Great experience from purchase to set up. We have 13 grandchildren and surprised them with the trampoline when they came for Thanksgiving. It paid for itself that very first day! We could hardly get them to come inside to eat plus, we had some really tired kiddos by the end of the day. Money well spent!

Very pleased with the service we received. I went in for a warranty repair. They handled all the warranty paperwork, and completed the work quickly once the parts arrived. My kids were thrilled and said the trampoline felt like it was brand new!

We ordered this as a Christmas gift for our kids on the Monday after thanksgiving. Jeremy my sales guy was amazing. He made sure I had a huge box to wrap for Christmas morning. The trampoline got set up this morning and they were here on time and were very fast at getting it set up. Hopefully we wont need another one, but if we do Ill be back.

Product information is very deceiving!!! I asked several times on several occasions, by phone and in person, regarding the user weight verses the total weight of 1100 lbs the trampoline is suppose to hold. I was sold on the fact that it held up to this information. We purchase the 11x11 large square Sprinfree Trampoline as a Christmas gift for our grandkids (18 & 17 year old granddaughters who live out of town) and 9 year old grandson and 21 month old granddaughter, who live locally. Due to adverse weather conditions, and our 9 year old injuring his ankle earlier in the month, today was the first day our grandson and little sister were able to try it out. There is no way this trampoline would hold up to (6) individuals weighing 220 lbs each for a total of 1100 lbs., at one time. I can honestly say, I do not believe I can have over (3) 9-10 year olds, weighing less than 100 lbs each, at one time; without all of them tumbling toward the center point, which is the weakest point on the mat. While I never expect to have 6 adults on it at one time, I realized I made a bad investment trusting what the salespeople and what the website said about user weight vs total weight; thereby, buying it and not the largest 13x13 model, to begin with!!! So if you cannot invest on the largest, safe your money or consider your purchase, before you buy! We’ve only had it two weeks so I called the local office in Katy tx to see if I could swap it out for the largest model. I expected to pay for the difference and for them to come out and install, but the 15% restocking fee brought the total cost of my being lied to, to the tune of $800.00+ more!!! While I thought I had done my homework comparing for the best product, I feel that the user weight and total weight it holds is very deceiving. Unfortunately, I trusted what I was repeatedly told. One person jumping at a time is not worth the time, effort or expense. So In my opinion, the 11x11 or smaller models are not good choices. Perhaps this model works for you, but I’m very disappointed with my purchase!!!! Will we use it...yes!!! Will it serve the purpose for which it was bought, for all our grandkids to enjoy jumping on it together, NO!!! The center weak point of the mat on this 11x11 model, does not lend itself for more than one or two jumping on it, at a time; without the risk of some type of injury. I give it a 1 star!!! 👎
