I went in looking for a ring for my husband and I for 4 days. I found a ring that I was totally in love with but it had a little damage on it. I had so many concerns and question about other items in the store and Glenda not only made me feel comfortable asking question but resolved them all. I didnt think it was possible to be able to get this ring since it was pre-owed and had a crack in the diamond. She wasnt just trying to sell jewelry, but she listened to my needs and gave her honest opinion. I came in for one ring for myself and came out buying a necklace, ring, and eventually an earring for my husband. I have never been in a Jewelry store that had a manager just so genuinely friendly. She just love what she do and she knows her product and speaks to her team in a way that is so awesome. I went to many other Zales that had more product but this store Nailed IT!!!Thank You Glenda for giving us the best experience we had ever Got at an Jewelry store.... We will be back because of You!!!!
Great customer service and I felt extremely comfortable shopping here, I wasnt pressured into buying something unlike other places and I got all the help I need in picking out an engagement ring! Ms. Fey was awesome and I will definitely be returning for any jewelry needs!
I would never go to this place every again. My wife and I were looking at engagement rings and my Wife was trying to show me a ring that is similar to the one that she had purchased online through Zales. When we went to the store to take a look the Indian lady approached us and I asked her if I could look at the rings. She showed me one ring and as I was looking at it in my finger, she asked if we were going to buy anything and I told her that my Wife had already bought me a ring and she is showing me the similar styles. She quickly grabbed the ring from me and said well since you’re just looking I’m gonna show other customers. We had a horrible experience and will be returning our order and never buy from Zales again. A ZERO review for me.
My husband and I had just found out we were pregnant with baby #2 and he wanted to get married immediately but of course I said I needed a ring but at Zales we got way more than what we expected. I was working at the time but I am not a big fan of jewelry, never really wear much so I had no idea what to expect when first looking. Wow! Zales was the 4th place maybe more we went to before happening upon this store at Katy Mills mall and outlet I was thinking they’d have old or outdated styles but boy was I wrong yall! They had the most gorgeous of them all which was this princess cut with baguettes. It was perfectly priced within our budget which was under $5k and I felt like it was huge. They also offer a lifetime warranty as Kong as you continue to have it inspected and cleaned. We are extremely pleased even know, after getting married 12/12/12, Zales will forever hold a special spot in our hearts for being the spot where he officially proposed immediately after we found the ring. It was perfection and I wouldn’t have had it any other way Thx to Zales & see y’all soon when I get my 10 year vowel renewal upgrade. Blessings!
I had such a great experience. We got my wedding band, fiancée’s wedding band, and my engagement ring here. Everything stayed within our budget and we were really really pleased with our jewelry. Nice customer service. Definitely recommend!!!! The ring needed resizing and was ready sooner than we thought! Thank you to this place!

Awesome experience! Met Lolita at West Oaks Mall 2 years ago when I travelled to the US. Came back looking for her and as usually the service was exceptional. Thank you Lolita and the other guy at the store. Didnt get his name but they were both amazing.
0 stars. Walked into this location looking for a wedding ring for my fiancé. They were a little busy but no one ever spoke to us we walked around a little bit gave them some time and still nothing from no one. Not even a, sorry for the wait or will be with you in just a second. Absolutely nothing. There was a gentleman working there that continued to look in our direction but never addressed us. After about 10 minutes we decided to spend our money elsewhere.
In December I purchased an engagement ring and the diamond moved in March . I used the warranty and got it fixed. Two days ago, the diamond moved and was crooked again. I brought the ring back to this store and the sales associate was very helpful and replaced the ring with a better one. My fiancé is happy, so I’m also happy.
Worst service experience in the world! I ordered a set of earrings on May 19th. The store let me know that the shipping would be delayed due to Covid-19. The delivery date was supposed to be June 24th. I called on June 26th to find out what happened, and they could not tell me. I decided to cancel the order. They put in a ticket for a cancellation request on the 26th. I had not heard anything and today is July 10th. I called in to get information about my cancellation request, but was told that the vendor would not be open until July 15th, and they would not ship or cancel the order until then. I did not order through the vendor. I did not put in a request to cancel through the vendor. I should not have to wait for a refund until the vendor opens.I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ZALES EVER AGAIN!

Sent my ring to get dipped and have the bands soldered. Expressed my concern about it needing to be done correctly ( because last time zales lost my ring and tried to give me someone else’s ring) They promised it would be done correctly and I would have it in two weeks. The ring comes back and what a surprise my ring omg is messed up. The center ring is crooked and they only soldered a little piece. Of course I am not happy and I expressed my concerns to the manager. She agreed that it didn’t look good and told me that she would call the manager of the place they sent my ring and have them personally fix my ring and have it back ASAP. She called while I was in the store and said they would pick up my ring today and it Would be ready by Tuesday the latest. She also said she would call me to keep me updated. I never received any calls. I called Tuesday several times only to find out my ring would be there at night. The manager was not apologetic at all. Actually she acted like I was lucky that I was even getting it. I wish I my husband had never bought a ring at zales. There customer service as well as where they send the jewelry for repairs sucks. You would think that a well known jewelry store would want to take better care of their customers. I will never buy another piece of Jewelry from this place. Unfortunately my ring came from here and I have warranty so my ring will have to be serviced but I will never take it to the Katy mills location again!
Every time I go I receive horrible service. They talk to me unprofessionally; they will talk back to me (Im not a difficult person), or like Im stupid. I usually have to wait for a very long time to get any service and when I do have to wait, a simple acknowledgement of my presence would suffice yet I dont receive that. I do not feel welcomed when I step in, I feel like I am their nuisance. I hate coming here. I try and go to the Memorial City location, which has a much friendlier staff.
My husband bought me a ring for Christmas and paid a good amount of money for it. I wore it for less then a week when one of the settings came out. Brought it in for repair and told my sales person that I felt this was very poor quality for me to already lose a diamond out of the ring. She said well sometime you have a ring for 10 years and nothing happens and some time you just get it and something happens. Then I was told that it would be ready for pick up in 15 business days which was 1/21/15. I just called and spoke to Rory which sounded like my sales person and she was very rude. She said that the ring was pending approval and I said what approval. She said did you purchase a service contract on it which I replied yes. I said where do I go to complain about how this was handled as it has already been 15 business days and it will not even be sent out to the store until Monday and then will be in route for 2 days. She said here is the 800 number to complain. I told her it sounds like you could care less about your customers and just want to get me off the phone. We will never do business with them again. I am going to get my receipt and ask for a refund because I am so unhappy with this treatment.
Go to Kays!!! Or anywhere else...this location does not know the meaning of customer service. My jewelry was purchased here in the month of November. The buying experience was great, but I came to realize later that they hire extra help around the holidays, so the wonderful girl that helped us with our purchase was never to be seen again. Its been over a year since and I am sorely regretting making my purchase at this store. We purchased the lifetime care plan and recently I went to drop it off to be redipped and the salesman was very condescending and talked me out of it because he didnt think it needed it. I went back a couple of days later to drop it off again and expressed my displeasure at being put off, since its a 30 mile drive, only to be met with an uncaring blank stare. She tried to rush me out of the store without going through the full process of taking photos of my diamond, etc. Now having read some of these other reviews, I fear for my rings safety. You can bet I wont buy anything else here and unfortunately, unless I can find another Zales store, I am stuck dealing with these folks for the lifetime of this ring.
This place is horrible my boyfriend took my ring there to get it sized on December 10 and they said at the latest it would take 12 days because he stated he needed it for Christmas she said oh you will have it he calls the 22 and they said it is shipped should be here tomorrow and he said seriously it was already supposed too be done and the lady said sorry sir but tomorrow so we wait they dont call by 1 he had to call 6 times for somebody to even answer the phone then the lady picks up and says hi can I help you He tells her everything she looks it up and says it should be here in a week he was like no I called yesterday and it was shipped and I need it for Christmas and I stated that and the lady answers with well obviously you didnt say that because they didnt rush it and she says it hasnt even shipped yet and he said the lady told me yesterday it had shipped and would be here today and shes like no we didnt because we can read and it didnt say that so are you saying Im lying? Basically the lady had the worst service was rude and did nothing to make the situation better. Will never shop there again
This place is open to sell you more merchandise, but not to honor their warranty. They told my wife they couldnt resize or do any warranty work for at least another month. Which sucks when the stone fell out the day after the mall closed.
I had an Amazing experience, the service was Awesome and the selection was plentiful.I purchased a quality bridal set for a reasonable cost.
I was treated with care, consideration, personality and respect. Roree was the sales associate and she followed up and stayed patient while my fiance and I debated about what and when to get my BEAUTIFUL engagement ring. My young daughter was also n the store the few times we visited and not one soul gave her an annoyed look while she whined and whined about wanting to leave and being bored lol When the day came to actually make the purchase, the female manager filled me with joy with her own excitement for my family. I recently returned to have my ring re-sized; didnt want to be without for a ling time, so I rushed ordered it ($35 if you get their insurance plan). The lady was kind who put in the request; I ordered my fiances wedding band from her that same day!
We received very good service. The Manager waited on us which was a plus.A+ Service.
I brought diamond earrings on zales website and the setting fell apart 7 months later. I took it to the store to explain what happened and they told me they can’t help me because they were brought online. The sales manager Glenda stated I need to buy them in a store to get help. I told her I didn’t read that online and she said it doesn’t say it. Then she stated the only way to find out is like I’m finding out now. Then offered to fix them for a fee. OMG never buying jewelry from zales again. I can’t believe I have to go to a competitor to get my earrings fixed I called Jared’s who I also brought Jewery from to explain my issue and they said sure bring them in and we will take cares of Zales mess up. Buy your Jewery there and thank me later.

Spent 15mins standing around and received no help from anyone. Not even a hello! I wont be spending any money here ever! Oh, BTW if youd like to call and speak to a manager about your experience they refuse to answer the phone. This store is a joke!
Have been in several times and given very poor service. Even talking to manager with promises of call backs about purchases and no call back. Not worth time or money.
