, it was to loose so on Sept 20 I returned to have sent out to sizefrom 6.75 to 6.25 I got a text saying ring was ready on Sept 28tthe lady was inspecting the ring and taking more pics than prior and she had a face that expressed something was wrong, a male staff entered the Gallery and she stated this is what we sent this is a d some were missing as if they were stolen out of the ring.what was returned, verses the ring I bought two days prior and what was returned looked aged by years, stones were smashed and some were missing, she asked are your going to wear it out well my thoughts were why not thats why I bought it, we were given a refund but Im so broken 💔 😔 but now I wont trust Kay and we have 7000.00 accountI GOT IN THE CAR LOOKED AT IT HORRIFIED CRYING I ran back inside, the make staff member becke knew me and he knew, he asked okbwhat do you want me to do, I need a refund $2300.00for a ring thats smashed stones
This was my second experience with this Kays location. First experience I let it go. But this time around my ring was sent out mid April. I just now got it back. Mid May. I was not contacted via email nor phone that my ring had to be sent back out again because they did not size the ring correctly. I do not recommend this location.

Going on over a 3 wks sense I sent my watches to fix and cleaned nd still havent received them they telling me that one of the watches is at the repair shop and that I would get a call back because they needed to call the repair shop nd still havent received call back and a updated and called again today Friday and still left on hold and triessa left me on hold and hung up and called back and line is busy I think they stealing my watch and I think im.gonna need to go over there with police to get my money back.and items cause they are stealing from customers
Went in to exchange a pair of earrings. I was waited on by Cece. I had to ask for her name, after exhibiting such an attitude from the get go, I had a feeling I was going to need it. She acted very impatient and annoyed by me. Asking to see items and for the prices was a huge inconvenience. Keep in mind at this point, I was the only customer in the store. I paid the difference in cash and finding change was also apparently extremely inconvenient. When I was bagged up and handed my receipt, I had to remind her I still hadnt been given my change. Overall --- a HORRIBLE customer experience.
Had a great experience at this store. The associates were very helpful. They were able to order some pieces I wanted in time for the holidays to be shipped to the store, so they would arrive faster than waiting for UPS to deliver to my home. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back the next time I am looking for new pieces.
Went and took my CUSTOM WEDDING RING to be inspected....came back and the lady said a stone had fallen out when she was cleaning it.....they sent it off for repair....and the Platinum was filed down where they held the ring...and the prongs had a rough edge.....the whole staff was rude....and very unpleasant.....we originally bought in Victoria...but since I was going to Katy....I dropped it off there. Yesterday we went back to Victoria and the manger. Showed us exactly how that ring was treated under her magnifying glass.....and she was beyond herself...she said that Platinum Rings do no go in cleaning machines....that was why the stone got loose.....she has completely ordered a BRAND NEW RING AGAIN......I will never go to the Katy location....I feel so bad for all of the customers that get treated the way we did.....

These ladies have terrible customer service. They look like they despise their jobs. I was not greeted when I walked in, all 3 ladies had their back to me. I walked up to them and informed them that I needed my watch resized. There was no professionalism when handling and caring for my Movado watch. The First Lady attempted removing the barrels with a set of pliers. :( till she called her manager and finally used the proper tools to add the links. The entire 30 minutes there was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Just drive to the galleria location! It’s with every mile and penny.
Current hours on the door reads 12:30 to 5:30. Its 2:15 and they are closed up tight.
They are extremely helpful over the phone but once you walk in to the store and youre wearing mommy clothes or have your young children with you they completely ignore you. Only after you demand attention and then they see your accounts with them and the money you have they treat you nice. (And for some reason I cant log in under my name for google 😜It only shows my hubbys info)
They never answer the phone. I had an order that was suppose to come in on Sept. 23rd. I called several times to confirm that my order had arrived but no answer. I go to the store on the 24th and it hasnt arrived. The sales girl told me to call next time before going by to make sure the order was there. Great idea! Still no answer!
The manager Katheryn does not care about helping the customers unless she expects to get a big sale, which also seems to be the case with the other employees working there. I walked in yo simply pick up a ring and she didnt let me finish speaking before she said, Ill be right with you and then dissapearing. Also their ring and watch selection is very limited. It seems they need new management.
Went in their today to get information on rings. The associated pointed me to them then walked off. Didn’t even offer to help or ask if I had any questions. The lady could use some customer service training. They lost a sale. Jared is a lot more professional.

Came in the store to inspect my jewelry. Bad customer service no eye contact no greeting. My daughter was with me and wanted to see some earings was told more than one to give them a couple of min. If it wasnt for me having to inspect my jewelry never again. Not even a smile!!!
My husband and I went into this store to purchase a pair of earrings. My husband wanted to see if he was approved for credit limit increase. We didnt stay to purchase the item because it was very hot in the store. The assistant manager Katrina took my husband identification and credit card. She returned the credit card but not identification. My husband realized his identication was missing two days later. I called the store spoke to Katrina asking her why he wasnt notify because we are frequent customers. She told me that she didnt know. She always stated that she didnt purposely not give him his id back. I told her she shouldve notified him. I went to pick up my husband identication they told me that they could not find it. I left my number for Katrina to call. I never received a call. I called the store to speak to Katrina. She told me that her manager must have moved the identification card. I told her to call her please. They told my husband that they shredded his identification by mistake. They offered his a 25.00 gift card. I will never shop in this store again. The only reason I shopped there because of Barry. I will be contacting corporate.
Went in the store several minutes before closing to buy my wife an anniversary gift with my son. Looked around and waited for an employee to greet us. As we were waiting to be attended they began to close the gates as the store started to close, but before we could’ve been helped by an employee, An employee told us we had to leave immediately. I tried explaining to him that we were there before they started to close he said it didn’t matter. Rudest customer service ever. I’m a Kay Jeweler customer for years and I buy several times annually from Kay so I was shocked at this level of disservice. I asked his name and he said I could talk to Katrina, store manager. I typically leave good reviews but this was just very poor service.
The manager Kathryn, was very unprofessional. She was trying to get a sale so badly, that she refused to give me information, out of fear of me purchasing the ring elsewhere. She Completely ruined the shopping experience for me. You shouldn’t have to lie to get a sale and if I say I don’t want to purchase something without finding what’s right for me, then don’t give me a smug attitude or try and force the issue. I will not return to this location and honestly, if it wasn’t for the location in Austin, I would’ve closed my account. If you want professionalism and great service, then use another location. As Kathryn was very pushy and even told lies. I wouldn’t put it past her to try and use my account for wrong doing. I will be reporting her behavior to corporate.

Unfortunately I have had a horrible experience. I will not be buying any more jewelry from Kays. I had a bought a single ring and at the time had the knowledge that if I wanted I could get custom work done to make it a bridal set. This is where the frustration has started. It has been a back and forth game of receiving the ring back only for something else to be wrong with it or it not fitting the engagement ring altogether. Each time has been a wasted trip, and the latest fiasco is the off-site repair (if you can call it that) place decided to solder the rings together; which was not something i even requested. The quality of work for the money is beyond dis satisfactory. I am a completely unsatisfied customer and on top of everything they possibly have ruined my wedding ring.
Wish i could give this place zero stars absolutely terrible service. I hope everyone that has complained here has also called corporate. I ordered two rings and was told one would arrive 3-5 days from order and the other 7-9. I was told the first time that the orders had been delayed due to heavy volume from valentines day, then was told my order was keyed in wrong, then i was told my order had partially shipped and the other ring was in Houston and would be in shortly. A month later I was told my ring had not even shipped and was then very helpfully told they could cancel my order for me. The 3-5 day ring cam in 10 business days later and and after 30 days i gave up on the 7-9 day ring.

Still cant believe how shady this place is. I went there yesterday and bought a pearl earing and necklace set asked the guy how much it would be total. He told me and I bought it. He also mentioned to me earlier that it had a free lifetime repair. I left the store checked my receipt the dude added a warranty(listed as salesperson on recpt) to the total cost of the set without my knowledge or consent. Not once did he ask me out loud if I would like to purchase a warranty! I walked back to the store and got a refund for it while watching the sleezeball squirm in his suit because he knew he had been caught!
I love all my jewelry from here. Everyone is helpful and nice :)
My experience was terrible.. I bought 3 rings and a necklace from them and they all broke within a year so I took them back to see if they would fix them they told me I would have to pay the rings alone cost one 200 dollars and I had to pay for repairs I only had them for under a yr.. I will not buy jewelry from Kays again...
I needed to have my finger sized in order to purchase a ring elsewhere. I was in and out in under a minute, and the associate that I spoke to was quite friendly.
They have messed up my ring THREE times. I sent my ring to get resized three weeks ago only to find it never got sent out. Now I’m just going to a different location. Never coming back here.
