The owner/operator exemplify what the true african spirit is. I found this store via google search online cos i live in Austin. She not only had what i was looking but ACTUALLY shipped a full pack of the item to me without my having paid for it! U can imagine how shocked i was when i recieved an item i inquired about on phone with my details. I just couldnt hold back my appreciation/gratitude despite having now paid for it in full via cash App . May Gods light continue to shine on this venture!

We had delicious Yam Pottage with fish, jollof rice with Plantain. My friend had Oxtail stew, pottage yam with veggie & Pantain. The food was so wonderful we bought a large coconut rice to go. The staff here is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and they have a wide variety of food to choose from. The best thing about this place is that I no longer have to drive all the way to the southwest side to get proper ingredients for my Nigerian dishes I make. I can now drive 15 minutes from my house to get what I need. I suggest you check Promiseland out!
