Understood that UPS locations are franchised. The owner (or manager) at this location is definitely belongs to the “penny wise, pound foolish”. My first time here and brought 12 Amazon packages (2 unsealed), and he took one look and said he is losing money because of having to tape boxes that are not packaged by the customer.I said it must be a big hassle and walked away to find another UPS. Somewhere before I walked out, he said he would take it for a charge (for the tape). If only his initial reaction was a pleasant smile, empathy and upfront mention of the charge for tape, I would have gladly paid for his material and we would have both walked away satisfied.Note: I had driven down (15miles) yesterday and had missed the close time by 10min. So you can see how he had salt to the wound with his absolute lack of customer empathy.

THE BEST UPS STORE EVER!! This is our neighborhood’s UPS. Close enough to where I live, so my husband and I come to this store pretty often. Every single one who works for this store is so friendly and helpful. Specially Kyle and Angelo. I’m a loyal customer of this store. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Will not let you charge shipments to your ups account. Had to go to the mason store where they simply pull up your account and type in your shipping and charge your account.

This is the second time now that I’ve tried to drop off a package and they haven’t been open when they are supposed to be. Both times people have also been lined up by the door waiting. I would assume Saturdays are busy days so I’m not sure why there hasn’t been anyone here to open on time.

Worst customer service. The owner is fond of nickel and diming for every little thing. There is hardly any courtesy at this location. Yeah, he’s a “small business owner”. Guess what, there are plenty of small business owners who are actually nice and have a great customer service skill set. I don’t expect freebies or anything but charging for a sheet of paper, the use of a little bit of tape and the high pricing for a small box. Yikes. Skip this location and find another.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I went here two days ago to fax important documents. The form was filled out legibly, and the worker was too busy talking, and not paying attention and faxed our highly sensitive information to the WRONG NUMBER! By the time we noticed, it was too late and already faxed, because you do not see what number they faxed it to till they hand you the form saying it was sent. When I went back to the store yesterday they stated sorry nothing we can do. No way of finding out where it was sent to! So thanks to a careless employee, lack of organization, and oversight, my family is now at risk. Horrible location, would never recommend, ever!

I went to this ups store for a drop off. They have great customer service and really helped me out for any questions I had. Would recommend to anyone in the Katy area to go to this store. They followed COVID protocols. Even told a customer to put on their mask.

These folks have a one track mind and awful customer service. I walked in with two packages needing help to return them to the vendor. I didnt have my mind reading powers on or my Amazon-centric mind in tune with theirs. I kept getting asked if I had a code. Code?! I was confused and replied no, I replied that I need help with shipping. After two or three rounds of this and younger man rudely replied that the gentleman asking the question was asking if it was an Amazon return,........finally a real question and I could understand his english. I was getting waved over to the back counter. When I got there, I was told I need to wait in line........(heavy sigh) see ya.My advice, find another store or head to the Post Office.

DO NOT go to this UPS location! This UPS Store doesnt even deserve the 1 star I had to rate them in order for this review to get posted. They practice terrible customer service and do not comply with the COVID - 19 guidelines. Their store states that they only allow 5 people inside. However, when I went in today, there were 8+ people already inside. When I walked in the door, one of the gentlemen working the counter proceeded to ask only myself to wait outside. No person, let alone a woman, should be asked to wait outside in 50 degree weather. If there was a sign posted, and other customers were expected to follow the same guidelines, I would be a bit more understanding. However, they already had over 5 people in the store when I walked in and only asked me to wait outside. After being discriminated against and receiving terrible customer service, I went to the UPS Store off Morton Ranch and received excellent service from their employees. Its a shame that the FM 1463 location could not offer the same customer satisfaction. I highly recommend you choose any other UPS Store location - especially if youre a woman.

This UPS is the closest shipping store to our house and I have been shipping out USPS packages for a while now. They just decided to stop doing that because it is an inconvenience to them is what they told me. Now we have to drive 10 extra minutes to ship things. They were really rude to me about it. I always bought their packing tape too. I was providing them business. Won’t be back now unfortunately.

Normal business hour is from 8am-7pm, I got here at 8:06, door was still closed, waited for an hour, door was still closed. And this is not the first time I’ve experienced this location doesn’t open on regular business hours.

My shipment was lost in their store. It was shipped there as an access point, but they received it and lost it! Now a trip to their store will be 2 trips. They wont ship it to me either!

Does not comply with Covid mask mandates! The store clerk had his mask pushed down and a customer was wandering around/laughing with the clerk with no mask at all. We left immediately. Such a shame stores don’t care about public health or laws.

They randomly charged me for “using their computer last visit.Then today said they wanted to charge me to throw something away.Worst part - they don’t let you email them designs anymore. They want you to log on to their computer to print things. Customer service down hill.

In response to you- We were in your store the day after the package was delivered and were informed that the package was NOT in your store. We notified you IN PERSON that we were expecting the package.Had a package redirected from original location to this location. The package was delivered to the store on Dec. 27th at 12:38pm. I arrived to pick it up on Dec. 28th at 9am. I was told at that time that they didnt have the package. Went back again on Jan 2 after I called the main UPS store and the Local UPS store. This local store told they did have the package, gave them the information of delivery, told for a 2nd time they didnt have it, gave them the same information and they finally found the package. Was told I had to pay $5 because I left it there too long. When I explained that I was there the day after delivery they kept telling me it was my fault, because according to them when you have a package delivered to them you must call them and tell them it is coming After being yelled at and told it was my fault for them not being able to find the package they said Go ahead and file a complaint-wont do you any good. Currently in the process of filing, but wanted everyone to know about the bad customer service.

Very sad that when a customer comes in with a label that needs to be reprinted, the owner says that he will print the label but charge $1.50 per sheet. Didn’t realize the company was doing this bad that they have to nickel and dime customers.

I brought 2 apple cords in on May 11 to return to Amazon in the original packing from Amazon. The guy there scanned my return code from Amazon, gave me a receipt. Today, June 11, Amazon says they received only one cord. The package was open when I handed it to the clerk and he said he would close it and put my return info inside.
